Description

Electroluminescent water-based ink, wallpaper, preparation method and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to a formula and a preparation method of ink, in particular to electroluminescent water-based ink, wallpaper, a preparation method and application.
Background
With the continuous development of national economy and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the emergence of a large number of commercial houses, hotels and exhibition halls, the requirement of people on interior decoration materials is continuously improved, and wallpaper as an important component of modern interior decoration materials is more and more valued by people. The wallpaper is more and more widely applied because of the characteristics of good decoration effect, convenient construction and environmental protection. From the first public places such as hotels, office buildings and exhibition halls, the solar energy collecting device is increasingly applied to ordinary residential houses nowadays in large quantities. However, the wallpaper on the market has a single function except appearance, and how to improve the functional application of the wallpaper becomes an industry hotspot.
Traditional water-based ink with luminous effect for wallpaper mainly adopts noctilucent energy storage type dye to realize, and the dye absorbs ultraviolet energy in daytime and emits light at night. However, this luminescent energy storage dye has several distinct disadvantages: 1. when the lamp is turned on in the day or at night, the lamp has no luminous effect; 2. the luminous intensity is very low, and the luminous effect is very weak; 3. the duration of the light emission is short, and the light emission effect can not be seen after a few hours; 4. the effective period of the ink layer is short, the energy storage effect of the ink layer is greatly reduced after 2-3 months basically, and the luminous effect at night is obviously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The main purpose of the present invention is to solve the above problems in the prior art and to provide an aqueous ink with electroluminescent properties, which can be used for preparing electroluminescent wallpaper.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention firstly provides an electroluminescent water-based ink, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 to 40 percent of water-based emulsion,
5 to 20% of electroluminescent material,
1 to 10 percent of dispersant,
30-60% of a solvent.
The solvent is a mixture of water and glycerol. The mass ratio of water to glycerol is 2/3-1. Water and glycerol are used as solvents, so that volatilization of toxic organic solvents is avoided, and pollution to air is avoided.
The water-based emulsion is water-based graphene emulsion, the solid content is 30-60%, the conductivity is 10-12S/m, and the viscosity is 500-5000 mPa.s. The solid content is 45-48%, the acid value is 7-10, the pH = 6.1-6.5, and the viscosity is 1000-2000 mPa.s.
The electroluminescent material is coumarin dye or rhodamine dye.
The dispersing agent is a polyester dispersing agent with a hyperbranched structure, the solid content is 40-50%, and the pH = 3-6. The dispersant is DISPERBYK-192, the amine value is 7-9 mg KOH/g, and the solid content is 35-40%.
Electroluminescent water-based ink
30 to 35 percent of water-based emulsion,
5 to 10% of electroluminescent material,
1 to 5 percent of dispersant,
50-60% of a solvent.
The invention provides a preparation method of electroluminescent water-based ink, which comprises the following steps of taking the raw materials according to the parts by weight, adding the water-based emulsion into a stirring barrel, stirring, sequentially adding the electroluminescent substance, a dispersing agent and a solvent into the stirring barrel, uniformly stirring, and finally filtering by using a 200-mesh screen. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, simple equipment requirement and low cost.
The invention also relates to electroluminescent wallpaper which contains the electroluminescent water-based ink. After the common wallpaper is subjected to a normal printing process, the electroluminescent effect is realized, the long-term property is maintained, the pattern of a paved room can be luminous, and the wallpaper is soft in light, safe in voltage, long in sustainable time, free of radiation and the like.
The electroluminescent water-based ink can be used for preparing electroluminescent wallpaper.
The wallpaper prepared by using the electroluminescent water-based ink has a soft luminous effect. The wall paper can continuously emit light only by the weak current of 12V at the two ends of the wall paper, is not influenced by temperature, humidity, ultraviolet rays and light emitting time, and is convenient to use as a common household fluorescent lamp.
