Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the stapler according to the present invention includes a base 1, a magazine unit 2, a pressing handle 3, and a cover 4.
The base 1 includes a recess 10 formed on a bottom surface of the base 1, a base body 11, and a cover 12 connected to the base body 11.
In this embodiment, the base 1 includes the base body 11 and the cover 12, and the recess 10 is formed on the bottom surface of the cover 12, in other variations of this embodiment, the base 1 may include only the base body 11, and the recess 10 is formed on the bottom of the base body 11.
The magazine unit 2 is disposed on the base 1, is adapted to receive a plurality of staples (not shown), and defines a binding area 111 with the base body 11. The binding area 111 is adapted for placement of a plurality of sheets (not shown).
The pressing handle 3 is pivotally mounted to the base 1 and extends in a first direction X1. The pressing handle 3 includes a top surface 31, two side surfaces 32 connected to the top surface 31 and spaced apart from each other, and a front end surface 33 connecting the top surface 31 and the side surfaces 32.
Each side 32 has a sliding slot 321 and a stop portion 322 located in the sliding slot 321. Each sliding slot 321 has an extension 323 parallel to the first direction X1, and a bending section 324 at an angle to the extension 323. The stop portion 322 is located at an end of the extending section 323 opposite to the bending section 324.
The front end face 33 has a limiting portion 331, and two abutting portions 332 respectively located at two sides of the limiting portion 331
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the sheath 4 is slidably disposed on the pressing handle 3.
The sheath 4 includes a top plate 41 having an arc shape, two side plates 42 respectively connected to both ends of the top plate 41 and spaced apart from each other, and a front plate 43 connecting the top plate 41 and the side plates 42. It should be noted that the length of the sheath 4 is substantially equal to the distance between the front plate 43 and the end edge of the side plate 42, and is further defined as the distance between the inner surface of the front plate 43 and the end edge of the side plate 42.
Each side plate 42 has a sliding portion 421 sliding in the sliding groove 321.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, each side surface 32 has one sliding slot 321, and each corresponding side plate 42 has one sliding portion 421 sliding in the sliding slot 321, in other variations of the present embodiment, only one side surface 32 has one sliding slot 321, and the corresponding side plate 42 has one sliding portion 421, or the top surface 31 has one sliding slot 321, and the corresponding top surface 41 of the sheath 4 has the sliding portion 421, so that the sheath 4 can be slidably disposed on the pressing handle 3.
The front plate 43 has one engaging portion 431. The engaging portion 431 is for being restricted by the recess 10 of the base 1.
The sheath 4 can be operated to switch between a swinging state (fig. 4, 5 and 6) and a binding state (fig. 8 and 9), in which the sheath 4 forms an included angle with the pressing handle 3, each sliding portion 421 is located at the bending section 324 of the corresponding sliding slot 321, furthermore, an end of the sheath 4 far away from the pressing handle 3 contacts one end of the base 1, and the engaging portion 431 is limited in the recess 10. In the binding state, the sheath 4 is parallel to the pressing handle 3, each sliding portion 421 is located at the extending section 323 of the corresponding sliding slot 321, and is blocked by the blocking portion 322, and the blocking portion 322 is used for blocking the sliding portion 421 from moving from the extending section 323 to the bending section 324. The upper end of the engaging portion 431 of the sheath 4 is blocked by the limiting portion 331, and the lower edge of the sheath 4 abuts against the abutting portion 332.
In the present embodiment, the length of the sheath 4 is substantially equal to the maximum distance between the base 1 and the pressing handle 3 in the swingable state, and in another variation of the present embodiment, since the pressing handle 3 is pivotally provided to the base 1, the engaging portion 431 of the sheath 4 may be restricted by the recess 10 after the pressing handle 3 is moved closer to the base 1, whereby the length of the sheath 4 can be made equal to an arbitrary distance between the base 1 and the pressing handle 3. In the swingable state, the length of the sheath 4 is substantially equal to the distance between the base 1 and the pressing handle 3, that is, the length of the sheath 4 covers the paper insertion opening and the ends of the base 1 and the pressing handle 3 near the paper insertion opening on the upper and lower sides of the paper insertion opening in the swingable state.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, when the sheath 4 is not used, the sheath 4 is in the swingable state, and at this time, each sliding portion 421 of the sheath 4 is located at the bending section 324 of the corresponding sliding groove 321, and the engaging portion 431 of the sheath 4 is limited in the recess 10, so that the sheath 4 can stably connect the pressing handle 3 and the base 1, and the sheath 4 covers the binding area 111. Furthermore, the user can also erect the embodiment as shown in fig. 6, and contact the top plate 41 of the sheath 4 with the desktop (or other planes), so that the area of the invention contacting the desktop is reduced, and the effect of conveniently storing the desktop or other planes is achieved. In addition, because the top plate 41 of the sheath 4 is arc-shaped, the invention can swing under force without toppling like a rocking horse (or a tumbler), thereby achieving the effect of entertaining users.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, when a user wants to bind, the user only needs to apply force to disengage the engaging portion 431 of the sheath 4 from the concave portion 10, and to displace the sheath 4 along the direction in which the sliding slot 321 extends, so as to move each sliding portion 421 along the respective bending section 324 to the corresponding extending section 323, thereby operating the sheath 4 into the binding state, so that the binding area 111 is exposed, and the user can place paper. It should be noted that each stopper 322 blocks the corresponding sliding portion 421, so that the sheath 4 can be stably connected to the pressing handle 3 without sliding in the binding state.
The connection relationship and operation among the pressing handle 3, the magazine unit 2 and the base 1 are not features of the present invention, but those skilled in the art can deduce the details of the expansion according to the above description, so the description is not repeated.
From the above description, the advantages of the foregoing embodiments can be summarized as follows:
1. the top plate 41 of the sheath 4 is contacted with a table top (or other planes), so that the area of the invention contacted with the table top is reduced, and the effect of convenient storage is achieved.
2. Furthermore, because the top plate 41 of the sheath 4 is arc-shaped, the invention can swing under stress without toppling like a rocking horse, thereby achieving the effect of entertaining users.
3. Further, the sheath 4 is guided to move between the swingable state and the binding state by the engagement of the slide portion 421 and the slide groove 321.
4. Further, the engagement portion 431 of the sheath 4 is restrained by the recess 10, so that the pressing handle 3 and the base 1 can be stably connected to each other in the swingable state of the sheath 4. In addition to the above, the upper and lower ends of the engaging portion 431 of the sheath 4 are respectively blocked by the limiting portion 331 and the abutting portion 332, and each of the blocking portions 322 blocks the corresponding sliding portion 421, so that the sheath 4 can be stably connected to the pressing handle 3 without sliding in the binding state.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
