Oily sludge is an oily solid waste produced during oil extraction, transportation, refining and oily sewage treatment. The crushing system comprises crushing equipment, a belt conveyor II, a belt conveyor III and a buffer bin; the crushing equipment is used for crushing large oily sludge, the belt conveyor II is used for conveying the crushed oily sludge to the buffer bin, and the belt conveyor III is used for conveying the oily sludge in the buffer bin to the stirring system.
The stirring system comprises coarse stirring equipment, fine stirring equipment and a belt conveyor IV; the coarse stirring equipment is used for fully mixing the crushed oily sludge and the curing agent; the fine stirring equipment is used for further and fully mixing the roughly stirred oily sludge and the curing agent; and the belt conveyor is used for conveying the finely stirred oily sludge to the forming system.
The medicament system comprises a medicament storage tank and a medicament delivery pump; the medicament is a composite film curing agent, is liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure, is temporarily stored in a medicament storage tank, and is conveyed to the stirring system by a medicament conveying pump.
The molding system comprises molding equipment and a material returning belt conveyor; the forming equipment is used for preparing the finely stirred oily sludge into oval blocks with the particle size of 25-75 mm; and the material returning belt conveyor is used for returning redundant materials generated by the forming equipment to the fine stirring equipment for recycling.
The oily sludge forming method applying the oily sludge forming system comprises the following steps:

As shown in fig. 1, the system for forming oily sludge according to the present invention comprises: feeding system, broken system, mixing system, medicament system and molding system. The feeding system is connected with the crushing system, the crushing system is connected with the stirring system, and the stirring system is respectively connected with the medicament system and the forming system.
The feeding system is used for caching and conveying oily sludge; the crushing system is used for scattering large oily sludge and conveying the crushed oily sludge to the stirring system; the stirring system is used for fully mixing the crushed oily sludge and the curing agent; the medicament system is used for storing and delivering medicaments; the forming system is used for making the stirred oily sludge into an oval briquette and sending the generated redundant materials back to the fine stirring equipment.
The feeding system comprises a raw material bin and a first belt conveyor. The oily sludge is temporarily stored in a raw material bin, and is conveyed to a crushing system through a first belt conveyor after being properly proportioned. The medicament system includes a medicament reservoir and a medicament delivery pump. The medicament is a composite film curing agent, is liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure, is temporarily stored in a medicament storage tank, and is conveyed to a stirring system by a medicament conveying pump.
The molding system comprises molding equipment and a material returning belt conveyor. The molding equipment is used for preparing the finely stirred oily sludge into oval lumps with the particle size of 25-75 mm.
