Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动车自动充电设备,包括地面,所述地面上端面固定设有充电桩,所述充电桩内设有收纳槽,所述收纳槽内设有充电机构,所述充电机构包括转动设置在所述收纳槽后侧内壁的转动轴,所述地面上设有检测机构,所述检测机构包括设置在所述地面上端面的检测槽,所述检测槽左侧内壁固定设有销钉,所述销钉上转动设有检测板,所述充电桩内设有防护机构,所述防护机构包括设置在充电桩右端面的收纳腔,本装置能自动对电动车进行充电,不需要人手动将插头插到电动车的插座中,当电动车停到对应的位置后,检测板发生转动,就能够自动对电瓶车进行充电,本装置还能够对电瓶车的座椅进行遮盖,防止被雨淋湿,方便了对电动车的使用。

本发明涉及电动车领域,具体为一种电动车自动充电设备。
背景技术
电动车,即电力驱动车,又名电驱车,电动车分为交流电动车和直流电动车,通常说的电动车是以电池作为能量来源,通过控制器、电机等部件,将电能转化为机械能运动,以控制电流大小改变速度的车辆,一般的电动车充电需要手动将插头插到电动车的插座中,十分不便,即使盖有雨棚,若有较大的风,电动车的座椅还是会被雨水淋湿,十分不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动车自动充电设备,克服对电动车充电不方便,电动车座椅容易被淋湿等问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明的一种电动车自动充电设备,包括地面,所述地面上端面固定设有充电桩,所述充电桩内设有收纳槽,所述收纳槽内设有充电机构,所述充电机构包括转动设置在所述收纳槽后侧内壁的转动轴,所述转动轴上固定设有转动杆,所述转动杆前端面设有开口向前的复位槽,所述复位槽内能够上下移动设有移动板,所述移动板前端面设有开口向前的扭簧槽;所述地面上设有检测机构,所述检测机构包括设置在所述地面上端面的检测槽,所述检测槽左侧内壁固定设有销钉,所述销钉上转动设有检测板,所述检测板与所述销钉间设有复位扭簧,所述复位扭簧下端面设有调整槽,所述调整槽内能够上下移动设有移动块,所述移动块右端面固定设有销柱,所述销柱上转动设有调整杆;所述充电桩内设有防护机构,所述防护机构包括设置在充电桩右端面的收纳腔,所述收纳腔后侧内壁转动设有传动轴,所述收纳腔后侧内壁设有升降腔,所述传动轴上从后往前依次固定设有接触齿轮与转动盘,所述转动盘内设有放置腔,所述放置腔内能够前后移动设有盖板,所述盖板后端面与所述放置腔间设有遮挡布,所述盖板后端面连接有弹性绳,所述弹性绳的另一端连接在所述收纳腔后侧内壁。
优选地,所述转动轴上固定设有传动齿轮,所述扭簧槽内转动设有横轴,所述横轴与所述扭簧槽间设有扭簧槽,所述扭簧槽前端面固定设有充电头。
优选地,所述扭簧槽下侧内壁设有限位杆,所述调整杆能在所述限位杆内上下移动,所述调整杆下端面连接有所述细绳,所述限位杆内设有连通槽。
优选地,所述升降腔左侧内壁设有移动槽,所述移动槽内能够上下移动设有传动板,所述传动板右端面固定设有齿条,所述齿条能与所述接触齿轮与所述传动齿轮啮合,所述传动板上端面与所述移动槽上侧内壁间连接有连接弹簧。
优选地,所述复位扭簧弹性力大于所述连接弹簧弹性力。
本发明的有益效果 :本装置能自动对电动车进行充电,不需要人手动将插头插到电动车的插座中,当电动车停到对应的位置后,检测板发生转动,就能够自动对电瓶车进行充电,本装置还能够对电瓶车的座椅进行遮盖,防止被雨淋湿,方便了对电动车的使用。

