(4) the distribution of the channel number, distribute the acquired channel number resource to the content or page of the user, facilitate the user to enter the content that wants to watch directly through the channel number;
(5) the method comprises the steps of inquiring statistical information, carrying out unified statistical analysis on consumption behaviors of users, and providing statistical data and reports aiming at programs of a main subject in a main operation within a certain time period, wherein the statistical data and reports comprise program ordering inquiry, program rating statistical examination inquiry, audience rating daily statistics, program state daily statistics, channel audience rating statistics, page statistical examination inquiry and settlement reports;
(6) authority control, wherein different operation authority groups are built inside, and operators are assigned to different authority groups to realize division of labor;
the content management module is configured to:
(1) channel number resource management, which authorizes the available channel number segments within a certain time range according to the protocol with the content operation main body, allocates the channel number resources, and allocates the designated number segments to the corresponding operation main body; recovering channel number resources, and recovering channel number sections distributed to an operation main body in advance according to needs;

(3) the work order management module is matched with the workflow module and used for checking and inquiring and monitoring the execution condition of the work order; checking the task being processed, and checking the progress of the program being processed through a page; checking and inquiring the completed work order; processing an abnormal work order: performing platform intervention on partial exceptions including reset or discard;
(4) program distribution, namely under the condition that a network does not have an automatic distribution function, a platform is required to perform fixed-point distribution to directionally distribute program contents to specified nodes; otherwise, the media content of a certain node can be deleted at a fixed point; this is a complement to the automatic distribution of program content; the method comprises the following steps: and (3) node configuration: configuring all nodes in a system before program distribution, wherein the nodes comprise basic attributes of the nodes, and the basic attributes comprise an IP address field, a node IP and a distributed file system identifier; and (3) program fixed-point distribution: only distributable nodes can be directionally distributed to form a distribution task; the method can also be used for distributing a certain node in batches; and (3) program fixed point deletion: only the programs which are successfully distributed can be deleted in a fixed point manner; distributing task query: the method can inquire and monitor the tasks being distributed and the tasks which are distributed and completed; processing an abnormal distribution task: performing platform intervention on the abnormal distribution task;
(5) content statistical analysis: the platform can be examined global statistical analysis data to with the operation main part as the one-dimensional of statistics, the platform can be compared the inquiry, include: program ordering inquiry; daily statistics of program states; daily statistics of the audience rating of the video program; daily statistics of program channel audience rating; a statistical daily examination inquiry, which can examine the daily execution condition of the statistical process;
(6) and (3) authority control: different content operation permission groups can be built in the platform, and operators are assigned to different permission groups to realize division of labor;
the workflow module is a core unit in the content management system, and forms the uploading, the initial review, the re-review, the distribution and the release processes of the video programs into pipeline operation, monitors the execution condition of each work order and realizes the safety control and the automatic management of the program contents;
the workflow module is configured to:
(1) the operation main body transcodes the content of the operation main body, uploads a video program through a content operation portal, and records program metadata and a path of a source media file corresponding to the program; if the program metadata is put in storage, a corresponding work order is generated; the workflow module uploads a media file corresponding to the program from an operation main body to a media file server, and rewrites the work order state;
(2) the workflow module informs a content supervisor to complete the auditing of the program, and automatically rewrites the work order state after the auditing is passed; the workflow module informs a media processing unit in the streaming media subsystem to process a corresponding work order, slices and encrypts a media file to form media metadata, and uploads the media metadata to a distributed file system; the workflow module informs a media control unit in the streaming media subsystem to report the seed uploading condition to a media tracking unit; after the seeds are uploaded successfully, the workflow module is informed to finish the work order;
the content upload is divided into two parts: program transcoding and slice uploading; the program transcoding work is completed off line before uploading; the whole uploading process is driven by the workflow; the program primary check is to check the format and length of uploaded content according to a limited requirement, reject further entry work for programs which do not meet the requirement, and prompt a user;
the program information input comprises the input of basic description information and posters of programs, and program classification and search keywords are required to be selected when the programs are input; the program transcoding is to implement uniform format conversion on uploaded programs; the transcoding process is driven by a workflow and is carried out in batch; after transcoding is completed, deleting the source file and reserving the transcoded file; the program content is checked, further input work is directly refused for the programs beyond the limited range, the workflow is ended, and a user is prompted; uploading the audited program to a media storage cluster through a slice uploading process;
(3) for the deletion of the video program, the operation main body initiates the deletion, and once the operation main body initiates a deletion command, the platform automatically generates a work order; the workflow module informs a media tracker in the streaming media subsystem to finish a deletion task; and after the media tracker informs all media control units with the program to delete all media segments, the workflow module is informed that the work order is normally finished.
