本发明实施例公开了一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液,包括EDTA二钠、甘油、双丙甘醇、黄原胶、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、辛酸癸酸甘油三、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、霍霍巴籽油、牛油果树果脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG‑100硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、生育酚乙酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油‑3、聚丙烯酰胺/C13‑14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚‑7、胶原提取物、胎盘蛋白、水;还公开了一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液的制备方法,由该方法制得的保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液具有多重保湿、抗氧化、改善肌肤粗糙、暗沉、细纹的作用。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
紫外辐射是造成皮肤光老化的最主要因素。紫外线包含UVA,UVB,UVC,其中UVC在通过臭氧层时大部分被吸收,到达地球表面的紫外线主要包含UVA和UVB。UVA主要作用于真皮层,诱导产生活性氧(Reactive Oxygen Species,ROS),过量ROS引起机体多种生物学效应,如脂质过氧化、激活转录因子和产生DNA链断裂等,导致金属基质蛋白酶(MMPs)累积、弹性蛋白变性、胶原蛋白降解,造成皮肤光老化。UVB主要作用于角质层,可通过直接损伤DNA或诱导产生自由基等机制损害皮肤,造成皮肤光老化。皮肤光老化临床表现为皮肤粗糙、皱纹加深加粗、皮革样外观、色素沉着、松弛、血管扩张、表皮角化不良等。此外空气湿度较低时,皮肤角质层不能及时调节足够的保湿因子,而油脂腺的活跃能力也在降低,脸上的油脂便会减少,因此皮肤就容易绷紧,在眼下及鼻旁更会出现细纹。
实验研究发现,阿胶低聚肽能够很好地清除自由基,促进氧化损伤的成纤维细胞增殖、SOD活性的增加。因此以阿胶胶原提取物、驴胎盘蛋白配合牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油等作为原料,设计和生产一种多重保湿、抗氧化、改善肌肤粗糙、暗沉、细纹的乳液,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
为此,本发明实施例提供一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液及其制备方法,以解决皮肤光老化的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:
一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:EDTA二钠0.01~0.25%、甘油5~10%、双丙甘醇3.0~10.0%、黄原胶0.05~0.5%、尿囊素0.05~0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.05~0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3~3.0%、己二醇0.3~3.0%、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯2.0~8.0%、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯1.0~8.0%、霍霍巴籽油3.0~10.0%、牛油果树果脂0.3~3.0%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.6~5.0%、甘油硬脂酸酯1.0~5.0%、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.8~6.0%、硬脂酸0.05~0.8%、生育酚乙酸酯0.05~0.8%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3~8.0%、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油-30.3~5.0%、聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7 0.5~5.5%、胶原提取物0.01~0.4%、胎盘蛋白0.01~0.4%、水60~80%。

本发明实施例还提供了一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液的制备方法,,包括如下步骤:
S100、将EDTA二钠、甘油、双丙甘醇、黄原胶、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇加入60~90℃水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到第一混合物;
S200、将辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、霍霍巴籽油、牛油果树果脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、生育酚乙酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油-3于60~90℃下,搅拌混合均匀得到第二混合物;
S300、将第一混合物加入第二混合物中,并于60~90℃乳化均质10~20min充分混合得到第三混合物;
S400、将聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7加入第三混合物中,搅拌混合均匀得到第四混合物;
