技术领域
本发明涉及装饰面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高密度表面磨毛耐装饰复合面料及其磨毛砂皮辊机构。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们对家居产品的要求也越来越高。人们在选购产品时不光考虑到它的材质舒适、随意自然,更多的是考虑到它的可装饰性,既能体现时尚感,又能在艺术效果上表现完美、品质超群。
装饰面料按材质分类,有全棉、涤棉、全涤、毛涤、全毛等几种。涤纶是世界产量最大,应用最广泛的合成纤维品种,涤纶占世界合成纤维产量的60%以上。大量用于衣料、床上用品、各种装饰布料、国防军工特殊织物等纺织品以及其他工业用纤维制品。
涤纶具有强力大、初始模量高、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐气候性好。涤纶丝价格便宜,做成装饰面料易洗快干、尺寸稳定性好、经久耐用,能满足人们对装饰面料的更高要求。然而目前市场上的装饰面料,绝大部分由单一涤纶原料编织而成,不仅花色效果单一、欠美观及缺乏饱和感,而且手感粗硬。因此需要改进。
另外,对于装饰面料来说,表面进行磨毛处理,能够大大增加亲肤感,并增显面料的档次。
织物在纱磨(皮)辊上包覆角的大小与磨毛效果有着密切关系,它决定了织物的受磨面积。包覆角越大,织物与砂磨辊接触面积越大,受磨起绒面增大。磨毛作用显著,效果好。但在这种情况下,织物强力下降也越大,严重的会磨破织物。反之包覆角越小,受磨面积越小,磨毛效果差,但织物强力好。传统的砂磨辊长时间使用后,相关的性能参数会改变,因此需要可调节受磨面积和压力等的砂磨辊。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种高密度表面磨毛耐装饰复合面料及其磨毛砂皮辊机构,面料具有较高的纱线密度,表面平整度较好,且可双面使用,保暖性强度均较好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高密度表面磨毛耐装饰复合面料,包括基层面料、分别复合在基层面料顶部和底部的印花层和第一高纱支层、复合在所述印刷层上方的绒毛层和复合在第一高纱支层下方的第二高纱支层,所述印花层表面设有印花,所述印花层的纱线密度高于所述绒毛层,所述绒毛层为表面具有绒毛的面料,所述第一高纱支层和第二高纱支层均为高纱支数纱线编织而成,且所述第二高纱支层的纱支数大于所述第一高纱支层,同时第二高纱支层的纱线密度大于所述第一高纱支层。
进一步的,所述绒毛层为低纱线密度的面料。
进一步的,所述绒毛层表面磨毛处理。
进一步的,所述绒毛层为平纹组织编制而成。
进一步的,所述第二高纱支层采用斜纹组织进行编织。
进一步的,所述基层面料包括高密度层和分别复合在所述高密度层上下表面的第一低密度层和第二低密度层,其中,所述高密度层的纱线密度大于所述第一低密度层和第二低密度层。
进一步的,所述高密度层、第一低密度层和第二低密度层的纱支数相同,为30-50s。
一种砂皮辊机构,包括用于砂皮辊安装的安装架,在所述砂皮辊两侧于所述安装架上开有对称设置的滑动槽,在所述滑动槽内通过调节机构上下可滑动的设置有滑动卡接座,所述滑动卡接座内转动设置有调节辊轮。
进一步的,所述调节机构包括固定在滑动槽底部的调节座、与所述调节座转动连接的调节螺母和与所述调节螺母螺接并伸入所述调节座内的调节螺杆,所述调节座包括端盖和与端盖固定连接的筒体,所述调节螺母底部焊接固定有连接柱,所述连接柱底部焊接固定有限位柱,所述连接柱和限位柱中部均开设有与所述调节螺杆外径匹配的通孔,且所述限位柱的外径大于所述连接柱的外径,所述端盖中部开设有与所述连接柱外径匹配的通孔,所述筒体中部开设有与所述连接柱外径匹配的通孔,所述筒体中部还开设有用于调节螺杆上下活动的槽孔。
进一步的,所述滑动卡接座为一T型卡座,在所述滑动卡接座底部固定连接有支撑筒,所述调节螺杆穿入所述支撑筒内,并可与所述调节螺杆相对转动。
本发明的有益效果:绒毛层为较低纱线密度的面料,便于展示印花层中的表面印花,可以给与特殊的视觉效果,还可以保护印花;绒毛层磨毛处理,使得面料表面保暖性好的同时,表面也具有特殊的视觉效果,且绒毛层采用平纹组织使得绒毛层具有较好的耐磨度同时,表面平整,且纱线密度可较低,便于展示印花层;第二高纱支层的纱支数大于第一高纱支层,同时第二高纱支层的纱线密度大于第一高纱支层,可保证透气性的同时,面料整体强度也较高;第二高纱支层采用斜纹组织进行编织,使得面料表面较为柔软平整,具有立体感;基层面料的孔隙结构呈类似漏斗状,双面均可透气,使得该装饰面料可双面使用;
另外,本申请中的砂皮辊机构,能够便捷的调节面料表层中绒毛层与砂皮辊的接触面和压力,方便控制加工质量,

