Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an evaluation index processing method is provided, and the method can be applied to various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, portable wearable devices and other devices. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S102, acquiring multi-level evaluation indexes aiming at an evaluation object, and displaying the index level relation of the evaluation indexes in an index level relation display interface; the evaluation indexes comprise non-final-level evaluation indexes, and the non-final-level evaluation indexes comprise lower-level evaluation indexes.
In the business fields of government, business or technical service, an evaluation system is generally required to be constructed for evaluating an evaluation object. For example, assuming that it is necessary to evaluate the online government service capability of a certain city/department, an evaluation system may be established with the online government service capability as an evaluation object.
When processing an evaluation system of an evaluation object, a user can process an evaluation index by an APP (application) or applet of a device such as a smart phone. For example, after a user enters an evaluation system management page, multiple levels of evaluation indexes can be built for evaluation objects on the page to build an evaluation system.
After entering an evaluation system management page, building an evaluation system aiming at an evaluation object in the page, wherein for the evaluation index in the evaluation system, a weight needs to be set for each evaluation index so as to emphasize the relative importance degree of the evaluation index for evaluating one evaluation object.
In order to comprehensively and comprehensively evaluate an evaluation object, a plurality of evaluation indexes are generally set, and the evaluation indexes of the embodiment are multi-level evaluation indexes, that is, one evaluation index may have a plurality of sibling evaluation indexes belonging to the same level, and may also have a plurality of lower-level evaluation indexes corresponding to the same level, and when weights of the evaluation indexes are set, the setting needs to be performed one by one, and it is understood that the setting process of the weights is complicated.
In addition, when the evaluation indexes are multi-level, except that each evaluation index needs to be provided with a corresponding weight, the sum of the weights of the evaluation indexes of the lower level of each evaluation index needs to be 100% to be legal, so that the user needs to input and calculate the weights many times, and the more the levels, the more complicated and the error-prone are the processing.
The present embodiment proposes a process that can batch the evaluation index. Specifically, the user can choose to enter a batch processing mode, and after entering the batch processing mode, the multi-level evaluation indexes constructed on the evaluation system management page can be obtained in batches, wherein for the obtained multi-level evaluation indexes, index level relation display is performed on the evaluation indexes in the index level relation display interface, namely, an index level relation display interface is popped up on the evaluation system management page. For example, on the index hierarchy display interface, the multi-hierarchy evaluation indexes can be unfolded in the horizontal direction according to the hierarchy, so that a user can see the upper hierarchy evaluation indexes and the corresponding lower hierarchy evaluation indexes at the same time on the index hierarchy display interface, the hierarchy relationship among the evaluation indexes can be well reflected, and the reading and understanding speed of the user is improved.
Referring to a schematic diagram of an index-level relationship display interface shown in fig. 2, in the index-level relationship display interface, a total of three levels, which are a primary index, a secondary index, and a tertiary index, are included, and evaluation indexes of the three levels are sequentially spread in a horizontal direction in the index-level relationship display interface. Of course, the above-described horizontal expansion may be expanded in the vertical direction, and the present embodiment is not limited as long as the hierarchical relationship of the multi-level evaluation index can be clearly seen.
Step S104, aiming at the non-final level evaluation index in the index level relation display interface, determining whether the non-final level evaluation index is legal or not according to the weight of the lower level evaluation index corresponding to the non-final level evaluation index.
In order to avoid the need of multiple weight input and calculation by the user, the embodiment needs to automatically identify whether each evaluation index is legal, wherein the non-final-level evaluation index is an evaluation index with a lower-level evaluation index, and whether the evaluation index is legal needs to be determined by combining the corresponding lower-level evaluation index, so that whether the evaluation index is non-final-level evaluation index needs to be identified first.
