as shown in fig. 1, the adjustable CCD camera mounting bracket has a specific connection manner:
the spring 2-2 of the knob component 2 is sleeved on the mounting column 3-1-3 of the power rod 3-1 in the connecting rod component 3, and the mounting column 3-1-3 is connected with the rotating knob 2-1 of the knob component 2 after penetrating through the stepped through hole 1-2-3 of the T-shaped fixing lug 1-2 in the platform base component 1; a long connecting rod through hole 3-2-2 of a long connecting rod 3-2 in the connecting rod assembly 3 is sleeved on a thread of a T-shaped fixing lug 1-2 in the platform base assembly 1 and fixed by a nut 3-5 after extending out of a column 1-2-2; the matching screw thread 4-6-3 of the spherical shell connecting rod 4-6 in the mounting base component 4 passes through the long connecting rod through hole 3-2-2 of the long connecting rod 3-2 in the connecting rod component 3 to be connected with the connecting rod screw hole 3-4-3 of the connecting rod 3-4.
As shown in fig. 7, each link connection in the link assembly 3 adopts a hinge mode of matching and mounting nuts 3-5 and bolts 3-6, and can rotate freely to form a double-ring retractable parallel mechanism, so that the height of the triangular mounting platform 4-2 can be adjusted and the horizontal balance of the triangular mounting platform 4-2 can be maintained.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fixed teeth 2-1-3 of the rotation knob 2-1 are engaged with the teeth 1-2-4 of the stepped through hole 1-2-3; when in use, the rotary knob 2-1 is slightly pulled and rotated, and then the rotary knob is loosened after rotating a certain position, and the position is fixed under the action of the spring 2-2.
As shown in fig. 12:
the triangular mounting platform 4-2 can be freely replaced, and the matched triangular mounting platform 4-2 is selected according to the diameter of the front end of the CCD camera 4-1.
The triangular mounting platform 4-2 can be used for mounting an optical lens; when in use, the CCD camera 4-1 is disassembled, and the optical lens is fixed by adjusting the lens fixing screw 4-4.
As shown in FIG. 13, the lower bottom surface of the triangular mounting platform 4-2 is provided with three diaphragm components with different apertures, and the device is used as an optical frame in use.
As shown in fig. 1, the base platform 1-1 is provided with supporting legs 1-1-3, so that the adjustable CCD camera mounting rack is convenient to carry and place; the mounting array holes 1-1-2 on the base platform 1-1 are convenient for fixing and mounting an observation object;
the invention is an adjustable CCD camera mounting bracket, which adopts a zooming parallel mechanism to adjust the position of a CCD camera 4-1, and has simple structure and low manufacturing cost; the triangular mounting platform 4-2 can be used for mounting the CCD camera 4-1 and can also be used as an optical lens bracket to realize function diversification; the base platform 1-1 is provided with array holes 1-1-2, so that other parts can be conveniently installed, and the device is fixed on the optical platform and has strong applicability.

1. An adjustable CCD camera mounting frame is characterized by comprising a platform base assembly (1), a knob assembly (2), a connecting rod assembly (3) and a mounting base assembly (4);
the platform base assembly (1) is formed by combining a base platform (1-1) and a T-shaped fixed lug (1-2);
the base platform (1-1) is of a regular hexagonal structure and comprises a base body (1-1-1) and supporting legs (1-1-3); the base body (1-1-1) is in a regular hexagon shape, the upper surface of the base body is made of marble, and a plurality of mounting array holes (1-1-2) are uniformly distributed in the center of the base body; the supporting legs (1-1-3) are cylindrical, are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the base matrix (1-1-1), and are opposite to the T-shaped fixing bumps (1-2) on the base matrix (1-1-1);
the T-shaped fixing lug (1-2) is of a T-shaped structure and comprises a T-shaped base body (1-2-1); the T-shaped base body (1-2-1) is of a three-dimensional structure with a T-shaped section, and a section of threaded extending column (1-2-2) is arranged on the foremost end face of the position close to the center of the base platform (1-1); the outer side surface of the T-shaped substrate (1-2-1) is symmetrically provided with two step through holes (1-2-3); uniformly distributed teeth (1-2-4) are arranged in the stepped through hole (1-2-3); three T-shaped fixing lugs (1-2) are uniformly distributed on the base body (1-1-1) of the base platform (1-1) in a circumferential manner;
the knob component (2) comprises a rotary knob (2-1) and a spring (2-2);
the rotary knob (2-1) is of a stepped cylindrical structure and comprises a knob base body (2-1-1); the knob substrate (2-1-1) is of a stepped cylindrical structure; the outer ring of the big end of the knob substrate (2-1-1) is provided with a plurality of shallow grooves (2-1-2); a circle of fixed teeth (2-1-3) are arranged on the outer ring of the small end of the knob substrate (2-1-1); a threaded hole (2-1-4) is formed in the middle of the end face of the small end of the knob base body (2-1-1);
the connecting rod assembly (3) comprises a power rod (3-1), a long connecting rod (3-2), a short connecting rod (3-3), a connecting rod (3-4), a nut (3-5) and a bolt (3-6);
the power rod (3-1) is of a long and flat rod-shaped structure and comprises a power rod base body (3-1-1); the side surface of one end of the power rod base body (3-1-1) is provided with a power rod through hole (3-1-2), and the side surface of the other end extends out of a section of threaded mounting column (3-1-3);
the long connecting rod base body (3-2-1) is of a long flat rod-shaped structure, and the side surfaces of two ends of the long connecting rod base body are respectively provided with a long connecting rod through hole (3-2-2);
the short connecting rod (3-3) is of a short flat rod-shaped structure and comprises a short connecting rod base body (3-3-1); the side surfaces of two ends of the short connecting rod base body (3-3-1) are respectively provided with a short connecting rod through hole (3-3-2);
the connecting rod (3-4) is of a flat rod-shaped structure and comprises a connecting rod base body (3-4-1); both ends of the connecting rod base body (3-4-1) are respectively provided with a connecting rod through hole (3-4-2); a connecting rod threaded hole (3-4-3) is formed in the middle of the side face of the connecting rod base body (3-4-1);
the concrete connection mode of the connecting rod component (3) is as follows:
the power rod through hole (3-1-2) of the power rod (3-1) is connected with the long connecting rod through hole (3-2-2) of the long connecting rod (3-2); the long connecting rod through hole (3-2-2) of the long connecting rod (3-2) is connected with the connecting rod through hole (3-4-2) of the connecting rod (3-4); the other connecting rod through hole (3-4-2) of the connecting rod (3-4) is connected with the long connecting rod through hole (3-2-2) of the other long connecting rod (3-2); the long connecting rod through hole (3-2-2) of the long connecting rod (3-2) is connected with the power rod through hole (3-1-2) of the other power rod (3-1); the long connecting rod through holes (3-2-2) of the two long connecting rods (3-2) are connected with each other; the connecting rod threaded hole (3-4-3) of the connecting rod (3-4) is connected with the long connecting rod through hole (3-2-2) of the combined long connecting rod (3-2); the short connecting rod through hole (3-3-2) of the short connecting rod (3-3) is connected with the long connecting rod through hole (3-2-2) of the combined long connecting rod (3-2), and the short connecting rod through hole (3-3-2) at the other end is connected with the power rod through hole (3-1-2) of the combined power rod (3-1); the short connecting rods (3-3) play a connecting role, and the inner and outer long connecting rods (3-2) are ensured to be parallel;