S500、将第四混合物搅拌溶解完全并降温至45℃后加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白,搅拌混合均匀,降温至出料温度得到成品。
本发明实施例的特征还在于,在S100中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm,在S200中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm,在S300中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,时间为10min。
本发明实施例的特征还在于,在S400中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm。
本发明实施例的特征还在于,在S300中,第一混合物和第二混合物充分混合得到第三混合物的具体步骤为:
将水溶液加热至60~90℃,并且在加热后的水溶液中加入适量的甘油,在甘油完全溶解后调节水溶液的pH至6~7;
通过外接的导管连接水溶液,使得水溶液处于流量可控的水循环中,在水溶液循环的过程中按照等比例加入第一混合物和第二混合物,直至将第一混合物或第二混合物全部添加至水溶液中;
在将第一混合物和第二混合物完全添加至水溶液后在循环回路中添加均质机对水溶液进行均质乳化。
本发明实施例的特征还在于,在S500中向第四混合物中加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白的具体步骤为:
将第四混合物先在60~80℃的环境中进行温养;
降低混合液的温度至45℃以下,向混合液中加入少量的酸使得混合液pH为6,再向混合液中加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白,在混合的过程中加入少量的甘油促进溶解,在溶解后过滤将其不溶物滤出,在40~50℃的水环境中进行温养直至混合物重新变得清澈。
本发明实施例具有如下优点:
(1)本发明实施例中使用的乳化剂是聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7,一种乳液状增稠、乳化和稳定剂,具有溶涨速度快的优点,可以在瞬间配成凝胶,是一种在常温下和高温下都无需中和即可生产乳霜的新材料。能乳化各种油脂,无需考虑它的HLB值,用于制备各种护肤膏霜等产品,由它制得的乳霜,外观亮泽,触感极佳,柔软且光滑。
(2)本发明实施例在保湿剂方面进行了增效复配的优化,选择了三类不同保湿机理的保湿剂进行复配,将牛油果树果脂等封闭剂类保湿剂与甘油等吸水剂类保湿剂、尿囊素等仿生剂类保湿剂复配,保湿体系科学完整,多重保湿,保湿效果更出众,肤感更舒适。更有多种优质油脂复配,其中牛油果树果脂含大量可吸收紫外线的不可皂化物,保护皮肤免受天气和紫外线的侵害,舒缓皮肤刺激,治疗皲裂粗糙皮肤,阻止皱纹产生,保湿、柔润皮肤,涂展性好;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯是完全饱和的中等极性油脂,极高的抗氧化性,化学结构与植物油相似,与皮肤有很好的亲和性,是非封闭型的柔润剂;霍霍巴籽油具有优良氧化稳定性,卓越的保湿性及滋润型,不引致粉刺,不刺激皮肤,快速渗透作用,给予中度滋润、不油腻,消炎和消肿。

由于完整皮肤的表皮是一层非常致密的组织结构,只能让水、电解质及少数结构简单的小分子物质通过。而天然阿胶胶原的分子量约30万道尔顿,且分子结构非常复杂。
因此在护肤品中直接加入大分子的天然阿胶胶原很难被皮肤吸收。因此在本发明实施例1-3中,优选的,胶原提取物均是由道地药材东阿阿胶经复合蛋白酶水解后制得,所述的小分子阿胶重均分子量为580-1300Da,肽段分布于200-3000Da之间。
该种居于200-1000Da之间肽段的吸收及功效相对于其他大小的肽段和游离氨基酸都更佳。具有显著的分子小、高吸收的特点,可更有效的发挥清除自由基、美白去黑色素和补充皮肤胶原蛋白的作用。
同时,由于《本草纲目》和《本经逢源》中记载,驴胎盘性味甘、温热无毒,入肝、脾、肾经,有温中暖下、益气养血、健脾开胃、补肾益精等作用。研究表明驴胎盘中含有碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质、核酸、激素、维生素、微量元素等多种有益成分,具有调节免疫、抗氧化、延缓衰老、预防肿瘤、促进伤口愈合、增强记忆力等功效。
因此在本发明实施例1-3中,优选胎盘蛋白采用驴胎盘经清洗、烘干、研磨、提取、冻干制得。
如图1所示,上述实施例1-3提供的保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液可通过以下步骤制得:
S100、将EDTA二钠、甘油、双丙甘醇、黄原胶、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇加入60~90℃水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到第一混合物;
搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm;
S200、将辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、霍霍巴籽油、牛油果树果脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、生育酚乙酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油-3于60~90℃下,搅拌混合均匀得到第二混合物;
该步骤搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm;
S300、将第一混合物加入第二混合物中,并于60~90℃乳化均质10~20min得到第三混合物;
该步骤搅拌时的温度为75℃,时间为10min;
S400、将聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7加入第三混合物中,搅拌混合均匀得到第四混合物;
