Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As mentioned in the background art, there are many stations and different scheduling modes for a comprehensive enterprise similar to the logistics industry, and some stations only need to arrange the working time elements of the personnel, and some stations need to arrange the working time and the working content of the personnel. The conventional scheduling system mostly fixes the scheduling rule and can only meet the scheduling requirement of a certain post. The internal of the company needs to be provided with a shift arrangement system for each post, which consumes a great deal of manpower and capital.
As the enterprise steps into a fine management stage, more management and control requirements are provided for the elements of manpower resource management, the original scheduling system has poor expansibility, and if the change of the management requirements needs to be supported, the scheduling check rules need to be redeveloped and modified, so that the process speed of enterprise innovation is reduced, and the research and development expenditure is increased.
The existing scheduling mode is to bind people with data such as working time, working content, working area, etc., and if a certain element in the binding relationship is adjusted or temporarily moved, the binding relationship needs to be modified. The matching relationship between the personnel and the service scene needs to be adjusted and matched through a manual binding relationship, and cannot be restricted through system rule verification, so that scheduling errors are easily caused, the working time of the scheduling personnel is omitted and consumed, and the requirement of planning and scheduling in advance is not met.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a scheduling method provided by the present invention is shown.
The basic concept of the invention is to create a scheduling element required by scheduling in a scheduling system; importing data corresponding to each scheduling element, and establishing a scheduling rule according to the data corresponding to the scheduling elements to serve as a scheduling constraint condition; and respectively creating scheduling information of each scheduling element, deriving the scheduling information of each scheduling element according with the scheduling rule, and generating a scheduling list.
The above-described scheduling method is explained in detail in the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1, in step 110, a plurality of shift elements required for shift are created in the shift scheduling system;
the shift scheduling elements are multiple and at least comprise two shift scheduling elements. For example: the working time and the working content are used as the scheduling elements to establish a matching relationship, or the working time, the working content and the working area are simultaneously used as the scheduling elements to establish the matching relationship, or the scheduling elements can be added on the existing basis, and the matching relationship between the scheduling elements and other scheduling elements is established.
In step 120, the data corresponding to the scheduling elements are respectively entered into the scheduling system as an information base generated by the scheduling rules;
here, data corresponding to shift schedule elements are described as an example, and for example: the data corresponding to the working area is as follows: 010R, 011R, 012R; the data corresponding to the working content is as follows: AP1, AP2, AP3, AS1, AS2, AS3, ADS1, ADS2, ADS 3.
In step 130, a matching relationship is established between the data corresponding to the scheduling elements as a scheduling rule;
for example: and establishing a scheduling rule according to the matching relation of the data corresponding to the two elements of the working time and the working area, wherein the working content corresponding to the working area 010R comprises AP1, AP3, AS1, AS2 and AS3, and if the working area of the post is 010R, the working content cannot be arranged to be ADS 1.
When scheduling, the matching relationship between the data corresponding to the scheduling elements must be followed to ensure that the scheduling list of each employee is reasonable and correct.
In step 140, creating scheduling information for each scheduling element based on the service requirement, and importing the scheduling information into a scheduling system respectively;
the shift information of each element is specifically described here, for example: when the scheduling element is working time, the scheduling information is specifically a working schedule; when the scheduling element is the work content, the scheduling information is specifically a work content table; when the scheduling element is a work area, the scheduling information is specifically a work area table.
In step 150, the data corresponding to the scheduling information is checked one by one according to the scheduling rule, and a scheduling table conforming to the scheduling rule is generated.
For example: generate a shift schedule for employee a.
(1) Firstly, arranging the working time of the person for 1-30 days by importing a working time schedule;
(2) secondly, arranging the work content of the person in 1-30 days by importing a work content table; at the moment, whether the skill of the employee A can meet the requirement of the work content is checked; if the result can be satisfied, the import is successful, and if the result cannot be satisfied, the import fails and the work content needs to be modified.
(3) Finally, arranging the working area of the person for 1-30 days by importing a working area table; at the moment, whether the work content of the employee A meets the requirements of the work area is verified according to the scheduling rule; if the condition can be met, the import is successful, and if the condition cannot be met, the import fails and the working area needs to be modified.
In one embodiment, the shift schedule elements include, but are not limited to, work hours, work content, and work areas;
and establishing a matching relation between one item in the working time, the working content and the working area and any one of the remaining two items or the remaining two items, and using the matching relation as the scheduling rule to verify the scheduling information.
Because the management requirements of the post or the enterprise on the same post required to be scheduled change, for example, the management requirements of the company on the post where the employee A is located change, and the management requirements on the working area are increased, the data corresponding to the working area and the data matching relationship between the data and other scheduling elements can be increased, and a new scheduling rule meeting the requirements can be established.
In one embodiment, data corresponding to the shift schedule elements is added, subtracted, or modified to extend or maintain the information base.
In the actual shift scheduling process, if the data requirement corresponding to one or several shift scheduling elements is changed, the working content is taken as an example for explanation, and the data corresponding to the working content before the change is as follows: AP1, AP2, AP3, AS1, AS2, AS3, ADS1, ADS2 and ADS3, wherein the process of forming the scheduling rule is that the 9 data and the data corresponding to other scheduling elements establish a matching relationship; the data corresponding to the changed work content is as follows: the process of forming the scheduling rule by the AP1, the AS1 and the ADS1 is to establish a matching relationship between the 3 data and the data corresponding to other scheduling elements.
In one embodiment, the shift schedule element or the shift schedule information corresponding to the shift schedule element in the shift schedule may be increased, decreased or modified.
For example, when the scheduling requirement of the company on the post where the employee A is located changes and the management requirement of the work area is canceled, deleting the work area table can meet the new scheduling requirement of the company.
For example, the work area of employee a needs to be adjusted in 15 days of the month, and the work area is changed from the X1 area to the X2 area, so that the 15-day work area table is only needed to be updated, the X1 area is changed to the X2 area, and whether the work area conforms to the scheduling rule is checked again.
In one embodiment, the shift information can be viewed and/or downloaded based on a designated single or multiple of the shift elements.
The shift list specifies a single element view for viewing and downloading, such as: only the working time is checked, and then the shift schedule only displays the information of the working time.
Multiple elements may also be designated for conversion into a combined view for viewing and downloading. The scheduling information of each element is displayed by the scheduling table cluster, statistics can be carried out according to the manpower of each element, and whether omission exists or the situation that personnel arrangement is unreasonable is checked.
