Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dehumidifying box 100, the dehumidifying box 100 includes a box body 110 with an upper opening and a ferromagnetic cover 120 covering the upper opening, the interior of the box body 110 is divided into an upper accommodating space 111 and a lower accommodating space 112 by a water-permeable partition 130, and the upper accommodating space 111 is filled with a plurality of calcium chloride particles 140.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the ferromagnetic cover 120 may be made of a ferromagnetic material, or a plastic cover body, and then a certain ferromagnetic material block is embedded in the cover body, so that the cover body can be opened by being attracted upward by a magnetic attraction structure (e.g., an electromagnet). The water-permeable partition 130 is a fiber cloth or a small-aperture grid plate, and the aperture of the grid of the small-aperture grid plate is smaller than the diameter of the calcium chloride particles 140, so as to prevent the calcium chloride particles 140 from falling from the upper receiving space 111 to the lower receiving space 112 through the grid of the small-aperture grid plate. When the ferromagnetic cover 120 is opened to make the calcium chloride particles in the upper receiving space 111 contact with the outside air, the water vapor in the outside air can be actively absorbed, and when the calcium chloride particles absorb the water vapor and become water, the water flows to the lower receiving space 112 through the gaps of the water-permeable barrier 130 for temporary storage, and at the same time, the weight of the dehumidifying box 100 is increased. When the water stored in the lower receiving space 112 reaches a certain volume, it needs to be discharged outwards, so the side wall of the lower receiving space 112 is further provided with a water outlet 113, preferably, the distance from the water outlet 113 to the bottom wall of the dehumidifying box 100 is about three eighths of the distance from the water permeable partition 130 to the bottom wall of the dehumidifying box 100, which can avoid the risk that the water rises to a certain height to soak the calcium chloride particles 140, and avoid the calcium chloride particles 140 from being out of order.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the calcium chloride particles 140 may be replaced with calcium sulfate particles or a water absorbent such as silica gel desiccant.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, a second embodiment of the invention provides a L ED box 200, the L ED box 200 includes a box body 210, a first electromagnet 220, a first dehumidification box 230 with a first ferromagnetic cover 231, a second electromagnet 240, a second dehumidification box 250 with a second ferromagnetic cover 251, a gravity sensor 260 and a control mainboard 270 are disposed in the box body 210, the first electromagnet 220 is fixed right above the first dehumidification box 230, the first electromagnet 220 and the first ferromagnetic cover 231 are separated by a predetermined distance, the gravity sensor 260 is fixed at the bottom of the first dehumidification box 230, the second electromagnet 240 is fixed right above the second dehumidification box 250, the second electromagnet 240 and the second ferromagnetic cover 251 are separated by a predetermined distance, a plurality of calcium chloride particles 20 are disposed in each of the first dehumidification box 230 and the second dehumidification box 250, and the control mainboard 270 is electrically connected to the first electromagnet 220, the second electromagnet 240 and the gravity sensor 260.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first dehumidifying box 230 includes a first box 232 with an upper opening and a first ferromagnetic cover 231 covering the upper opening, the interior of the first box 232 is divided into a first upper receiving space 2321 and a first lower receiving space 2322 by a water-permeable partition 233, and the first upper receiving space 2321 is filled with a plurality of calcium chloride particles 20. Similarly, the second dehumidification box 250 includes a second box body 252 with an upper opening and a second ferromagnetic cover 251 covering the upper opening, the interior of the second box body 252 is divided into a second upper receiving space 2521 and a second lower receiving space 2522 by a water-permeable partition 253, and the second upper receiving space 2521 is also filled with a plurality of calcium chloride particles 20. Specifically, the first ferromagnetic cover 231 and the second ferromagnetic cover 251 may be integrally formed of a ferromagnetic material, or may be formed of a plastic material, and then a certain ferromagnetic material block is embedded in the cover body, so that the first ferromagnetic cover 231 and the second ferromagnetic cover 251 can be attracted upward by the first electromagnet 220 or the second electromagnet 240 (both of which may be pull-type strip electromagnets, and may be controlled by on/off currents for the presence or absence of magnetism) to be opened. The water permeable partition layers 233 and 253 are made of fiber cloth or small-aperture grid plates, and the apertures of the grids of the small-aperture grid plates are smaller than the diameters of the calcium chloride particles 20, so as to prevent the calcium chloride particles 20 from falling into the first lower receiving space 2322 from the first upper receiving space 2321 or from the second upper receiving space 2521 into the second lower receiving space 2522 through the grids of the small-aperture grid plates.
