under the eye exercises training mode, the moving icons are used for guiding the eyeballs to move up and down, left and right, left, up and down, right and/or left, down and up and down, the working mode keys realize automatic, quick and voice control, and the default state is an automatic function;
it should be noted that, the three training modes all have a voice control function, and by pressing a working mode button, the three training modes can all enter the voice control mode to realize the function of selecting the training mode by voice, and the specific implementation manner is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, the mcu 300 of this embodiment further includes a voice control unit 370, where the voice control unit 370 is configured to automatically switch the training mode of the eyesight and consciousness restoring apparatus according to a voice command;

Based on the consideration of the control reliability, the working mode conversion under the voice control still needs to be controlled by manually pressing a working mode key; preferably, the operation mode manipulation may be implemented using an off-line remote control technique.

the contact 167 is fixed in the card seat 166; preferably, the contact 167 is a silicone contact.

the first displacement sensor 224 and the second displacement sensor 225 are used for transmitting a steering signal of the slider 221 to the single chip microcomputer control circuit 300.
Further, the first picture display panel 231 or the second picture display panel 232 is provided with pictures (for example, green landscape pictures) and/or icons capable of moving back and forth, and the single chip microcomputer control circuit 300 controls the icons of the image display assembly 230 to move in a shape of a Chinese character 'mi' in rows up and down, left and right and left and right, so as to drive the eyeballs to do Chinese character 'mi' movements, thereby improving the health and vitality of the eyes; preferably, the icon is red dots, cartoon animal images, geometric figures and the like which attract the attention of eyes.

continuously working for 10 minutes in an out-of-focus training mode of eyes, and automatically stopping working of the eyesight improving and consciousness restoring instrument in a standby state;
pressing a training mode selection key, enabling the eyesight and consciousness restoring instrument to automatically enter an eye exercises training mode, and enabling eyes to do exercises of up-down, left-right, left-up-right, right-up-down and left-down exercises of exercises and eyeball rotation motions along with motion icons in a virtual reality environment so as to exercise the health of eyeballs;
the rapid jump of the three training modes can be realized by pressing the training mode selection key for a long time (the preferred time is more than or equal to 4 seconds), and the user can conveniently perform selective training.
The adjusting knob 130 is twisted to loosen the head-mounted shell 110, the eyesight improving and consciousness restoring instrument is removed, and the eyesight improving and consciousness restoring training is finished.
The voice control mode can be selected by pressing the working mode key at any time when the eyesight restoring instrument enters the working state, and the voice control conversion of the training mode of the eyesight restoring instrument can be realized under the voice instruction.

the head-mounted device (100) comprises a plurality of massage components (140), wherein each massage component (140) is used for massaging corresponding acupuncture points of the head of a human body;
the image display assembly (230) is fixed on the image motion assembly (220), and the singlechip control circuit (300) controls the direct current speed regulating motor (500) to rotate so as to control the image motion assembly (220) to reciprocate;
viewing an image on the image display assembly (230) through the window arrangement (200);
the single-chip microcomputer control circuit (300) further comprises a single-chip microcomputer (310), a direct current motor driving unit (320), a massage component driving unit (330) and a key interface unit (350);
the single chip microcomputer (310) is respectively connected with the direct current motor driving unit (320), the massage part driving unit (330) and the key interface unit (350); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the direct current motor driving unit (320) is used for driving the direct current speed regulating motor (500) to rotate;
the massage component driving unit (330) is used for driving the massage component (140) to move so as to massage corresponding acupuncture points of the head of the human body;
the key interface unit (350) is used for switching the training mode of the eyesight and consciousness restoring instrument.

The eyesight and consciousness restoration apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the head-mounted device (100) comprises a head-mounted housing (110) and an adjusting knob (130), the head-mounted housing (110) is matched with the head of a human body; the adjusting knob (130) is adjusted to enable the massage component (140) to be attached to the corresponding acupuncture points of the head of the human body to massage.

The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the head-mounted device (100) further comprises a viewing window (120), and the adjusting knob (130) is further configured to adjust a distance between the viewing window (120) and the eye, so as to facilitate viewing of the image on the image display assembly (230) through the viewing window (120);
the view window (120) comprises a first view window (121) and a second view window (122); the single chip microcomputer control circuit (300) comprises an illumination driving unit (360);
a first light source (240) is arranged above the first viewing window (121), and a second light source (250) is arranged above the second viewing window (122);
the illumination drive unit (360) controls the first light source (240) to provide illumination for the first viewing window (121) and controls the second light source (250) to provide illumination for the second viewing window (122).
4. The eyesight and consciousness restoring apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a bottom plate (600) and a rear plate (700);
the bottom plate (600) is connected with the head-mounted shell (110) and is positioned below the window device (200);
the rear panel (700) is connected to the base plate (600) for protecting the window assembly (200).
5. The eyesight and consciousness restoration apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the massage member (140) comprises a fixing post (161), a spring (162), a fixing plate (163) and a massage motor (164);
the fixing column (161) is fixed between the head-wearing shell (110) and the fixing plate (163), and the massage motor (164) is fixed on the fixing plate (163) through the fixing hole (165);
the spring (162) is used for adjusting the distance between the massage motor (164) and the head-wearing shell (110) so as to adjust the height of the contact;
the motor blade (170) rotates along with the rotation of the motor rotating shaft (169), and the contact (167) is eccentrically connected with the motor blade (170) through the eccentric hole (168); the massage motor (164) rotates to drive the contact (167) to do vertical eccentric motion.

The eyesight and consciousness restoring apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the image display unit (230) includes a first picture display panel (231) and a second picture display panel (232), the first picture display panel (231) and the second picture display panel (232) being mounted on the display panel fixing frame (233).
7. The eyesight and consciousness restoring apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the image moving assembly (220) comprises a slider (221) and a lead screw (222), the lead screw (222) is mounted on a lead screw fixing frame (223);
the first picture display panel (231) and the second picture display panel (232) are both connected with the sliding block (221), the direct current speed regulating motor (500) controls the screw rod (222) to rotate forwards or backwards, and the screw rod (222) drives the sliding block (221) to reciprocate forwards and backwards;
the first displacement sensor (224) and the second displacement sensor (225) are used for transmitting a steering signal of the sliding block (221) to the single chip microcomputer control circuit (300).

The eyesight and consciousness restoring apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said one-chip microcomputer control circuit (300) further comprises a voice playing driving unit (340); the voice playing driving unit (340) is connected with a loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker is used for providing voice prompts and/or music.

The eyesight and consciousness restoring apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said one-chip microcomputer control circuit further (300) further comprises a voice manipulation unit (370), said voice manipulation unit (370) is configured to automatically switch the training mode of the massage consciousness restoring apparatus according to the voice command.
10. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the operating modes of the apparatus include an acupoint massage training mode, an eye defocus training mode, and an eye exercises training mode:
under the acupoint massage training mode, the massage component massages corresponding acupoints of the head of a human body, wherein the corresponding acupoints comprise a temple acupoint (1, 4), a Sibai acupoint (2,5), a Qingming acupoint (3,6), a Baihui acupoint (7), a Yuzhu acupoint (8), a Fengchi acupoint (9,11) and an eyesight improving and brain refreshing acupoint (10, 12);
