Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别用于饮料尤其酒精饮料或用于化妆品或香水的瓶。
该瓶可以具有任何不超出本发明范围的常规形状或其他形状。
这种瓶可以例如包含啤酒、无气泡葡萄酒或起泡酒,甚至是酒精含量高达60%的含酒精饮料,例如威士忌、白兰地、阿马尼亚克烧酒、朗姆酒、杜松子酒、伏特加、刺柏酒等。
背景技术
这类饮料传统上包装在玻璃瓶中,玻璃瓶的美感经常存有争议,其缺点是笨重,机械强度不高,其生产也需要大量能源,直接后果是产生非常不利的碳足迹。
发明内容
为克服这些缺点,根据本发明,想到将饮料或化妆品甚至香水包装在特别的瓶中,该瓶一方面包括小于0.5g/cm2的重量的确保瓶的机械强度的刚性外壳,另一方面包括用政府批准用于与食物接触的热塑性材料制成的旨在与饮料或化妆品接触的内部容器。
根据本发明,刚性外壳的壳体由具有细颈的颈部以及下盖延伸,刚性外壳配备刚性材料制成的盖帽,盖帽装合在细颈上并固定于细颈上,盖帽包括外部环形部分以及穿入细颈内部的内部环形部分。
旨在与饮料或化妆品接触的容器固定在该盖帽的内部环形部分。
刚性外壳由植物纤维圆柱形编织物制成,植物纤维圆柱形编织物燃点高于140℃,在整个壳体和颈部上具有统一的外观,并覆盖整个壳体和颈部的至少90%的表面。
该圆柱形编织物优选地通过将纤维编织在心轴上获得,该圆柱形编织物***热塑性树脂制的浸渍基质中,该热塑性树脂的熔点小于或等于190℃。

根据本发明的第一变型,旨在与饮料或化妆品接触的容器是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制成的固定于盖帽的内部环形部分的下部的容器。
根据本发明的该第一变型,瓶可以例如通过注射吹塑方法由通过注射预先制造的三个元件以及植物纤维圆柱形编织物获得,三个元件即盖帽、下盖和具有瓶的形状的浸渍基质,植物纤维圆柱形编织物也具有瓶和商用PET制容器的形状。
在此方法的实施过程中,将植物纤维圆柱形编织物定位在尤其是由硅酮制成的可充气囊袋上,将浸渍基质装合在该植物纤维圆柱形编织物的外表面上,然后将由此形成的组合件***允许获得壳体的模具中。
然后,将如此配备的模具加热,并对可充气囊袋加压,以使构成基质的热塑性树脂浸渗到植物纤维编织物中。
刚性外壳的壳体冷却并脱模后,将盖帽固定在刚性外壳的壳体的颈部上,将PET制的容器***壳体内部并固定至盖帽,然后通过固定下盖完成刚性外壳的壳体制造。
根据本发明的第二变型,旨在与饮料或化妆品接触的容器是柔性且韧性的袋,尤其是由聚乙烯(PE)制成的袋,在制造盖帽时,袋固定在盖帽的内部环形部分的下部,并在刚性外壳的壳体制造、将盖帽固定在壳体上以及优选地固定下盖之后,袋特别使用压缩空气充气。
应当注意的是,柔性且韧性的袋可以具有单层或多层结构。
根据本发明的该第二变型,刚性外壳的壳体还可以通过前述类型的注射吹塑方法制造。
根据本发明的另一特征,构成浸渍基质的热塑性树脂选自以下树脂:聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和聚乳酸(PLA)。
必须选择这种热塑性树脂,使其熔点低于构成圆柱形编织物的植物纤维的燃点。
应当注意的是,聚丙烯由于其造价低廉且易于成型的特征特别有利,但通常而言,缺点是不能被生物降解和不能不使用合成物而仅使用生物量而获得制造。
然而,由于热塑性树脂占刚性外壳的重量不到10%,该缺点因此得到平衡。
聚乳酸比聚丙烯贵,聚乳酸的优点是在一定条件下可生物降解。
这些酸在温度和湿度的正常条件下更抗降解,但是在高度潮湿的环境中高于60℃的温度可降解其聚合物链,从而导致形成低聚物,而低聚物在微生物(酶或细菌)存在的条件下被降解。
结果,根据本发明的浸渍基质由聚丙烯制成的瓶可通过研磨然后留在工业发酵罐或堆肥中而降解。
根据本发明的另一特征,瓶的刚性外壳的直径在大约30mm至大约90mm之间变化,且构成圆柱形编织物的纤维编织角度沿该刚性外壳在25°至65°之间变化,从而使在该刚性外壳的壳体以及颈部的整个表面上获得统一的外观。
应当注意的是,纤维的编织角度取决于纤维丝的数量和待获得的最终直径,且编织物的直径和纤维的取向的变化随编织速度而变化,因此随心轴前进速度而变化。
根据本发明的另一特征,植物纤维圆柱形编织物是***纤维编织物、竹纤维编织物、水稻纤维编织物或亚麻纤维编织物。
这种编织物可以有利地由直径约0.3mm的亚麻纤维编织物构成,包括90至100根纤维丝,尤其是96根纤维丝,每根包含5根纤维。
这种编织物的容重小于1400kg/m3,并且在具有常规容量的饮料瓶的情况下,其重量约为35克,因此特别轻。
举例而言,构成根据本发明的瓶的亚麻纤维圆柱形编织物的纤维在纯牵引力和压缩弯曲方面可以具有以下物理特征:-纯牵引力:
-与纤维平行的弹性模量:61GPa,
-与纤维垂直的弹性模量:6.4GPA,
-与纤维平行的最大应力:580MPa,
-断裂前与纤维平行的延伸率:1%,-压缩弯曲:
-与纤维平行的弹性模量:57GPA,
-与纤维垂直的弹性模量:6.3GPA,
-与纤维平行的最大应力:663MPA。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于饮料并特别是酒精饮料或用于化妆品或香水的瓶,其特征在于,瓶包括:一方面,具有确保瓶的机械强度的小于0.5g/cm2的重量的刚性外壳,刚性外壳的壳体通过具有细颈的颈部以及下盖延伸,刚性外壳配备装合在细颈上并固定在细颈上的刚性材料制成的盖帽,盖帽包括外部环形部分以及穿入细颈内部的内部环形部分,该刚性外壳由植物纤维圆柱形编织物制成,植物纤维圆柱形编织物的燃点高于140℃,植物纤维圆柱形编织物在整个壳体和颈部上具有统一外观,并覆盖壳体和颈部至少90%的表面,且***热塑性树脂制的浸渍基质中,该热塑性树脂的熔点小于或等于190℃;以及另一方面,旨在与饮料或化妆品接触的容器,被固定在盖帽的内部环形部分,且由热塑性材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶,其特征在于,植物纤维圆柱形编织物是亚麻纤维编织物、***纤维编织物、水稻纤维编织物或竹纤维编织物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的瓶,其特征在于,刚性外壳的直径在约30mm至约90mm之间变化,且构成植物纤维圆柱形编织物的纤维的编织角度沿该刚性外壳在25°至65°之间变化,从而在刚性外壳的壳体以及颈部的整个表面上获得统一外观。
