Description

Composition for preventing and treating silvery spodoptera and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control, and particularly relates to a composition for controlling silvery spodoptera exigua and application thereof.
Background
The silver budworm (Macdunnougia crassigna Warren) belongs to Lepidoptera and Noctuidae, and is a leaf-eating pest. In China, the insect pest brings serious threats to cotton, peanuts, corns, soybeans, cruciferous vegetables and the like, and is one of the extremely destructive agricultural pests in China. The silver budworm moth occurs in 2-4 generations in China, and the larvae of the silver budworm moth are different in harmful hosts at different periods. Crops such as cotton and beans are mainly harmed in spring, corn and soybean are harmed in summer, and cruciferous vegetables are harmed in autumn. The pests are mixed with common pests such as diamondback moth, cabbage caterpillar and the like in a cruciferous vegetable field, newly hatched larvae are clustered on leaf backs to gnaw mesophyll, upper epidermis is left to influence plant growth, excrement is discharged to pollute vegetable plants, and great influence is caused on yield and quality. The female silverworm armyworm has strong reproductive capacity, eggs are scattered on the leaf back, and 200-400 eggs can be produced per female moth. At present, chemical pesticides are mainly used for preventing and treating the silver budworms, but because the chemical pesticides bring huge pollution to human beings and the environment, and the silver budworms are easy to generate resistance when being used excessively, new methods and new technologies for preventing and treating the pests, which are economical, efficient and good in environmental compatibility, are urgently needed for solving the current environmental pollution and food safety crisis.
Insect sex pheromones called as third-generation green pesticides are concerned by researchers due to the characteristics of high efficiency, no toxicity, no harm to natural enemies, high sensitivity, green environmental protection and the like, and are usually trace chemical substances which are secreted by mature female or male insects and released to the outside of the body to attract the same species of heterosexual insects to mate. At present, more than 2000 kinds of insect sex pheromones and analogues identified and synthesized worldwide are mainly applied to the aspects of prediction and forecast of pests, interference mating, pest quarantine, mass trapping and killing and the like.

Preparing a lure:
adding the normal hexane solution containing the sex pheromone into the reversed-mouth rubber head according to the proportion to obtain the sex pheromone lure core (SP) containing the silver budworm. Then adding different sex pheromone analogue components into the lure core, adding 100 mu L of normal hexane after the solution completely permeates into the trans-rubber head, and preparing the lure core containing the sex pheromone and the sex pheromone analogue after the solvent completely volatilizes. Each of the above-mentioned core-attracting treatments was set to 5 replicates, and a core-attracting blank treatment (CK) as a control and a barrel-type trap containing a live female silverworm moth (PE) which had not been mated for 3 to 5 days with three feathers were each set to 5 replicates.
The prepared lure was placed in a bucket type trap, and placed in an area where the spodoptera littoralis occurred severely. To further illustrate the feasibility of this example, 22 specific formulations are given in table 1:
