s5, prefabricating a grouting structure, and selecting prefabricated outer liner pipes (11), inner liner pipes (12), grouting pipes (3) and grouting spray pipes (2) according to the size, damaged positions, quantity and damaged degree of the pipeline to be repaired;
s6, dragging the pipeline lining (1) into a pipeline: dragging the grouting structure into a pipeline to be repaired, enabling the length of the outer liner pipe (11) to be larger than that of the pipeline, arranging a sealing water stop pad between the pipeline and the end part gap of the outer liner pipe (11), and arranging a pressure discharge pipe on the sealing water stop pad;

s8, grouting and curing: grout is introduced into the grouting pipe (3) through the grouting machine (8), and the grouting spray pipe (2) moves towards the damaged position of the pipeline under the pushing of the grout, so that the grout is better introduced into the cavity of the foundation on the outer side of the damaged pipeline to be grouted and filled;
