Firstly, according to the type of a coming high-speed rail vehicle, the extension plate extension control module 83 of the shielding door control system 8 controls the extension plate extension driving device 5 to perform the extension movement of the whole movable extension adjusting shielding door system so as to adapt to the type of the coming high-speed rail vehicle; after the high-speed rail train stops, the movable side box movement control module 81 of the shielding door control system 8 controls the whole movable telescopic adjusting shielding door system to move on the sill track 1, so that the split shielding door assemblies of the movable telescopic adjusting shielding door system correspond to the train doors of the high-speed rail train one by one; when passengers get on or off the bus, the shielding door opening and closing synchronous control module 82 of the shielding door control system 8 synchronously controls the shielding doors 4 of the split shielding door assemblies to be opened relatively so as to facilitate the passengers to get on or off the bus; after the passengers get on or off the train, the shielding door opening and closing synchronous control module 82 of the shielding door control system 8 synchronously controls the shielding doors 4 of the split shielding door assemblies to be closed relatively, and then the shielding doors are reset or not reset for the next stop of the train type of the high-speed train.
