The vehicle information of the authorized vehicle capable of passing through the sentry box is recorded in the preset visitor vehicle information base, the vehicle information of the authorized vehicle comprises a license plate number of the authorized vehicle and/or owner identity information of the authorized vehicle, and the owner identity information of the authorized vehicle comprises an owner identity number, an owner name and the like. In one embodiment, the predetermined visitor vehicle information base is shown in table one above.
The preset visitor vehicle information base can be set by the visitor or can be set by the visitor and the visitor corresponding to the visitor vehicle together, and if the vehicle information of the authorized vehicle which can pass through the sentry box and is recorded by the preset visitor vehicle information base comprises the license plate number of the authorized vehicle, the visitor vehicle information base can be set by the visitor; if the vehicle information of the authorized vehicle which can pass through the sentry box and is recorded by the preset visitor vehicle information base comprises the license plate number of the authorized vehicle and the owner identity information of the authorized vehicle, the license plate number of the authorized vehicle can be set by the visitor, and then the owner identity information of the authorized vehicle is set by the visitor corresponding to the visitor vehicle so as to complete the setting of the visitor vehicle information base.
The first judging module 20 compares the visitor vehicle information with a preset visitor vehicle information base to determine whether the visitor vehicle corresponding to the visitor vehicle information is an authorized vehicle, specifically, queries whether the visitor vehicle information exists in the preset visitor vehicle information base, and if the visitor vehicle information exists in the preset visitor vehicle information base, considers that the visitor vehicle information is matched with the preset visitor vehicle information base.
In one embodiment, the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle includes a license plate number, the first determining module 20 queries whether the license plate number exists in the preset visitor vehicle information base, and if the license plate number exists in the preset visitor vehicle information base, the visitor vehicle information is considered to be matched with the preset visitor vehicle information base.
In another embodiment, the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle includes vehicle owner identity information, the first determining module 20 queries whether the vehicle owner identity information exists in the preset visitor vehicle information base, and if the vehicle owner identity information exists in the preset visitor vehicle information base, the visitor vehicle information is considered to be matched with the preset visitor vehicle information base.
In another embodiment, the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle includes a license plate number and owner identity information, the first determining module 20 queries whether the license plate number and the owner identity information exist in the preset visitor vehicle information base, and if the license plate number and the owner identity information exist in the preset visitor vehicle information base, the visitor vehicle information is considered to be matched with the preset visitor vehicle information base.
When the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle is matched with the preset visitor vehicle information base, the control module 30 sends an opening instruction to the barrier gate at the sentry box to control the barrier gate to be opened, and the visitor vehicle is released.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a visitor vehicle management system according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment of the guest vehicle management system described above, the system further includes: a second obtaining module 40 and a second judging module 50,
the second obtaining module 40 is configured to obtain the current time and obtain an authorized access time period corresponding to the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle when the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle matches a preset visitor vehicle information base;
the second judging module 50 is configured to judge whether the current time is within an authorized access time period corresponding to the guest vehicle information;
the control module 30 is further configured to control a barrier at the kiosk to open to allow the guest vehicle to pass when the current time is within the authorized access time period corresponding to the guest vehicle information.
The current time is the Beijing time and can be expressed by year, month, day, hour, minute and second. The authorized access time period corresponding to the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle is preset and is set by the visitor corresponding to the visitor or the visitor vehicle.
The second obtaining module 40 may obtain the authorized access time period corresponding to the vehicle information of the guest vehicle in the local memory, or obtain the authorized access time period corresponding to the vehicle information of the guest vehicle from the remote server, specifically, the second obtaining module 40 sends an obtaining request to the remote server, where the obtaining request carries the vehicle information of the guest vehicle, and receives the authorized access time period corresponding to the vehicle information of the guest vehicle returned by the remote server according to the obtaining request.
The second determining module 50 determines whether the current time is within the authorized access time period corresponding to the visitor vehicle information, so as to determine whether the visitor vehicle corresponding to the visitor vehicle information is allowed to pass through the sentry box at the current time, and when the current time is within the authorized access time period corresponding to the visitor vehicle information, it is determined that the visitor vehicle can be released, otherwise, the visitor vehicle is blocked.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a visitor vehicle management system according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the guest vehicle management system described above, the system further includes:
and a sending module 60, configured to send parking stall information of the parking lot to the navigation apparatus in the visitor vehicle, so that the navigation apparatus in the visitor vehicle performs parking navigation according to the parking stall information of the parking lot.
The parking space information of the parking lot includes the space distribution condition of the parking lot, such as the position of each space and the current use condition (empty or non-empty) of each space. This sending module 60 sends parking area parking stall information to the navigation head on the visitor vehicle, and the navigation head can park the navigation according to this parking area parking stall information, finds the parking stall fast, avoids visitor vehicle pocket commentaries on classics in the parking area, causes the parking area to block up.

