Claims (3)
1. A sweat-absorbing quick-drying dustproof yarn and a preparation method thereof are characterized in that: the fabric is formed by interweaving microporous polyester spandex short fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers, microporous ramie-like short fibers and anion nano fibers in parts by weight, wherein the mass ratio of the microporous polyester short fibers, the bamboo charcoal fibers, the microporous ramie-like short fibers to the anion nano fibers is 8:1:10: 0.3-0.6; the preparation method of the sweat-absorbent quick-drying dustproof yarn comprises the following steps:
step one, carrying out 1:1 doubling on the microporous polyester spandex short fiber and the bamboo charcoal fiber, and then twisting and stranding to form a doubled yarn A, and carrying out 2:1 doubling on the microporous ramie-like short fiber and the anion nanofiber, and then twisting and stranding to form a doubled yarn B;
step two, preparing the folded yarn A and the folded yarn B into blended yarn through a blending process;
thirdly, performing water repellent finishing on the blended yarns by using an organic silicon waterproof finishing agent;
step four, coating an aqueous polyurethane coating on the surface of the water-repellent treated yarn obtained in the step three, wherein the aqueous polyurethane coating is composed of raw materials of, by mass, 12-13 g/m of aqueous polyurethane, PEG200 and 100: 3-8: 0.4-0.6 of a normal-temperature imine curing agent, and the coating amount is2;
Step five, drying the yarn subjected to coating treatment, wherein the drying temperature is 90-110 ℃, and the drying time is 4-6 min;
and sixthly, finally, rinsing the yarn in clear water for 2-3 times, and drying at 80-100 ℃ until the moisture content is below 8% in a moisture test, so that the sweat-absorbing, quick-drying and dustproof yarn is obtained.
2. The yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein the twist of the microporous polyester spandex staple fiber and the bamboo charcoal fiber during 1:1 doubling and twisting and plying is 80-100 twists/m, and the twist of the microporous ramie-like staple fiber and the anion nanofiber during 2:1 doubling and twisting and plying is 90-120 twists/m.
3. The moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, and dust-proofing yarn of claim 1, wherein the silicone-based water-repellent finish is one of SH silicone fabric water-repellent finish, WF silicone fabric water-repellent finish, and fluoro silicone water-repellent finish.