参照图1,一种高密度表面磨毛耐装饰复合面料,包括基层面料1、分别复合在基层面料1顶部和底部的印花层2和第一高纱支层4、复合在印刷层2上方的绒毛层3和复合在第一高纱支层4下方的第二高纱支层5,其中,印花层2表面设有印花(印花转移印花,为现有面料常规加工方式),且印花层2的纱线密度高于绒毛层3,即绒毛层3为低纱线密度表面具有绒毛的面料(如纱线密度选择68*48,纱支数为20s-30s),便于展示印花层2中的表面印花,可以给与特殊的视觉效果,还可以保护印花,且绒毛层3为平纹组织编制而成,表面磨毛处理(磨毛处理为面料表面常规加工方式,具体工艺不再赘述),磨毛处理,使得面料表面保暖性好的同时,表面也具有特殊的视觉效果,采用平纹组织使得绒毛层3具有较好的耐磨度同时,表面平整,且纱线密度可较低,便于展示印花层2;
第一高纱支层4和第二高纱支层5均为高纱支数纱线编织而成,且纱支数优选为80s-120s,且第二高纱支层5的纱支数大于第一高纱支层4,同时第二高纱支层5的纱线密度大于第一高纱支层4(纱线密度根据实际需要选取即可),可保证透气性的同时,面料整体强度也较高;第二高纱支层5采用斜纹组织进行编织,使得面料表面较为柔软平整,具有立体感。
进一步的,如图2,基层面料1包括高密度层11和分别复合在高密度层11上下表面的第一低密度层12和第二低密度层13,其中,高密度层11的纱线密度大于第一低密度层12和第二低密度层13,高密度层11、第一低密度层12和第二低密度层13的纱支数相同,优选为30-50s,且高密度层11纱线密度优选为133*72,第一低密度层12和第二低密度层13纱线密度优选为108*65。采用上述面料纱线结构,使得面料复合后,基层面料1的孔隙结构呈类似漏斗状,双面均可透气,使得该装饰面料可双面使用,尤其是作为床上用品,大大增加了美观度和实用性。
需要说明的本申请中,面料可选用涤纶和棉的复合面料,其中涤纶占面料总质量的65%-75%,余量为棉,当然面料的种类不限于此。
参照图3-5,为绒毛层3表面磨毛处理的砂皮辊机构的结构视图,所述砂皮辊机构包括用于砂皮辊安装的安装架6,砂皮辊转动安装在安装架6上,并由外接驱动结构驱动,当然砂皮辊可为多组,本实施例中仅仅示出了一组,在所述砂皮辊两侧于所述安装架6上开有对称设置的滑动槽61,在所述滑动槽61内通过调节机构上下可滑动的设置有滑动卡接座63,所述滑动卡接座63内转动设置有调节辊轮62用于支撑面料,并调节与面料表面与砂皮辊的摩擦面和摩擦的压力。
如图4和图5,所述调节机构包括(焊接)固定在滑动槽61底部的调节座7、与所述调节座7转动连接的调节螺母8和与所述调节螺母8螺接并伸入所述调节座7内的调节螺杆9,所述调节座7包括端盖71和与端盖71固定连接的筒体72(筒体72可直接与端盖71焊接固定,当然,也可在端盖71和筒体72上开设螺孔,并通过螺栓连接固定),所述调节螺母8底部焊接固定有连接柱81,所述连接柱81底部焊接固定有限位柱82,所述连接柱81和限位柱82中部均开设有与所述调节螺杆9外径匹配的通孔,且所述限位柱82的外径大于所述连接柱81的外径,所述端盖71中部开设有与所述连接柱81外径匹配的通孔,所述筒体72中部开设有与所述连接柱外径匹配的通孔,当然所述筒体72中部还开设有用于调节螺杆9上下活动的槽孔。
所述滑动卡接座63为一T型卡座,嵌入至所述滑动槽61内(滑动卡接座63较宽的部分设置在滑动槽61外侧,且滑动卡接座63较窄的部分与滑动槽61宽度匹配),在所述滑动卡接座63底部固定连接有支撑筒64,所述调节螺杆9穿入所述支撑筒64内,并可与所述调节螺杆9相对转动。
需要调节调节座7高度时,仅需通过旋转调节螺母8即可使得调节螺杆9上下移动,进而推动滑动卡接座63上下移动,进而可使得调节辊轮62高度变化,进而调节面料表面与砂皮辊的摩擦面和摩擦的压力。
本申请中,未详细说明的结构及连接关系均为现有技术,其结构及原理已为公知技术,如面料复合粘结时,采用的是市售透明胶水,如HY-101,在此不再赘述。

3.根据权利要求2所述的高密度表面磨毛耐装饰复合面料,其特征在于:所述绒毛层表面磨毛处理。

9.根据权利要求8所述的砂皮辊机构,其特征在于:所述调节机构包括固定在滑动槽底部的调节座、与所述调节座转动连接的调节螺母和与所述调节螺母螺接并伸入所述调节座内的调节螺杆,所述调节座包括端盖和与端盖固定连接的筒体,所述调节螺母底部焊接固定有连接柱,所述连接柱底部焊接固定有限位柱,所述连接柱和限位柱中部均开设有与所述调节螺杆外径匹配的通孔,且所述限位柱的外径大于所述连接柱的外径,所述端盖中部开设有与所述连接柱外径匹配的通孔,所述筒体中部开设有与所述连接柱外径匹配的通孔,所述筒体中部还开设有用于调节螺杆上下活动的槽孔。
10.根据权利要求9所述的砂皮辊机构,其特征在于:所述滑动卡接座为一T型卡座,在所述滑动卡接座底部固定连接有支撑筒,所述调节螺杆穿入所述支撑筒内,并可与所述调节螺杆相对转动。
