step one, carrying out 1:1 doubling on the microporous polyester spandex short fiber and the bamboo charcoal fiber, and then twisting and stranding to form a doubled yarn A, and carrying out 2:1 doubling on the microporous ramie-like short fiber and the anion nanofiber, and then twisting and stranding to form a doubled yarn B;
step two, preparing the folded yarn A and the folded yarn B into blended yarn through a blending process;
thirdly, performing water repellent finishing on the blended yarns by using an organic silicon waterproof finishing agent;
step four, coating an aqueous polyurethane coating on the surface of the water-repellent treated yarn obtained in the step three, wherein the aqueous polyurethane coating is composed of raw materials of, by mass, 12-13 g/m of aqueous polyurethane, PEG200 and 100: 3-8: 0.4-0.6 of a normal-temperature imine curing agent, and the coating amount is2
