Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a smart tv control method according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a smart television control method, where the method includes:
step 11, an image acquisition module acquires a facial image of a user, and a controller determines the identity of the user according to the facial image;
and step 12, the controller plays or recommends programs meeting the user requirements according to the identity of the user.
Optionally, in step 11, the image acquisition module acquires a face image, which includes face images of one or more human bodies in the room.
For example, the image acquisition module is a camera, the camera can be built in the smart television or installed in a room by a user, and the camera is connected with the controller through data transmission. After the intelligent television is started, the camera automatically shoots one or more pictures in a certain area and sends the pictures to the controller, and the controller acquires the face image of the current user.
Optionally, in step 11, the identity of the user includes an identity information feature and a viewing record. Wherein, the identity information characteristics comprise the age and the sex of the user corresponding to the face image.
Optionally, in step 12, the user's requirements include one or more of program name, program category, and program format. Optionally, the program category includes news program, finance program, sports program, entertainment program, and life program.
By adopting the scheme, the facial image is acquired and identified, the identity of the user is acquired, and the program meeting the requirements of the user can be searched according to the identity of the user. Therefore, the intelligent electronic system is more accurate when recommending the content to the user, and content isolation among different users can be realized according to the identity of the user.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a smart tv control method according to another exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling a smart television disclosed in this embodiment includes
Step 21, an image acquisition module acquires a face image;
step 22, the controller extracts facial features according to the facial image;
step 23, the controller matches the facial features according to the pre-stored images;
step 24, the controller determines the identity of the user according to the matching result; when the matching is successful, the controller calls the identity information of the user; otherwise, the controller establishes the identity information of the user;
and 25, the controller plays or recommends programs meeting the requirements of the user according to the identity of the user.
Optionally, in step 24, the identity information of the user includes age, gender, and viewing record.
Optionally, in step 21, the image acquisition module acquires a face image, which includes face images of one or more human bodies in the room.
Optionally, in step 22, the controller extracts facial features from the facial image, including
The controller identifies one or more facial images, determines a first facial image;
when a plurality of facial images exist, the controller determines the facial image of the user closest to the intelligent television as a first facial image;
the controller performs face analysis based on the first face image to extract a face feature.
When a plurality of facial images are associated with the intelligent television, the first acquisition module determines the facial image of the user closest to the intelligent television as the first facial image through the distance sensor.
Therefore, the controller determines that the face image of the user closest to the user in the plurality of users associated with the smart television is the first face image, and the accuracy of user identity identification is further improved.
For example, when 3 face images are recognized, the controller obtains the distance between the user who generates the 3 face images and the smart television through the distance sensor, and determines the face image of the user closest to the user as the first face image. Optionally, the distance sensor includes any one of an infrared sensor, an optical distance sensor, and an ultrasonic distance sensor. The distance sensor can be arranged in an intelligent television, and users can also be arranged in a certain area, such as a sofa and a tea table.
Optionally, when there are a plurality of facial images, the controller may also determine the first facial image by one or more of the limitation of the integrity of the facial image and the integrity set by the controller, the expression type of the facial image and the expression type set by the controller, the age identification of the facial image and the operable age set by the controller.
Optionally, when determining the first face image according to the integrity of the face image and the integrity set by the controller, the integrity of the face set by the controller is 80%, in step 22, the controller extracts the face features according to the face image, including:
the controller identifies one or more facial images, determines a first facial image;
when there are a plurality of face images, the controller determines an image of which integrity reaches at least 80% among the face images as a first face image;
the controller performs face analysis based on the first face image to extract a face feature.
Then in step 22, the controller acquires an image with at least 80% of the integrity of the face image as the first face image. Cases where only a side face, an incomplete face image, or the like is displayed are excluded.
When a plurality of facial images meeting the image integrity condition exist, the controller can also perform restriction through one or more conditions of expression type of the facial images, expression type set by the controller, age identification of the facial images, operable age set by the controller and the distance between the corresponding user of the facial images and the smart television, and determine the first facial image.
Optionally, when determining the first face image through the age identification of the face image and the operable age set by the controller, and the operable age set by the controller is 3 years old, in step 22, the controller extracts facial features according to the face image, including:
the controller identifies one or more facial images, determines a first facial image;
when there are a plurality of face images, the controller determines an image of which age is recognized to be at least 3 years old among the face images as a first face image;
the controller performs face analysis based on the first face image to extract a face feature.
