When the inserting plate 8 is inserted into the opening of the piston ring, the chamfer at the front end of the inserting plate is used for clamping the opening of the piston ring, so that the piston ring can be effectively prevented from rotating, and the piston ring frame can be prevented from moving. And the bottom surface of the piston ring frame is provided with a mounting hole, and the magnet is arranged in the mounting hole.
