Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembling and disassembling of a cylinder head cover, in particular to an assembling and disassembling device of the cylinder head cover.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, a cylinder head cover 30 of a diesel engine of an internal combustion locomotive is pressed on a rocker shaft seat 20 through a hand wheel 64 and a stud 40 connected to a cylinder head 10, so that lubricating oil of accessories in the rocker shaft seat is sealed. In the assembling and testing of diesel engines and the application of diesel locomotives, the cylinder head cover cap needs to be frequently disassembled and assembled. When each cylinder cover cap is assembled, the hand wheel is pre-tightened at the upper end of the stud bolt, and finally the spanner is used for clamping two planes on the opposite side of the regular hexagonal prism at the lower part of the hand wheel and screwing. When disassembling the cover of each cylinder cover, firstly a wrench is used for clamping two planes at the opposite sides of the regular hexagonal prism at the lower part of the hand wheel to loosen the hand wheel in advance, and then the hand wheel is manually rotated to loosen the hand wheel from the stud. Because a diesel engine of an internal combustion locomotive is provided with a plurality of cylinder cover covers, hand wheels of the cylinder cover covers are basically positioned at the uppermost end of the diesel engine, and the wrench space between the hand wheels is narrow, the labor amount for disassembling and assembling the cylinder cover of the diesel engine is large, and the efficiency is low.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that an existing disassembling tool for a cylinder head cover is inconvenient and low in efficiency, and provides a disassembling device for the cylinder head cover.

when the hand wheel is disassembled, the limiting slot 610 of the connecting support 61 is sleeved on the hand wheel body of the hand wheel 64, then the lifting driving ring 65 is rotated to enable the limiting ring 66 to descend, the limiting moving top block 62 gradually moves inwards in the radial direction in the process until the limiting ring 66 is positioned at the lowest end, at the moment, the inner side end of the limiting moving top block 62 vertically abuts against the end face of the corresponding side of the connecting column 641, and the upper end face of the limiting moving top block 62 abuts against the bottom face of the hand wheel body; then the electric wrench 50 is started to drive the dismounting and mounting connecting seat 60 to rotate, and the hand wheel 64 is screwed off from the upper end of the stud bolt 40, so that the cylinder head cover 30 can be dismounted;
during assembly, firstly, according to the above principle, the hand wheel 64 is fixed in the limit slot 610 of the connecting support 61, then the electric wrench 50 is started to drive the dismounting and connecting seat 60 to rotate, so that the hand wheel 64 is screwed on the upper end of the stud bolt 40 and the hand wheel 64 presses the cylinder head cover 30, and thus the assembly of the cylinder head cover 30 is completed.
