The encryption algorithm module is connected to the storage expansion end of the central processing unit and used for encrypting data according to a preset algorithm, so that data information is transmitted to the regional center in an encryption mode.
The encryption algorithm module also has a decryption function and is used for carrying out decryption operation on data from other block data centers, and the obtained data is used for being transmitted to operation and storage. The central processing unit processes the decrypted data and stores the data for ensuring the mutual verification among the data blocks;
the green certificate module further comprises a trusted storage module used for checking the reliability of a data source, specifically, the trusted storage module firstly checks registration record information in a block chain, determines the validity of a sampling ammeter node, then checks the signature of the data by using an ammeter public key in the registration record information, and only after the data pass the checking and verification, the trusted storage module approves that the ammeter uploads the real and effective sensing data.
