As shown in FIG. 1, the cutting, binding and flower-cutting integrated machine for rehydrated bamboo shoots comprises a cutting machine 100, a binding machine 200 and a flower-cutting machine 300. The skiver 100 is movably connected with the embroidering machine 200, and the embroidering machine 200 is movably connected with the pattern cutting machine 300. In practice, the slitting machine 100 may be selectively articulated to either the embroidering machine 200 or the embroidering machine 300.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the slitting machine 100 includes: a skiving machine frame 11, a lower belt conveyer 12, a first upper belt conveyer 13, a second upper belt conveyer 14 and a skiving device 15.
The lower belt conveyor 12, the first upper belt conveyor 13, the second upper belt conveyor 14 and the sectioning device 15 are all arranged on the sectioning machine frame 11.
The lower belt conveyor 12 is located below the first upper belt conveyor 13, the second upper belt conveyor 14, and the sectioning device 15.
The sectioning device 15 is located at an intermediate position between the first upper belt conveyor 13 and the second upper belt conveyor 14.
The bottom of the slitter frame 11 is provided with a plurality of universal wheels 117 with brakes and support bars.
The sectioning device 15 is provided on the sectioning device frame 113. Sectioning device 15, comprising: a first large flywheel 151, a second large flywheel 152, a first small flywheel 153, a second small flywheel 154, a first strip-shaped rolling knife 155, a second strip-shaped rolling knife 156, and a rolling knife sliding positioning mechanism 157; the sectioning device frame 113 is erected on two sides of the sectioning machine frame 11; the first large flywheel 151 and the first small flywheel 153 are concentrically arranged on one side of the sectioning device frame 113, and the second large flywheel 152 and the second small flywheel 154 are concentrically arranged on the other side of the sectioning device frame 113; the first bar type winding blade 155 is wound around the first and second large flywheels 151 and 152, and the second bar type winding blade 156 is wound around the first and second small flywheels 153 and 154. The rolling knife sliding positioning mechanism 157 is arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the first strip-shaped rolling knife 155 and the second strip-shaped rolling knife 156 and is used for sliding positioning the first strip-shaped rolling knife 155 and the second strip-shaped rolling knife 156; the inside of the sectioning device frame 113 is provided with a scrap material box 158 below the first large flywheel 151 and the second large flywheel 152. The first large flywheel 151, the second large flywheel 152, the first small flywheel 153 and the second small flywheel 154 can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise, and the utilization rate of the winding knife is improved.
A plurality of bamboo shoot baffle rollers 16 are arranged on two sides of the lower belt conveyor 12, the first upper belt conveyor 13 and the second upper belt conveyor 14.
When the rehydrated bamboo shoots 400 are conveyed to the sectioning device 15 through the first upper belt conveyor 13 and the lower belt conveyor 12, the smaller rehydrated bamboo shoots which do not need to be sectioned are directly conveyed continuously through the lower part of the first strip-shaped rolling knife 155, the higher rehydrated bamboo shoots are conveyed continuously after being sectioned for one time only by the first strip-shaped rolling knife 155, and the higher rehydrated bamboo shoots are sectioned by the first strip-shaped rolling knife 155 and the second strip-shaped rolling knife 156 at the same time, namely are conveyed continuously to the next working procedure after being sectioned for two times.
As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of positioning flat wings 17 are uniformly arranged on both sides of the first upper belt conveyor 13 and the second upper belt conveyor 14, and each positioning flat wing 17 is connected with the upper belt conveyor frame 112 through a floating connecting piece 18.
A floating connection 18, comprising: bolt column 181, nut sleeve 182, cover plate 183, spring 184, spring positioning plate 185, adjusting lever 186. The bottom of the bolt column 181 is fixedly connected to the upper leather belt conveyor frame 112, the nut sleeve 182 is sleeved on the periphery of the bolt column 181, the cover plate 183 is welded on the top of the nut sleeve 182, one end of the adjusting control rod 186 is a handle 187, the other end of the adjusting control rod sequentially penetrates through the spring positioning disc 185 and the spring 184 from top to bottom to be connected to the cover plate 183, one end of the spring 184 is connected with the cover plate 183, the other end of the spring 184 is fixed in the spring positioning disc 185, and the spring positioning disc 185 is fixedly connected with the positioning balance wing.