Claims (10)
1. A guest vehicle management method, characterized in that the method comprises:
authorizing vehicle information of a visitor vehicle in a visitor vehicle information base in advance, wherein the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle comprises license plate information and owner identity information of the visitor vehicle; wherein the license plate number information of the visitor vehicle comprises a license plate number of the visitor vehicle; the owner information of the visitor vehicle comprises the name and the identity card number of the visitor;
when a visitor vehicle stops at a sentry box, vehicle information of the visitor vehicle is acquired, wherein the sentry box is arranged at an entrance and an exit of a vehicle access passage;
judging whether the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle is matched with a preset visitor vehicle information base or not;
when the license plate number information and the owner identity information of the visitor vehicle exist in the visitor vehicle information base in advance, a barrier gate at a sentry box is controlled to be opened so as to allow the visitor vehicle to pass.
2. The guest vehicle management method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of controlling a barrier at a kiosk to open to let the guest vehicle pass, the method further comprises:
acquiring current time and acquiring an authorized access time period corresponding to the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle;
judging whether the current time is within an authorized access time period corresponding to the visitor vehicle information;
and if the current time is within the authorized access time period corresponding to the visitor vehicle information, executing a step of controlling a barrier gate at a sentry box to be opened so as to release the visitor vehicle.
3. The guest vehicle management method of claim 1 or 2, wherein after the step of controlling a barrier at a kiosk to open to let the guest vehicle pass, the method further comprises:
and sending parking lot parking space information to a navigation device on the visitor vehicle so that the navigation device on the visitor vehicle can carry out parking navigation according to the parking lot parking space information.
4. The guest vehicle management method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of acquiring the vehicle information of the guest vehicle while the guest vehicle is parked at a kiosk includes:
when a visitor vehicle stops at a sentry box, photographing the visitor vehicle to obtain a vehicle picture, and identifying the vehicle picture to obtain a license plate number of the visitor vehicle; or
When the visitor vehicle stops at the sentry box, scanning the electronic tag on the visitor vehicle to obtain a scanning result, and identifying the scanning result to obtain the license plate number of the visitor vehicle.
5. The guest vehicle management method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of acquiring the vehicle information of the guest vehicle while the guest vehicle is parked at a kiosk includes:
and when the visitor vehicle stops at the sentry box, reading the identity document of the owner of the visitor vehicle to acquire the identity information of the owner.
6. A guest vehicle management system, the system comprising:
the visitor vehicle management system is used for authorizing the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle in a visitor vehicle information base in advance, wherein the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle comprises license plate information and owner identity information of the visitor vehicle; wherein the license plate number information of the visitor vehicle comprises a license plate number of the visitor vehicle; the owner information of the visitor vehicle comprises the name and the identity card number of the visitor;
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a control module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle information of a visitor vehicle when the visitor vehicle stops at a sentry box, and the sentry box is arranged at an entrance and an exit of a vehicle access passage;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle is matched with a preset visitor vehicle information base or not;
and the control module is used for controlling a barrier gate at the sentry box to be opened when the license plate information and the owner identity information of the visitor vehicle exist in the visitor vehicle information base in advance so as to release the visitor vehicle.
7. The guest vehicle management system of claim 6, wherein the system further comprises: a second obtaining module and a second judging module,
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the current time and the authorized access time period corresponding to the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle when the vehicle information of the visitor vehicle is matched with a preset visitor vehicle information base;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the current time is within an authorized access time period corresponding to the visitor vehicle information;
the control module is also used for controlling a barrier gate at a sentry box to be opened to release the visitor vehicle when the current time is within the authorized access time period corresponding to the visitor vehicle information.
8. The guest vehicle management system of claim 6 or 7, wherein the system further comprises:
and the sending module is used for sending parking lot parking space information to the navigation device on the visitor vehicle so that the navigation device on the visitor vehicle can carry out parking navigation according to the parking lot parking space information.
9. The guest vehicle management system of claim 6 or 7, wherein the first obtaining module is further to:
when a visitor vehicle stops at a sentry box, photographing the visitor vehicle to obtain a vehicle picture, and identifying the vehicle picture to obtain a license plate number of the visitor vehicle; or
When the visitor vehicle stops at the sentry box, scanning the electronic tag on the visitor vehicle to obtain a scanning result, and identifying the scanning result to obtain the license plate number of the visitor vehicle.
10. The visitor vehicle management system of claim 6 or 7 wherein the first obtaining module is further configured to read an identity document of an owner of the visitor vehicle to obtain owner identity information when the visitor vehicle is parked at the kiosk.