The non-final level evaluation index refers to an evaluation index having a lower level evaluation index, and for an evaluation index having a lower level evaluation index, it is necessary to combine the lower level evaluation index to determine whether the evaluation index is legal. Specifically, for each non-final level evaluation index, the sum of the weights of the lower level evaluation indexes needs to be 100% to be legal, and if the sum of the weights is 125% or 98%, the lower level evaluation indexes are all illegal.
And step S106, when the non-final level evaluation index is determined to be illegal, providing a visual identification for the non-final level evaluation index in the index level relation display interface so as to prompt that the non-final level evaluation index is illegal.
The visual mark is used for reminding a user that the evaluation index is an illegal mark, and can be a special effect, a picture or other modes, so long as the user can notice the illegal mark, for example, a flashing special effect or an enlarged font can be added beside the illegal evaluation index, or an exclamation mark warning icon is placed on the illegal evaluation index, so that the user can quickly position the illegal evaluation index needing to readjust the weight according to the visual mark.
Since the evaluation index of the embodiment is a multi-level evaluation index, for a non-last-level evaluation index, it is an upper-level evaluation index of another evaluation index, and possibly a lower-level evaluation index of another evaluation index, so if the lower-level evaluation index of the non-last-level evaluation index is illegal, the non-last-level evaluation index needs to be added with a visual identifier, and if the non-last-level evaluation index also has a corresponding upper-level evaluation index, the upper-level evaluation index also needs to be added with a visual identifier, so that all evaluation indexes considered illegal are added with a visual identifier to remind the user of the evaluation index needing to be readjusted in the evaluation system.
The method, the device, the computer equipment and the storage medium for processing the evaluation indexes acquire multi-level evaluation indexes aiming at the evaluation object, the index level relation display is carried out on the evaluation indexes in the index level relation display interface, the non-final level evaluation indexes in the index level relation display interface are judged according to the weights of the lower-level evaluation indexes corresponding to the non-final level evaluation indexes, so that whether the non-final level evaluation indexes are legal or not is determined, and when the non-final level evaluation indexes are judged to be illegal, visual identification is provided for the non-final level evaluation indexes in the index level relation display interface so as to prompt that the non-final level evaluation indexes are illegal. Therefore, a user does not need to check and calculate the lower-level evaluation index for acquiring each non-final-level evaluation index, the user operation experience is good, the error probability and the correction difficulty are reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: determining non-last level assessment indicators in the indicator hierarchy relationship presentation interface.
In this embodiment, the non-final level evaluation index in the index level relationship display interface needs to be automatically identified, so as to further obtain the weight of the lower level evaluation index of the non-final level evaluation index, so as to determine whether the non-final level evaluation index is legal or not based on the weight.
In one embodiment, the determining non-last level assessment indicia in the indicia level relationship display interface comprises: determining the evaluation index in the index-level relationship display interface as a non-last-level evaluation index when the evaluation index is not at a specified level; or when the evaluation index does not have the last-level identification, determining the evaluation index which does not have the last-level identification in the index-level relation display interface as a non-last-level evaluation index.
In this embodiment, the non-final level evaluation index may be identified by the following two schemes: one scheme is to set the last hierarchy when establishing an evaluation system, for example, assuming that one evaluation system is set as three hierarchies, then the evaluation index of the third hierarchy is the evaluation index of the last hierarchy, and the other evaluation indexes are the evaluation indexes of the non-last hierarchy; in another scheme, when each evaluation index in the evaluation system is directly established, a field mark of the last level identification is added to each evaluation index, if the evaluation index is identified to have the last level identification, the evaluation index can be determined to be the last level evaluation index, and other evaluation indexes are non-last level evaluation indexes. Of course, in addition to the two schemes described above, it is also possible to determine whether the non-final level evaluation index is not the last level, for example, it may be manually determined by the user, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In one embodiment, the step S102 may include the steps of: the multi-level evaluation index is displayed on an evaluation system management page, the obtaining the multi-level evaluation index for the evaluation object, and the displaying of the index level relation of the evaluation index in the index level relation display interface comprises the following steps: responding to touch operation of batch processing buttons on the evaluation system management page, and acquiring multi-level evaluation indexes on the evaluation system management page; and displaying the index hierarchy relation of the multi-hierarchy evaluation indexes in an index hierarchy relation display interface.