As shown in fig. 6 to 10, the embroidering machine 200 includes: a flower binding machine frame 201, an upper press roll 202, a flower binding roll 203, a flower binding bamboo shoot material trolley 204 and an arc-shaped discharge baffle 205; both the upper pressure roller 202 and the embossing roller 203 are connected to a embosser drive (not shown).
The upper press roll 202 is arranged at the upper part in the frame 201 of the embroidering machine, and the embroidering roll 203 is arranged below the upper press roll 202; the flower-rolling bamboo shoot material trolley 204 is positioned below the flower-rolling roller 203; the bottom of the rack 201 of the flower binding machine is provided with a plurality of universal wheels 2011 with brakes, and the discharge side in the rack 201 of the flower binding machine is also provided with an arc discharge baffle 205.
The embossing roller 203 comprises from inside to outside: a roll shaft 2031, a knurling roll core 2032 and a special-shaped knurling tool 2033.
The surface of one side of the embossing roll core 2032 is provided with an inner and an outer ring of air inlets 20321, 20322, and the outer surface of the cylinder of the embossing roll core 2032 is provided with a plurality of rows of air outlets 20323, 20324; a horizontal pipeline 20235 and a steering pipeline 20326 are arranged inside the cylinder of the embossing roller core 2032 and are used for communicating the air inlets 20321 and 20322 with the air outlets 20321 and 20322; the direction of the gas blown out of the gas vent 20323 by one circle of the gas inlet holes 20321 corresponds to the arc discharge baffle 205, and is used for blowing the bundled flower bamboo shoot slices to the arc discharge baffle 205 and then dropping the bundled flower bamboo shoot slices into the bundled flower bamboo shoot material trolley 204, and the direction of the gas blown out of the gas vent 20324 by the other circle of the gas inlet holes 20322 corresponds to the position above the arc discharge baffle 205 and is used for blowing leftover materials to equipment in the next process; the side of the roller core 2032 is slidably connected to a compressed air intake plate 206, and the compressed air intake plate 206 has 207 and 208 air holes for supplying compressed air to the two rings of air intake holes 20321 and 20322, respectively.
The bamboo shoot slices entering the flower binding machine 200 are rolled into the position between the upper compression roller 202 and the flower binding roller 203, after flower binding, the bamboo shoot slices are cut into the flower binding bamboo shoot slices and leftover materials, the air holes 20321 blow the flower binding bamboo shoot slices to the discharge baffle 205 and then fall into the flower binding bamboo shoot material trolley 204, and the leftover materials are blown to the position above the discharge baffle 205 through the air holes 20322 and are discharged.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the flower cutting machine 300 includes: the device comprises a flower cutting machine frame 301, a flower cutting belt conveyor 302, a flower cutting clamping conveyor 303, a flower cutting knife blade 304, a flower cutting knife rod 305, a flower cutting knife driving device 306 and a flower cutting bamboo shoot collecting vehicle 307.
The cut-flower belt conveyor 302 is obliquely arranged on the cut-flower machine frame 301, and the starting end of the cut-flower belt conveyor is higher than the tail end of the cut-flower belt conveyor. A cut-flower bamboo shoot collecting vehicle 307 is arranged below the tail end of the cut-flower belt conveyor 302.
The cut flower clamping conveyor 303 is arranged above the cut flower belt conveyor 302 and is used for clamping the rehydrated bamboo shoots between the cut flower clamping conveyor 303 and the cut flower belt conveyor 302.
A cutter blade 304 is provided above the cutter belt conveyor 302 near the trailing end, the cutter blade 304 being connected to a cutter drive 306 through a cutter bar 305.