结合附图 1-5所述的一种电动车自动充电设备,包括地面10,所述地面10上端面固定设有充电桩11,所述充电桩11内设有收纳槽13,所述收纳槽13内设有充电机构60,所述充电机构60包括转动设置在所述收纳槽13后侧内壁的转动轴14,所述转动轴14上固定设有转动杆12,所述转动杆12前端面设有开口向前的复位槽43,所述复位槽43内能够上下移动设有移动板30,所述移动板30前端面设有开口向前的扭簧槽31;所述地面10上设有检测机构61,所述检测机构61包括设置在所述地面10上端面的检测槽37,所述检测槽37左侧内壁固定设有销钉36,所述销钉36上转动设有检测板15,所述检测板15与所述销钉36间设有复位扭簧35,所述复位扭簧35下端面设有调整槽38,所述调整槽38内能够上下移动设有移动块39,所述移动块39右端面固定设有销柱40,所述销柱40上转动设有调整杆41;所述充电桩11内设有防护机构62,所述防护机构62包括设置在充电桩11右端面的收纳腔20,所述收纳腔20后侧内壁转动设有传动轴24,所述收纳腔20后侧内壁设有升降腔27,所述传动轴24上从后往前依次固定设有接触齿轮23与转动盘21,所述转动盘21内设有放置腔17,所述放置腔17内能够前后移动设有盖板18,所述盖板18后端面与所述放置腔17间设有遮挡布19,所述盖板18后端面连接有弹性绳16,所述弹性绳16的另一端连接在所述收纳腔20后侧内壁。
有益地,所述转动轴14上固定设有传动齿轮25,所述扭簧槽31内转动设有横轴33,所述横轴33与所述扭簧槽31间设有扭簧槽32,所述扭簧槽32前端面固定设有充电头34。
有益地,所述扭簧槽31下侧内壁设有限位杆42,所述调整杆41能在所述限位杆42内上下移动,所述调整杆41下端面连接有所述细绳28,所述限位杆42内设有连通槽45。
有益地,所述升降腔27左侧内壁设有移动槽29,所述移动槽29内能够上下移动设有传动板26,所述传动板26右端面固定设有齿条44,所述齿条44能与所述接触齿轮23与所述传动齿轮25啮合,所述传动板26上端面与所述移动槽29上侧内壁间连接有连接弹簧22。
有益地,所述复位扭簧35弹性力大于所述连接弹簧22弹性力。
初始状态时,所述连接弹簧22处于收缩状态,所述复位扭簧35处于正常状态。
工作状态时,将电动车前轮停靠在复位扭簧35上,使得复位扭簧35绕着销钉36转动,复位扭簧35带动调整杆41向下移动,调整杆41向下移动,限位杆42放松,连接弹簧22劳动传动板26向上移动,传动板26拉动齿条44向上移动,齿条44啮合带动传动齿轮25转动,传动齿轮25带动转动轴14转动,转动轴14带动转动杆12转动,转动杆12带动移动板30转动,移动板30带动充电头34转动,使得充电头34能对准电动车的插座,充电头34***插座内,电动车开始充电,当将电动车靠脚打开后,电动车会发生一定程度的倾斜,会带动充电头34转动,此时仍然能够对电动车充电,齿条44向上移动,带动接触齿轮23转动,接触齿轮23带动传动轴24转动,传动轴24带动转动盘21转动,此时弹性绳16放松,手动将盖板18拉出,将遮挡布19覆盖在电动车的车座上,起到防水防晒的作用,充电完毕后,将盖板18放回放置腔17中,将电动车前轮驶离检测板15,复位扭簧35带动检测板15转动,细绳28拉动传动板26向下移动,接触齿轮23转动,转动盘21回到收纳腔20中,转动轴14转动,转动杆12回到收纳槽13中。

2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种电动车自动充电设备,其特征在于:所述转动轴上固定设有传动齿轮,所述扭簧槽内转动设有横轴,所述横轴与所述扭簧槽间设有扭簧槽,所述扭簧槽前端面固定设有充电头。

4.根据权利要求 1所述的一种电动车自动充电设备,其特征在于:所述升降腔左侧内壁设有移动槽,所述移动槽内能够上下移动设有传动板,所述传动板右端面固定设有齿条,所述齿条能与所述接触齿轮与所述传动齿轮啮合,所述传动板上端面与所述移动槽上侧内壁间连接有连接弹簧。
