A potato cleaning and slicing all-in-one machine comprises a box body (1); the upper side and the lower side of the box body (1) are respectively provided with a feed inlet and a feed outlet (15); the potato slicing machine is characterized in that a blanking slope (8) is arranged in the middle of the interior of the box body (1), a cleaning chamber for cleaning potatoes is formed by the upper side of the blanking slope (8) and the upper space of the box body (1), and a slicing chamber for slicing the potatoes is formed by the lower side of the blanking slope (8) and the lower space of the box body (1) in a downward inclined manner; the inside of purge chamber is rotated and is installed a plurality of cleaning rollers (4), and the left and right sides symmetry that the inside of purge chamber is located cleaning roller (4) bottom is provided with two buffer gear (5), and buffer gear (5) include striker plate (16), swing board (6) and electric putter (7), and the upside of striker plate (16) is the arc structure, and the downside of striker plate (16) is installed on swing board (6), and the one end of swing board (6) is articulated to be installed on the inner wall of box (1), the bottom of electric putter (7) is articulated to be installed on the inner wall of box (1), and slider (20) are installed to the other end of electric putter (7) is articulated, supply gliding third spout (19) of slider (20) to be seted up in the bottom of swing board (6), slider (20) and third spout (19) sliding connection.

The potato cleaning and slicing all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of feeding channels (2) are formed in the upper portion of the box body (1), one ends of the feeding channels (2) are communicated with the feeding holes, and the other ends of the feeding channels (2) are communicated with the inside of the cleaning chamber.

The potato cleaning and slicing all-in-one machine is characterized in that a sliding rod (17) is arranged at the bottom of the baffle plate (16), a second sliding groove (18) is formed in the upper side of the swinging plate (6), the upper end of the sliding rod (17) is fixedly connected with the baffle plate (16), and the lower end of the sliding rod (17) is slidably mounted inside the second sliding groove (18) and is fixedly connected with the second sliding groove (18) through a buffer spring.
4. All-in-one potato washing and slicing machine according to claim 3, wherein the striker plate (16) is made of an elastic material.

The integrated potato washing and slicing machine according to claim 1, wherein two first sliding grooves (9) are symmetrically formed in the left side and the right side of the slicing chamber, a sliding plate (10) is slidably mounted inside the first sliding grooves (9), and a plurality of cutters (13) for slicing potatoes are mounted on the outer side of the sliding plate (10); the outer side of the sliding plate (10) is rotatably provided with a screw rod (11), the screw rod (11) is in threaded connection with a plurality of threaded sleeves (12), the threaded sleeves (12) correspond to the cutters (13) one to one, one side of each threaded sleeve (12) is in sliding connection with the sliding plate (10), and the other side of each threaded sleeve (12) is fixedly connected with a base of each cutter (13).

The integrated potato washing and slicing machine according to claim 5, wherein the sliding plate (10) is further fixedly provided with a second motor (14) for driving the screw (11) to rotate, and the first chute (9) is further fixedly provided with an electric cylinder for driving the sliding plate (10) to move.

The potato cleaning and slicing all-in-one machine as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, wherein a plurality of rotating rollers (21) are uniformly arranged on the baffle plate (16), the rotating rollers (21) are rotatably mounted on the baffle plate (16) through a rack (22), and a cleaning motor for driving the rotating rollers (21) to rotate is fixedly mounted on the rack (22).
