The left end face of the stamping cylinder fixing beam 371 is provided with a guide hole, and the pressure cylinder connecting piece 373 passes through the guide hole and is respectively connected with the extending end of the pressure cylinder 372 and the rear end face of the stamping male die 375.
In the working process of the stamping and riveting device 37, the stamping and riveting device 37 moves along a set track until the outer end face of the stamping female die 374 is attached to the inner side face of the bottom plate of the household appliance panel, the pressure cylinder 372 extends forwards under the action of pressure oil, and the stamping male die 375 moves forwards along with the extending end of the pressure cylinder 372. When the stamping male die 375 is embedded into the groove on the inner side of the stamping female die 374, the movement is stopped, and the stamping riveting process of the bottom plate and the side plate of the household appliance panel is completed.
The stamping riveting device 37 solves the problems of poor reliability and low connection strength of the connecting plate; the pressurization cylinder 372 is arranged to provide huge driving force for the punching riveting device 37, so that the connection strength is ensured; the process that the stamping male die 375 is embedded into the stamping female die 374 enables the surfaces of the household appliance panel bottom plate and the household appliance panel side plate to be connected together through plastic deformation, and the connected material tissue is finer, so that the household appliance panel bottom plate and the household appliance panel side plate are connected to have higher strength.
As shown in fig. 7, the front and rear positioning cylinder assembly 116 includes a front and rear positioning cylinder support plate 1161, a front and rear positioning cylinder 1162, a front and rear positioning cylinder bending plate 1163, a front and rear positioning cylinder press plate 1164, and a front and rear positioning cylinder cushion block 1165. Four front and rear positioning cylinder support plates 1161 are fixed at four corners of the positioning bottom plate 111. The front and rear positioning cylinder bent plate 1163 is fixed above the front and rear positioning cylinder support plate 1161, and the inner side surface of the front and rear positioning cylinder bent plate faces one side of the household appliance panel. And the front and rear positioning cylinder pressing plate 1164 is connected with the extending end of the bottom plate front and rear positioning cylinder 1162. One side of the front and rear positioning cylinder cushion block 1165 is connected with the inner side of the front and rear positioning cylinder press plate 1164. The other side of the front and rear positioning cylinder cushion block 1165 faces the inner wall of the household appliance panel. The upper end of the front and rear positioning cylinder bent plate 1163 is provided with a chamfer structure, and the inclined plane of the chamfer structure faces one side of the household appliance panel.
As shown in fig. 8, the side panel positioning jig 28 includes a side panel positioning jig frame 281 and a suction cup 282. The side plate positioning clamp frame 281 is connected with the extending ends of the side plate positioning left and right air cylinders 27. Three suction cups 282 are provided at the front, middle and rear ends of the side panel positioning jig frame 281, and the suction cup 282 has a suction side facing inward. The side plate positioning clamp frame 281 is provided with three extension ends at the clamping part, and the middle of the extension ends is not provided with materials and has a hollow structure.
The riveting method of the household appliance panel adopts the household appliance panel riveting equipment, and comprises the following steps:
1) placing the bottom plate of the household appliance panel into the bottom plate positioning mechanism 1 for positioning the bottom plate, and placing the side plate of the household appliance panel into the side plate positioning mechanism 2 for positioning the side plate;
2) the front and back positioning cylinder assembly 116 of the bottom plate acts to complete the front and back positioning of the bottom plate of the household appliance panel, and the left and right positioning cylinder 114 of the bottom plate starts to act to complete the left and right positioning of the bottom plate of the household appliance panel;
3) the side plate positioning upper and lower air cylinders 22 and the side plate positioning left and right air cylinders 27 start to act, and the two household appliance panel side plates are moved to the positions which are attached to the side surfaces of the household appliance panel bottom plates;
4) the first driving motor 101 of the bottom plate, the riveting front and rear motor assemblies 31 and the riveting left and right motor assemblies 34 act, and the riveting mechanism 3 starts riveting the household appliance panel according to a certain track;
5) and the bottom plate positioning mechanism 1, the side plate positioning mechanism 2 and the riveting mechanism 3 return to initial positions to complete the riveting of the household appliance panel bottom plate and the household appliance panel side plate.

