Abstract
The invention provides an equipment quality evaluation method based on remote operation of a distribution network, which is characterized in that a computer is used for full-automatic intelligent analysis by depending on system logic, manual intervention is not needed in the whole process, manpower and material resources for evaluation and statistical analysis of the equipment of the distribution network can be saved, evaluation and statistics are carried out by comparing the manpower, and the method has the characteristics of high accuracy, strong timeliness, strong objectivity and the like; after the invention is applied, the quality of each large equipment manufacturer in the aspect of remote control operation is presented; the original backward mode depending on manual statistics is changed into the mode of intelligent analysis by a computer system, the development of the whole power distribution network intelligence is greatly promoted, and a feasible standardization and intelligent method is provided for the evaluation of the equipment quality of the power distribution network in the aspect of remote control operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power distribution network management, in particular to a device quality evaluation method based on remote operation of a distribution network.
Background
With the development of the existing power distribution network and the high reliability requirement of the power utilization of customers, the whole power distribution network is required to be an intelligent road. In order to promote the intelligent development of the whole power distribution network, distribution network remote control switches with remote control functions produced by various large equipment manufacturers are installed in advanced regions in China at present, so that the operation tasks can be rapidly and accurately completed when the requirements such as distribution network line faults and operation mode changes occur, and the loss of manpower and material resources is reduced. However, the success of remote control operations can vary depending on the quality of the equipment manufacturer. At present, the whole power distribution network lacks of a quality evaluation method for automatically evaluating the quality of equipment manufacturers based on the aspect of remote control operation of the power distribution network from an intelligent direction, so that the quality of each equipment manufacturer in the aspect of remote control switches is not mastered.
Based on the analysis, an intelligent method is urgently needed to directly analyze the quality condition of equipment manufacturers based on remote control operation of the distribution network technically, grasp the quality condition of the equipment of each equipment manufacturer from a management plane and strengthen the management of the distribution network.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention is a method for evaluating the quality of equipment based on remote operation of a distribution network, and the method obtains source data through two service systems, including: a distribution network automation system, an asset management system 1; irrelevant data and error data are removed through acquisition of source data, and a mass database 2 is automatically generated; carrying out intelligent filtering on key data from a mass database, wherein five key data are intelligently obtained and filtered: equipment ID, operation time, remote control failure classification codes, equipment topological relation and equipment manufacturers 3; integrating and analyzing the data in an intelligent mode to form each piece of remote control failure data, wherein each piece of remote control failure data comprises a substation, a line, an equipment name, an equipment ID, operation time of equipment slave, a remote control failure reason and an equipment manufacturer, a database is formed, consistency check is carried out on the equipment ID and the equipment manufacturer, it is ensured that remote control failure records correspond to the equipment ID and the equipment manufacturer one by one, and the quality condition of each equipment manufacturer is intelligently analyzed 4; and finally, automatically generating a quality analysis report of the equipment manufacturer, wherein the report comprises the following contents: the remote control operation failure times of the distribution network of each equipment manufacturer, the remote control operation failure reason classification table of the distribution network of each equipment manufacturer and the remote control operation quality evaluation condition table of the distribution network of each equipment manufacturer.
The method comprises the following specific implementation processes:
s1: inputting an analysis object, wherein the designed analysis object which can be input can be analysis time, an analysis equipment manufacturer or an analysis subordinate management unit, and the step is S2;

s6: carrying out data consistency check 12 on the database formed in the step S5, intelligently matching whether the ID of the equipment to which the equipment belongs corresponds to key information such as equipment manufacturers and remote control failure records one by one, detecting the subordinate corresponding condition of the equipment, ensuring the data accuracy, and entering the step S7;
s7: intelligently analyzing the quality condition 13 of each equipment manufacturer, intelligently analyzing the remote control operation failure condition, the remote control operation failure reason classification and the equipment quality evaluation condition corresponding to the equipment manufacturer by taking the equipment manufacturer as an analysis object, and entering S8;
s8: and automatically generating a quality analysis report 14 of the equipment manufacturer according to the output result of S7, wherein the analysis report mainly comprises the following contents: the remote control operation failure times of the distribution network of each equipment manufacturer, the remote control operation failure reason classification table of the distribution network of each equipment manufacturer and the remote control operation quality evaluation condition table of the distribution network of each equipment manufacturer.