该步骤搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm;
S500、将第四混合物搅拌溶解完全并降温至45℃后加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白,搅拌混合均匀,降温至出料温度得到成品。
本发明实施例的特征还在于,在S300中,第一混合物和第二混合物充分混合得到第三混合物的具体步骤为:
将水溶液加热至60~90℃,并且在加热后的水溶液中加入适量的甘油,在甘油完全溶解后调节水溶液的pH至6~7;
通过外接的导管连接水溶液,使得水溶液处于流量可控的水循环中,在水溶液循环的过程中按照等比例加入第一混合物和第二混合物,直至将第一混合物或第二混合物全部添加至水溶液中;
在将第一混合物和第二混合物完全添加至水溶液后在循环回路中添加均质机对水溶液进行均质乳化。
在本实施方式中,通过水循环的方式进行乳化均质,不破坏原来的混合平衡,而是在该混合平衡之外建立新的均质乳化体系,通过在循环体系中建立均质乳化的体系,一方面能够将所有的物质均通过乳化装置进行均质乳化,避免存在乳化死角,而且在乳化的过程中使得所有的溶液均处于动态的流动过程中,可以间接的提高实际的乳化混合效果。
由于胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白主要成分为蛋白质,因此,在制备的混合过程中需要注意其温度和pH值,使得其处于蛋白质可接受的范围内,同时还需要尽可能提高其混合能力。
在S500中向第四混合物中加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白的具体步骤为:
将第四混合物先在60~80℃的环境中进行温养;
降低混合液的温度至45℃以下,向混合液中加入少量的酸使得混合液pH为6,控制温度和pH,使得其水溶液的环境整体处于最佳的状态,同时控制温度和pH能够促进胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白在水溶液中的溶解,其非蛋白质成分不易在该环境中溶解,作为残渣成分在后续过滤出。
当调整温度和酸碱度之后再向混合液中加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白,在混合的过程中加入少量的甘油促进溶解,在溶解后过滤将其不溶物滤出,在40~50℃的水环境中进行温养直至混合物重新变得清澈。
为了更好的说明本发明的安全性,使用本发明实施例3制备的乳液进行了稳定性及安全性试验。防腐效力测试,依据国际标准ISO11930:2012(化妆品-微生物学-化妆品产品抗菌防护评定)开展;皮肤刺激性检测参考中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫行业标准SN/T4577--2016《化妆品皮肤刺激性检测重建人体表皮模型体外测试方法》。同时,依据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)的要求和国际方法采用相应的技术手段,对化妆水中重金属(铅、汞、砷、镉)、风险物质(二甘醇、二恶烷)及微生物安全性实施检测。
乳液贮存稳定性检测结果见表1,该乳液在冻融循环、耐热/耐寒试验中外观、气味、pH值均无明显变化,离心试验无分层,具有贮存稳定性。

乳液防腐功效测试结果见表2,结果显示符合ISO11930-2012附录B中表B.1中A标准。

乳液中重金属(铅、汞、砷、镉)、风险物质(二甘醇、二恶烷)及微生物安全性检测结果见表3、表4。铅、汞、砷、镉、二甘醇及二恶烷均未检出,微生物指标符合标准。

乳液体外皮肤刺激性检测结果见表5,可知该乳液为非刺激性。

虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:EDTA二钠0.01~0.25%、甘油5~10%、双丙甘醇3.0~10.0%、黄原胶0.05~0.5%、尿囊素0.05~0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.05~0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3~3.0%、己二醇0.3~3.0%、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯2.0~8.0%、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯1.0~8.0%、霍霍巴籽油3.0~10.0%、牛油果树果脂0.3~3.0%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.6~5.0%、甘油硬脂酸酯1.0~5.0%、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.8~6.0%、硬脂酸0.05~0.8%、生育酚乙酸酯0.05~0.8%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3~8.0%、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油-30.3~5.0%、聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7 