the side plate positioning mechanism (2) comprises a side plate positioning bottom plate (21), a side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder (22), a side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder seat (23), a side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder guide rod (24), a side plate guide rod ball slide block (25), a side plate guide rod base (26), a side plate positioning left and right cylinder (27) and a side plate positioning clamp (28); the side plate positioning bottom plates (21) on the two side plate positioning mechanisms (2) are respectively fixed at the upper end of the upper sliding bottom plate (105) and are distributed in bilateral symmetry; the upper end of the side plate positioning bottom plate (21) is fixedly provided with the side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder seats (23); two side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder guide rods (24) are respectively fixed at the left and right ends below the side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder seats (23); the side plate guide rod ball sliding block (25) is embedded in the side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder guide rods (24) and can slide on the side plate positioning upper and lower cylinder guide rods (24); the side plate guide rod base (26) is fixed on the side plate guide rod ball sliding block (25), and the side plate positioning left and right air cylinders (27) are fixed on the side plate guide rod base (26); the side plate positioning clamp (28) is connected with the extending ends of the side plate positioning left and right cylinders (27), and one side of the household appliance panel is clamped inwards;
the riveting mechanism (3) comprises a riveting front-rear motor assembly (31), a riveting front-rear guide rail screw rod assembly (32), a riveting left-right moving bottom plate (33), a riveting left-right motor assembly (34), a riveting left-right guide rail assembly (35), a riveting block bottom plate (36) and a stamping riveting device (37); two riveted front and rear motor assemblies (31) are respectively fixed at the left end and the right end of the rack (4); the riveting front and rear guide rail screw rod assemblies (32) are fixed on the rack (4), two riveting front and rear guide rail screw rod assemblies (32) are arranged, the riveting front and rear guide rail screw rod assemblies (32) are respectively connected with two riveting left and right moving bottom plates (33), and the two riveting front and rear guide rail screw rod assemblies (32) respectively control the two riveting left and right moving bottom plates (33); the number of the riveting left and right motor assemblies (34) is two, and the two riveting left and right motor assemblies are respectively fixed between the two riveting left and right bottom plates (33); the number of the left and right screw rod guide rail assemblies (35) is two, and the two screw rod guide rail assemblies are respectively fixed at two ends of the left and right bottom plates (33) which are riveted; the number of the riveting block bottom plates (36) is two, and the lower ends of the riveting block bottom plates (36) are respectively fixed on sliding blocks in two riveting left and right screw rod guide rail assemblies (35); the two stamping riveting devices (37) are respectively fixed on the upper end surface of the riveting block bottom plate (36) and can move left and right along guide rails in the left and right screw rod guide rail assembly (35) in a riveting way;
when riveting work is carried out, the bottom plate of the household appliance panel is placed in the bottom plate positioning mechanism (1) for bottom plate positioning, and the side plate of the household appliance panel is placed in the side plate positioning mechanism (2) for side plate positioning; then the riveting mechanism (3) starts to move along a set route to rivet the bottom plate and the side plate of the household appliance panel; then the bottom plate positioning mechanism (1), the side plate positioning mechanism (2) and the riveting mechanism (3) return to the initial position to conveniently discharge the household appliance panel, and the whole riveting process is completed.

3) the side plate positioning upper and lower cylinders (22) and the side plate positioning left and right cylinders (27) start to act, and the two household appliance panel side plates are moved to the positions which are attached to the side surfaces of the household appliance panel bottom plates;
4) the first driving motor (101) of the bottom plate, the riveting front and rear motor assemblies (31) and the riveting left and right motor assemblies (34) act, and the riveting mechanism (3) starts to rivet the household appliance panel according to the track;
5) and the bottom plate positioning mechanism (1), the side plate positioning mechanism (2) and the riveting mechanism (3) return to the initial positions to complete the riveting of the household appliance panel bottom plate and the household appliance panel side plate.
