equipment work monitor terminal: the equipment work monitoring terminal comprises a working mechanical electronic device and a wireless sensor, wherein the working mechanical electronic device collects whether the equipment is operated or not, the working mechanical electronic device comprises action operations such as clicking operation, pressing operation and the like, and the wireless sensor in the terminal is used for transmitting equipment operation information;
equipment use monitoring terminal: the equipment use monitoring terminal comprises a usability mechanical electronic device and a wireless sensor, wherein the usability mechanical electronic device collects information whether the equipment is picked up and put away, and the wireless sensor in the terminal is used for transmitting the equipment use information.

step 12: after the 5G mobile terminal of the squad personnel X receives the 5G signals of other squad personnel F nearby, the relay agent module of the 5G mobile terminal of the squad personnel X controls the 5G communication module of the terminal to establish communication with the found 5G mobile terminal of the squad personnel F, and directly forwards the real-time monitoring information of the terminal to the found squad personnel F; if no other person is found to be a person, the data is not sent, monitoring on other nearby squadron persons is kept, and forwarding is carried out when other nearby squadron persons exist;
step 13: after receiving the monitoring information of the squad personnel X, the 5G communication module of the 5G mobile terminal of the squad personnel F directly identifies the information as relay information and forwards the information to the relay agent module of the 5G mobile terminal of the squad personnel F, the relay agent module judges whether the terminal is connected with the monitoring evaluation server, if not, the action consistent with the step 11 and the step 12 is executed, specifically, the information of the squad personnel X needing to be relayed is forwarded to other squad personnel nearby, but the information is not forwarded to the squad personnel X; if the monitoring and evaluating server is connected, entering step 14;
