8. The polishing wheel assembly of claim 7 wherein the polishing wheel surface is provided with a circular arc shaped groove.
9. The polishing wheel assembly of claim 8, wherein the polishing wheel is affixed to the rotatable base.
10. The polishing wheel assembly of claim 9 wherein the polishing wheel has a diameter of 12-60 mm.