0.5~5.5%、胶原提取物0.01~0.4%、胎盘蛋白0.01~0.4%、水60~80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:EDTA二钠0.01~0.05%、甘油5~8%、双丙甘醇3.0~6%、黄原胶0.08~0.3%、尿囊素0.06~0.25%、甘草酸二钾0.05~0.3%、对羟基苯乙酮0.4~0.8%、己二醇0.4~0.9%、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯2.0~5.0%、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯1.0~4.0%、霍霍巴籽油3.5~7.0%、牛油果树果脂0.4~0.8%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.6~1.2%、甘油硬脂酸酯1.2~2.0%、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.8~1.6%、硬脂酸0.2~0.6%、生育酚乙酸酯0.2~0.6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4~0.8%、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油-30.4~0.9%、聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.5~1.5%、胶原提取物0.01~0.08%、胎盘蛋白0.01~0.06%、水62~78%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:EDTA二钠0.02%、甘油6%、双丙甘醇4%、黄原胶0.1%、尿囊素0.1%、甘草酸二钾0.1%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%、己二醇0.5%、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯2.5%、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯2.0%、霍霍巴籽油4.0%、牛油果树果脂0.5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.8%、甘油硬脂酸酯1.5%、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.0%、硬脂酸0.3%、生育酚乙酸酯0.3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油-30.5%、聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.7%、胶原提取物0.01%、胎盘蛋白0.01%、水74.06%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液,其特征在于,所述胶原提取物是由道地药材东阿阿胶经复合蛋白酶水解后制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液,其特征在于,所述胎盘蛋白采用驴胎盘经清洗、烘干、研磨、提取、冻干制得。
6.一种根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S100、将EDTA二钠、甘油、双丙甘醇、黄原胶、尿囊素、甘草酸二钾、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇加入60~90℃水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到第一混合物;
S200、将辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、霍霍巴籽油、牛油果树果脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、生育酚乙酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴酯类/绿荆树花蜡/向日葵籽蜡/聚甘油-3于60~90℃下,搅拌混合均匀得到第二混合物;
S300、将第一混合物加入第二混合物中,并于60~90℃乳化均质10~20min充分混合得到第三混合物;
S400、将聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7加入第三混合物中,搅拌混合均匀得到第四混合物;
S500、将第四混合物搅拌溶解完全并降温至45℃后加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白,搅拌混合均匀,降温至出料温度得到成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,在S100中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm,在S200中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm,在S300中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,时间为10min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,在S400中,搅拌时的温度为75℃,搅拌的速度为40rpm~600rpm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,在S300中,第一混合物和第二混合物充分混合得到第三混合物的具体步骤为:
将水溶液加热至60~90℃,并且在加热后的水溶液中加入适量的甘油,在甘油完全溶解后调节水溶液的pH至6~7;
通过外接的导管连接水溶液,使得水溶液处于流量可控的水循环中,在水溶液循环的过程中按照等比例加入第一混合物和第二混合物,直至将第一混合物或第二混合物全部添加至水溶液中;
在将第一混合物和第二混合物完全添加至水溶液后在循环回路中添加均质机对水溶液进行均质乳化。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种保湿抗氧化的阿胶精华乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,在S500中向第四混合物中加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白的具体步骤为:
将第四混合物先在60~80℃的环境中进行温养;
降低混合液的温度至45℃以下,向混合液中加入少量的酸使得混合液pH为6,再向混合液中加入胶原提取物与胎盘蛋白,在混合的过程中加入少量的甘油促进溶解,在溶解后过滤将其不溶物滤出,在40~50℃的水环境中进行温养直至混合物重新变得清澈。