And setting a batch processing button in the evaluation system management page, entering a batch processing mode when the button is touched (clicked), acquiring evaluation indexes of multiple layers constructed in the evaluation system management page, and putting the evaluation indexes into an index layer relation display interface for batch processing.
In this embodiment, the multiple levels of evaluation indexes in the page are managed by one evaluation system, that is, the multiple levels of evaluation indexes in one evaluation system are put into the index level relationship display interface in a unified manner, so that batch processing can be performed on the multiple levels in one page, and processing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, after said determining whether said evaluation index is a non-last level evaluation index, the method may further comprise the steps of: determining a target assessment indicator from the assessment indicators in response to a selected operation on the indicator hierarchy presentation interface; when the target evaluation index is a non-final level evaluation index, acquiring a weight corresponding to a lower level evaluation index of the target evaluation index, and carrying out summation processing according to the weight corresponding to the lower level evaluation index to obtain a total weight; and displaying the weight corresponding to the lower-level evaluation index of the target evaluation index and the total weight on the index level relation display interface.
In this embodiment, the weight of each evaluation index can be checked on the index hierarchy display interface in the unselected state, where when a user selects one evaluation index on the index hierarchy display interface, the evaluation index is used as a target evaluation index, and when the target evaluation index is a non-last-hierarchy evaluation index, it is indicated that the target evaluation index has a corresponding lower-hierarchy evaluation index, then the weights corresponding to the lower-hierarchy evaluation indexes can be obtained, and summed to obtain a total weight, and finally the weights corresponding to the lower-hierarchy evaluation indexes of the target evaluation index and the total weight can be displayed on the index hierarchy display interface.
Referring to fig. 2, if one evaluation index "AAA" of the primary indexes in fig. 2 is selected, the evaluation index will be the target evaluation index, and since the target evaluation index "AAA" is a non-final-level evaluation index and has a lower-level evaluation index, the lower-level evaluation index corresponding to "AAA" and the corresponding weight will be displayed in the secondary indexes, and the total weight of the lower-level evaluation index corresponding to "AAA" will be calculated in the lower portion of the secondary indexes, resulting in 125% of the total weight. Optionally, since the total weight corresponding to "AAA" is not 125% illegal, the total weight 125% may be marked red or marked with other conspicuous colors to indicate that the weight of its corresponding lower level evaluation index needs to be readjusted, and if the adjusted total weight is 100%, the total weight 125% may be marked green to indicate that the weight of its corresponding lower level evaluation index of "AAA" is legal.
In one embodiment, after the acquiring the multi-level evaluation index for the evaluation object, the method may further include the steps of: and editing the weight of the evaluation index in response to the editing operation on the index hierarchy relation display interface.
When the user performs index weight management, the weights of the evaluation indexes in the whole evaluation system can be edited and modified in batches on the index hierarchy relation display interface, so that the weights of each evaluation index do not need to be set one by one, and the processing efficiency is improved. Referring to fig. 2, when the user selects the evaluation index "AAA" in the secondary index, the weight of "AAA" may be edited to modify the upper-level evaluation index "AAA" thereof to be legal.
According to the embodiment, the illegal evaluation indexes can be identified, visual marks are arranged on the index hierarchy relation display interface for the illegal evaluation indexes so as to remind a user that the evaluation indexes are illegal, the user can quickly position the illegal evaluation indexes on the index hierarchy relation display interface according to the visual icons, and the weight of the lower-level evaluation indexes of the evaluation indexes is edited so as to modify the evaluation indexes into legal evaluation indexes.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 1 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 1 may include a plurality of steps or stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in rotation or alternatively with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
