The user shows the bar code/two-dimensional code label on the paper work ticket to the key cabinet, and after the control processing device identifies the work ticket, the control processing device determines that the previous step is completed and the key box is not locked in a cross mode, and then automatically opens the key box so that the user can take back the isolation key.
If the key box is cross-locked, the control processing device will open the key box only if the work ticket associated with the key box is required to complete the operation of step 1.
3. After the temporary operation (or commissioning) of the equipment and the related work are finished, the equipment is safely isolated again, and the work licensor stores the isolation key again.
The work licensor uses the key cabinet to select the module of 'ending work intermittence', and the liquid crystal display touch screen prompts scanning of the work ticket bar code/two-dimensional code. The user shows the bar code/two-dimensional code label on the paper work ticket to the key cabinet, and after the control processing device identifies the work ticket, the key box is automatically opened so that the user can put back the isolation key. And (3) after the user closes the key box, the key box is automatically locked, and the subsequent operation is the same as that after the step (1) 5.
If the work licensor does not have a work ticket of work break under the name, the liquid crystal display touch screen does not have an option of a module for ending the work break.
【6】 Method for acquiring use condition of key cabinet
On the liquid crystal display touch screen, when no one uses, the service condition of the key cabinet can be always displayed. Including the status of each key box: idle/unlocked/locked/work done, associated work ticket number, person currently having permission to open. When a user clicks one of the non-idle key boxes, the liquid crystal display touch screen can display operation records of the key box, including time, operators and operation contents. Or, the user can display the information through the mobile phone APP.
In addition, as another preferred aspect of the system for managing a work ticket barrier key provided in this embodiment, the control processing device has a data interactive interface, and can perform coordinated control with a work ticket computer management system of a production unit through the data interactive interface, and can implement the following functions:

4. after the work ticket computer association system finishes the work finishing procedure, the work ticket number is sent to the key cabinet through the interface, and the key cabinet unlocks the association key box to replace the manual operation of the steps 6 and 7 in the step (2).
In summary, the system for managing work ticket isolation keys provided by the embodiment has the following technical advantages compared with the prior art:
(1) the management of the security key can be independently realized without depending on other computer systems except the computer system, and the linkage control with other computer systems is also supported.
(2) The user can complete the operation completely through the liquid crystal screen of the electronic key cabinet, the operation is easy to learn and use, and the existing work ticket business process of a production unit and related computer systems are not affected.
(3) Device cross isolation management between work tickets by using intelligent program of electronic key cabinet
(4) The opening of the key cabinet is strictly controlled by using a computer program, so that the standardization of the conventional safety management is improved.
(5) The electronic lock is controlled by a computer program, so that the problem of losing a mechanical key is solved.
(6) The multiple modes are used for identifying the identity of the user, and the requirements of the electric power safety working rules are completely met.
(7) After the electronic cabinet is used for management, the opening of the cabinet is recorded in detail one by one, and the monitoring can be better compared with the prior art.
(8) Compared with the existing computer system or paper work ticket management method, the method is more intuitive and easier to use by using the touch screen and the mobile phone APP.