The cut flower clamping conveyor 303 includes: a guide roller 3031, a compaction roller 3032, a driving roller 3033, a conveying belt 3034 and a conveyor fixing frame 3035. The conveyor fixing frame 3035 is triangular, and the guide roller 3031, the pressing roller 3032 and the driving roller 3033 are respectively arranged at three corners of the conveyor fixing frame 3035. The guide roller 3031, the compaction roller 3032 and the drive roller 3033 encircle the conveyor belt 3034, and the drive roller 3033 is also connected with a cut flower clamping conveyor driving device (not shown).
A cut flower clamping conveyor height adjusting mechanism 308 is also arranged above the cut flower clamping conveyor 303.
Cut flower clamping conveyor height adjustment mechanism 308 includes: a first cylinder 3081, a second cylinder 3082.
One end of a piston rod of the first cylinder 3081 is connected to a first fork double spring 30811, a piston rod of the second cylinder 3082 is connected to a second fork double spring 30821, the first fork double spring 30811 is connected to left and right sides of the front end guide roller 3031 of the conveyor fixing bracket 3035, and the second fork double spring 30821 is connected to left and right sides of the rear end drive roller 3033 of the conveyor fixing bracket 3035.
A set of first height detecting sensors (not shown) for detecting a change in the height direction of the second upper belt conveyor 14 and sending an air supply signal to the first air cylinder 3081 and the second air cylinder 3082 to raise or lower the height position of the cut flower clamping conveyor 303 is provided on the upper belt conveyor frame 112 located at the side of the second upper belt conveyor 14.
The side wall of the frame 301 of the flower cutting machine is also provided with a group of second height detection sensors 309 for detecting the positions of the pistons of the first cylinder 3081 and the second cylinder 3082, and after the height position of the flower cutting clamping conveyor 303 is controlled to be in place, the air supply signals to the first cylinder 3081 and the second cylinder 3082 are automatically cut off, so that the height position of the flower cutting clamping conveyor 303 is kept at the height required to be increased.
The flower cutting machine 300 further comprises a flower cutting belt conveyor angle adjusting mechanism 310. Cut flower belt conveyor angle adjustment mechanism 310 includes: a large roller fixing frame 3101, an adjusting screw positioner 3102, an adjusting screw positioning ring plate 3103, an adjusting screw 3104, a universal ball adjusting seat 3105 and an adjusting screw handle 3106.
The big roller mount 3101 is fixedly connected with a big roller 3021 at the tail end of the pattern cutting belt conveyor 302, a belt 3022 of the pattern cutting belt conveyor 302 is wound on the big roller 3021, an adjusting screw positioner 3102 is arranged above the big roller mount 3101, an adjusting screw positioning ring 3103 is arranged at the middle part of the adjusting screw positioner 3102, one end of the adjusting screw 3104 is connected to the adjusting screw positioning ring 3103, the other end of the adjusting screw is connected with an adjusting screw handle 3106, a universal ball adjusting seat 3105 is sleeved on the adjusting screw 3104 close to the adjusting screw handle 3106, and the universal ball adjusting seat 3105 is also fixedly connected with the pattern cutting machine frame 301.
The reconstituted bamboo shoots to be sliced (or leftover materials conveyed from the flower binding machine 200) reach the position between the cut flower belt conveyor 302 and the cut flower clamping conveyor 303 to be continuously conveyed to the tail end, and fall into the cut flower reconstituted bamboo shoot collecting vehicle after being sliced by the cut flower knife blade 304.
In order to facilitate the beveling, a cut-flower belt conveyor angle adjusting mechanism 310 is arranged at the tail end of the cut-flower belt conveyor 302, and the angle of the cut-flower blade 304 for beveling the rehydrated bamboo shoots is adjusted by adjusting the height of the tail end of the cut-flower belt conveyor 302.
The invention can meet the process requirements of various shapes of rehydrated bamboo shoots which are not cut, cut by one knife and cut by two knives, and realize the automation of the cutting process. Can realize the free combination of the procedures of sectioning, binding and cutting flowers, is flexible and convenient to use, and the sectioning cutter can run in the forward and reverse directions, thereby improving the utilization rate of the sectioning cutter.
