Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an information interaction apparatus 49 of a website terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention; the device comprises:
a transceiver module 50, configured to receive an instruction of opening a call interface sent by an intermediate server; transmitting a time code of the played content to the robot; receiving an instruction of an intermediate server for establishing a communication link of the robot, the intermediate server and the network point terminal equipment; and receiving an instruction sent by the intermediate server for switching the display content of the network point terminal equipment.
The processor 52 is used for receiving the calling interface which is opened by the robot calling and receiving the display content of the terminal equipment of the network point switched by the instruction sent by the execution intermediate server; and executing an instruction for establishing a communication link of the robot, the intermediate server and the network point terminal equipment.
The playing module 54 is used for the player software to be the front end of the HTM L and the hybrid development of the Web Browser control of the Win Form, and the player is used for loading the HTM L webpage to realize the advertisement display of bank financing products.
A storage module 56, configured to store the screened suitable content;

In one embodiment of the application, a remote server is provided, which includes a processor and a machine-readable storage medium, the machine-readable storage medium storing machine-executable instructions capable of being executed by the processor, and when the machine-executable instructions are called and executed by the processor, the processor is caused to implement an information interaction method of the remote server according to the embodiment of the application.

In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system and method may be implemented in other ways. Claims (19)

1. An information interaction method of a robot, the method comprising:
step 1, the robot collects face information of visiting clients by a camera and sends the face information to a remote server, receives client information called by the remote server, prompts client selection by client classification, client characteristics and screened suitable contents, and simultaneously sends the face information to an intermediate server;
step 2, the robot receives a selection result sent by a client and sends the selection result to the remote server, meanwhile, the robot sends an instruction for establishing a communication link with the terminal equipment of the website to the intermediate server, and the remote server establishes a communication link with the terminal equipment of the website through the intermediate server;
step 3, the robot receives the instruction of the website terminal equipment, judges whether the instruction content is to guide the client to the appointed position, if so, the robot guides the client to the appointed position, and then enters the next step, and if not, the robot directly enters the next step;
step 4, the robot calls an interface opened by the website terminal equipment according to a communication protocol to acquire the screened proper content in the website terminal equipment after time coding is carried out by the intermediate server;
and 5, the robot receives and plays the matched corpora which are screened out by the remote server and are suitable for the content, and instructs the website terminal equipment to play synchronously or play in a delayed manner according to the time code and the setting through the intermediate server.
2. The information interaction method of a robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method of the robot guiding a customer to a designated location of the step 3 comprises:
the robot leads the client to tour to a specified position;
the robot judges whether the target position point is safe and reachable;
if yes, the robot in the step 4 calls an interface opened by the website terminal equipment according to a communication protocol to acquire the screened suitable content in the website terminal equipment after time coding is performed by the intermediate server;
if not, the robot selects a second position point and judges whether the second position point is safe and reachable;
if yes, the robot in the step 4 calls an interface opened by the website terminal equipment according to a communication protocol to acquire the screened suitable content in the website terminal equipment after time coding is performed by the intermediate server;
if not, the robot stops in place, the robot calls an interface opened by the website terminal equipment according to a communication protocol to acquire the screened suitable content in the website terminal equipment after time coding is performed by the intermediate server.
3. The information interaction method of a robot according to claim 1, wherein the screened-out suitable contents include an advertisement program; the website terminal equipment is intelligent bank website terminal equipment.
4. An information interaction method of a remote server is characterized in that the information interaction method of the remote server comprises the following steps:
step 1, a remote server displays a conversation between a client and a robot; the customer may be a bank customer;
step 2, the remote server displays the face information of the client collected by the robot, and calls the client information, the client classification, the client characteristics and the screened suitable contents;
step 3, the remote server sends the client information, the client classification, the client characteristics and the screened suitable contents to the robot;
step 4, the remote server sends the screened matched linguistic data suitable for the content to the robot;
step 5, after the robot plays the matched corpus, the remote server instructs the robot to inquire whether the client has the intention of selecting another screened suitable content again, and if so, the next step is carried out; if not, ending the service;
and 6, the remote server provides service contents which are possibly needed by the client to the robot for the client to select, and receives a selection result sent by the robot.
5. An information interaction method of an intermediate server is characterized in that the information interaction method of the intermediate server comprises the following steps:
step 1, an intermediate server receives an instruction sent by a robot to establish a communication link with a network node terminal device, sends an instruction of opening a calling interface to the network node terminal device, and establishes and operates the communication link of the robot, the intermediate server and the network node terminal device;
step 2, the intermediate server receives client information, client classification, client characteristics and screened suitable contents from the robot;
step 3, the intermediate server carries out time coding on the screened proper content and sends the screened proper content subjected to the time coding to the website terminal equipment;
and 4, the intermediate server sends an instruction to the network terminal equipment to switch the display content of the network terminal equipment.
6. The information interaction method of intermediate server according to claim 5, wherein the method for operating the communication link of the robot, the intermediate server, and the website terminal device comprises:
step 1, when the intermediate server is started, using a TCP Client to connect terminal service;
step 2, when the intermediate Server is started, starting a Web Socket Server service, and when the robot is started, connecting the intermediate Server by using a Websocket Client;
step 3, the intermediate server circularly monitors the issued screen switching instruction request and distributes the screen switching instruction request to different intelligent bank terminal devices according to the device type;
step 4, the intermediate server receives an instruction execution result returned by the network point terminal equipment, the intermediate server returns the instruction execution result to the robot according to the communication link, and the robot uploads the instruction execution result to the remote server;
step 5, the intermediate server receives a command for calling the robot from the terminal equipment of the website, informs the robot to move to a target position point according to the communication link, and broadcasts the content under the control of the remote server after the robot moves to the target position point; the website terminal equipment comprises an interactive screen.
7. An information interaction method of a website terminal device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, receiving an instruction which is transmitted by an intermediate server and is sent from a remote server to establish a communication link with a network point terminal device;
step 2, receiving the screened proper content which is sent by the intermediate server and subjected to time coding;
step 3, instructing the robot to judge whether the instruction content guides the client to the specified position;
step 4, receiving an interface opened by the robot calling the website terminal equipment according to a communication protocol, and sending the screened suitable content after the time coding to the robot through a remote server;
and 5, receiving an instruction of the intermediate server, and switching display contents of the network point terminal equipment.
8. The information interaction method of website terminal equipment, as claimed in claim 7, wherein said website terminal equipment comprises screen interaction equipment and multidimensional display equipment, both of which are advertisement display equipment, said secure interaction equipment is intelligent electrical equipment in a smart banking scene, said website terminal equipment is a smart banking website terminal equipment, said website terminal equipment uses player software hybrid development of HTM L front end and Win Form Web Browser control, said player is used to load HTM L webpage, and to implement advertisement display of banking and financial products.
9. An information interaction apparatus of a robot, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the face information of the visiting client and sending the face information to the remote server;
the receiving and sending module is used for sending the acquired face information of the visiting client to the remote server and receiving the client information, client classification, client characteristics and screened suitable contents called by the remote server; receiving a selection result sent by a client; sending the selection result to a remote server; calling the opened calling interface in the website terminal equipment to acquire the time code of the playing content of the website terminal equipment; receiving the matched corpora of the screened proper contents from the remote server;
the judging module is used for judging whether the screened proper content needs to guide the client to a specified position;
a processor to run an Android system; according to the time code and the screened proper content in the network terminal equipment, synchronous playing or delayed playing is carried out according to setting; driving an interactive screen for human-computer interaction;
the judging module is used for judging whether the screened proper content needs to guide the client to a specified position;
the time management module is used for synchronously playing the screened suitable contents in the network terminal equipment according to the time codes or carrying out delayed playing according to setting; driving an interactive screen for human-computer interaction;
the storage module is used for storing the screened matched linguistic data suitable for the content;
the motion module is used for driving the rotating speed and the coordination direction of a universal wheel positioned on the motion chassis;
the voice recognition module is used for recognizing the voice in the man-machine conversation;
the face recognition module is used for recognizing the face attribute of the client;
the sound input and output module is used for controlling the loudspeaker to be used for the robot to broadcast the linguistic data and/or make sound; the sound input is performed by a microphone.

