Therefore, the technical problem that the existing online payment cannot be normally released due to network reasons or inaccurate vehicle-out identification, and parking lot management manual participation is needed to solve so that the vehicle-out efficiency is influenced is solved.

Claims (9)

1. A vehicle release processing method characterized by comprising:
receiving a code scanning instruction of a vehicle user terminal before a vehicle is released at a vehicle exit passage, wherein the vehicle finishes parking fee/toll fee payment;
code scanning operation is carried out according to the code scanning instruction, and the vehicle departure related information is obtained;
uploading the vehicle-out related information of the vehicle to a parking management platform/vehicle passage management platform, acquiring a parking fee/toll fee payment record of the vehicle by the parking management platform/vehicle passage management platform according to the vehicle-out related information, and judging whether the vehicle meets a preset release rule or not; wherein the preset release rule comprises: the license plate of the vehicle identified by the vehicle-out is consistent with the license plate paid for, and the vehicle pays full parking fee/toll fee;
and if the vehicle meets the preset release rule, releasing an instruction, and controlling the field equipment at the vehicle exit channel to release the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a code scanning instruction of the vehicle user terminal is preceded by the step of:
if the parking management platform/vehicle pass management platform does not receive the information that the vehicle finishes the parking fee/pass fee payment, executing the following steps: receiving a code scanning instruction of a vehicle user terminal;
and if the parking management platform/vehicle passing management platform receives the information that the vehicle completes the payment of the parking fee/the passing fee and accords with the passing rule, sending a passing instruction to control the field equipment at the exit passage to automatically pass the vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a code scanning instruction of the vehicle user terminal is preceded by the step of:
detecting whether the vehicle has completed payment of a parking/toll fee before departure;
if the vehicle is detected to finish the payment of the parking fee/toll fee but not send the feedback message that the vehicle normally pays to the parking management platform/vehicle passing management platform before the vehicle is taken out, or the parking management platform/vehicle passing management platform does not receive the feedback message that the vehicle normally pays, executing the following steps: receiving a code scanning instruction of a vehicle user terminal;
and if the fact that the parking fee/toll payment of the vehicle is not completed before the vehicle is discharged is detected, issuing a payment instruction to a vehicle user terminal, and controlling field equipment at the discharge passage to automatically release the vehicle after the user makes the payment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the departure-related information of the vehicle comprises: the method comprises the following steps of vehicle user account information, a vehicle exit channel address where a vehicle is located, a license plate number of the vehicle which is collected by the vehicle exit channel, and vehicle exit time.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset rules for passing further comprise: and when the vehicle which cannot identify the license plate enters or exits the vehicle, the user IDs of the code scanning users are consistent, and the user IDs pay full parking fee/toll fee.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the step of judging whether the vehicle meets a preset release rule according to the vehicle departure related information further comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle does not accord with the preset releasing rule, if the parking fee/toll fee is not paid in full amount, a secondary payment instruction is issued, and after the user makes up the payment fee, the equipment at the vehicle exit passage is controlled to automatically release the vehicle; if the identification license plates of the vehicles entering and exiting are not consistent, the license plates of the vehicles exiting are corrected, and then payment instructions or release instructions are issued according to the corrected result.
7. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein prior to releasing the vehicle at the vehicle exit lane, the method further comprises:

8. A vehicle clearance processing apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of a method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
