8. A method of using the poultry physical health assessment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, fixing poultry detection samples into a fixing mechanism (2);
step 2, fixing the pressing mechanism (4) to the central position of the lower end of the sliding block (102);
step 3, starting the press machine (1) to enable the sliding block (102) to slowly descend at a speed of 1-3 mm/min;
step 4, when the pressure of the pressing mechanism (4) changes suddenly, the press (1) stops running, and the pressure resistance of the poultry is judged according to the limit pressure output by the pressing mechanism (4);
and 5, confirming whether the pressure of each first pressure sensor (302) minus the gravity 1/4 of the fixing mechanism (2) meets the requirement of being less than or equal to +/-0.3N, if so, recording the pressure data of the second pressure sensor (402), and if not, replacing the poultry detection sample and then repeating the steps 1-5 until the pressure data meeting the requirement is obtained.