Then in step 22, facial images whose age identification is under 3 years old are excluded.
When a plurality of facial images meeting the image integrity condition exist, the controller can also limit the facial images according to one or more conditions of the integrity of the facial images, the expression type of the facial images and the distance between the corresponding user of the facial images and the smart television, and the distance between the corresponding user of the facial images and the smart television.
Illustratively, the first user, has previously operated the smart tv; when the facial image of the first user is identified as the first facial image, the controller matches the facial features with the user database, and after the matching is successful, the identity information of the user, including age, gender and viewing records, such as age of the first user of 30, male sex and related viewing records, is retrieved.
The second user does not operate the intelligent television; when the facial image of the second user is identified as the first facial image, the controller matches the facial features with the user database, the matching cannot be performed, the identity information of the second user is established, the age and the sex of the second user are obtained according to the facial features of the first facial image, the age and the sex of the second user are stored in the established identity information of the second user, and no record exists in the video watching record. If the second user is 30 years old, the male user has no video record.
The third user does not operate the intelligent television; when the facial image of the third user is identified as the first facial image, the controller matches the facial features with the user database, the matching cannot be performed, the identity information of the third user is established, the age and the sex of the third user are obtained according to the facial features of the first facial image, the third user is stored in the established identity information of the third user, and no record exists in the film watching record. If the third user is age 5, the third user is a male user and has no video record.
Optionally, the user database is stored on a network server, and is used for sharing data among the same series of smart televisions, so that data sharing among the same series of smart televisions in different places is realized; or, data sharing among multiple intelligent televisions within a certain distance is realized, and user data sharing among multiple intelligent televisions in a room is realized.
By adopting the scheme, when the facial features are matched with the pre-stored images and the user is the user with identity information, the controller directly calls the identity information of the user; otherwise, the user is indicated as a new user, and new identity information is established according to the facial features. Therefore, by inputting the user requirement information, the program information meeting the user requirement can be searched for playing or recommending according to the identity information, so that the content recommendation of the smart television for the user is more accurate, and the content isolation among different users can be realized according to the identity of the user.

Optionally, in step 31, the identity of the user includes an identity information feature and a viewing record. Wherein, the identity information characteristics comprise the age and the sex of the user corresponding to the face image.
Optionally, in step 32, the user's requirements include one or more of program name, program category, and program format. Optionally, the program category includes news program, finance program, sports program, entertainment program, and life program.
Optionally, in step 32, the controller may obtain the user's requirement through a voice input module or a touch screen input module.
For example, when the current user is the first user in the above embodiment, the user requirement information input by the current user is that, through the voice input module, the voice input instruction "i want to see the transformers", and then the controller confirms that the user is 30 years old and a male user has a watching record according to the identity information of the user. The controller finds that the first user has watched the transformers and does not watch the transformers completely; the controller controls the smart television to directly play the distortion diamond which is not watched completely. When the first user watches the entire transformers in the film watching record, the controller continues to search programs meeting the requirements of the user and controls the intelligent electronic deems to recommend the transformers to the user.
For example, when the current user is the second user in the above embodiments, the user requirement information input by the current user is that, through the voice input module, the voice input instruction "i want to see the transformers", the controller confirms that the user is 30 years old, a male user, and no viewing record exists according to the identity information of the user; the controller searches for the program meeting the user requirement and controls the intelligent electronic deem to recommend the transformers movie to the user.
For example, when the current user is the third user in the above embodiment, the user requirement information input by the current user is that, through the voice input module, the voice input instruction "i want to see the transformers", the controller confirms that the user is a 5-year-old user, a male user, and no viewing record according to the identity information of the user; the controller searches for programs meeting the requirements of the user and controls the intelligent electronic deems to recommend the transformers animation films to the user.
Therefore, the same instruction content is input by different users, the experience of recommending or playing different programs is obtained, the selection operation steps of the users are simplified, and a more convenient interaction mode is provided for the users.
By adopting the scheme, the program meeting the user requirement can be searched according to the user identity by acquiring the user requirement, and when no unviewed complete program in the film watching record meets the user requirement, the program meeting the user requirement can be recommended according to the user identity. The intelligent television can play or recommend content for the user more accurately, and content isolation among different users can be realized according to the identity of the user.