and the selection module is used for providing service contents which may be required by the client for the selection of the client.

the processor is used for forming an instruction of opening a calling interface sent to the network point terminal equipment; forming an instruction which is sent to the website terminal equipment and used for switching the display content of the website terminal equipment;
the receiving and sending module is used for receiving an instruction sent by the remote server to establish a communication link with the network point terminal equipment; sending an instruction of opening a calling interface to the network point terminal equipment; receiving the screened suitable content transmitted from a remote server; sending the screened suitable content subjected to the time coding to the website terminal equipment; and sending an instruction to the network terminal equipment to switch the display content of the network terminal equipment.

the calculation module is used for carrying out time coding on the screened proper content;
and the communication module is used for establishing and operating a communication link of the robot, the intermediate server and the website terminal equipment.
12. An information interaction device of a website terminal device, the device comprising:
the receiving and sending module is used for receiving an instruction of opening a calling interface sent by the intermediate server; transmitting a time code of the played content to the robot; receiving an instruction of an intermediate server for establishing a communication link of the robot, the intermediate server and the network point terminal equipment; receiving an instruction sent by an intermediate server for switching display contents of the website terminal equipment;
the processor is used for receiving the calling interface which is opened by the robot calling and receiving the display content of the terminal equipment of the network point switched by the instruction sent by the execution intermediate server; executing an instruction for establishing a communication link of the robot, the intermediate server and the network point terminal equipment;
the system comprises a playing module, a display module and a display module, wherein the playing module is used for mixed development of a Web Browser control with HTM L front end and Win Form as player software, and the player is used for loading an HTM L webpage and realizing advertisement display of bank financing products;
the storage module is used for storing the screened proper content;

16. A website terminal device, characterized in that the website terminal device comprises an information interaction device of a website terminal device as claimed in claim 12; or implementing the information interaction method of a website terminal device as claimed in claim 7.

A remote server comprising a processor and a machine-readable storage medium storing machine-executable instructions executable by the processor, the processor-executable instructions, when invoked and executed by a processor, causing the processor to: an information interaction method for implementing a remote server as claimed in claim 4.