As shown in fig. 2, water is generated by the calcium chloride particles 20 in the first upper-layer housing space 2321 or the second upper-layer housing space 2521 absorbing water vapor, and the water flows into the first lower-layer housing space 2322 or the second lower-layer housing space 2522 through the gaps of the water permeable partition layers 233 and 253 for temporary storage. Since the water stored in the first lower receiving space 2322 or the second lower receiving space 2522 needs to be discharged to the outside when the water reaches a certain volume, the housing body 210 further incorporates the water discharge pipe 280, the first water discharge port 234 is provided on the side wall of the first lower receiving space 2322, the second water discharge port 254 is provided on the side wall of the second lower receiving space 2522, one end of the water discharge pipe 280 communicates with the first water discharge port 234 and the second water discharge port 254, respectively, and the other end of the water discharge pipe 280 is led to the outside of the housing body along the edge of the housing body 210. Preferably, the distance from the first drain opening 234 to the bottom wall of the first moisture removing box 230 is about three-eighths of the distance from the water permeable partition 233 to the bottom wall of the first moisture removing box 230, and similarly, the distance from the second drain opening 254 to the bottom wall of the second moisture removing box 250 is about three-eighths of the distance from the water permeable partition 253 to the bottom wall of the second moisture removing box 250, so that the water is prevented from rising to a certain height to soak the calcium chloride particles 20, and the risk of the calcium chloride particles 20 failing is avoided.
In an initial state, as shown in fig. 2, the L ED box 200 activates the first electromagnet 220 to open the first ferromagnetic cover 231, so that the calcium chloride particles 20 in the first dehumidifying box 230 contact with the internal air of the box body 210 to actively absorb the water vapor in the internal air of the box body 210, when the calcium chloride particles 20 absorb the water vapor, the weight of the first dehumidifying box 230 increases, and at this time, the weight change of the first dehumidifying box 230 is monitored by the gravity sensor 260 to serve as a criterion for electrically increasing the second dehumidifying box 250 on the second electromagnet 240 to dehumidify, that is, when the weight change of the first dehumidifying box 230 meets a predetermined condition (i.e., the air is already humid and cannot be dehumidified in time simply by the first dehumidifying box 230, and the second dehumidifying box 250 needs to be added to dehumidify), the second ferromagnetic cover 240 is activated to open the second ferromagnetic cover 251, so that the calcium chloride particles 20 in the second dehumidifying box 250 also contact with the internal air of the box body 210, so that the internal air L of the box body 210 actively absorbs the water vapor, thereby balancing the internal air of the box body 210.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the calcium chloride particles 20 may be replaced with calcium sulfate particles or a water absorbent such as silica gel desiccant.
EXAMPLE III
The invention also provides a dehumidification method of an L ED box body, which is applied to the L ED box body 200 in the second embodiment and comprises the following steps:
step S110: and starting the first electromagnet to open the first ferromagnetic cover body.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in an initial state, the control main board 270 of the L ED box 200 controls the first electromagnet 220 to be powered on, i.e. the first electromagnet 220 is started, so that the first electromagnet 220 generates magnetism, and since the first electromagnet 220 is fixedly disposed right above the first dehumidification box 230 and the first ferromagnetic cover 231 is spaced by a predetermined distance within the magnetic attraction range of the first electromagnet 220, when the first electromagnet 220 generates magnetism, the first ferromagnetic cover 231 is attracted to open the first electromagnet 220.
Step S120: the weight change of the first dehumidification box is monitored through the gravity sensor, so that when the weight change meets the preset condition, the second electromagnet is started, and the second ferromagnetic cover body is opened.
Specifically, after the first ferromagnetic cover 231 is opened, the plurality of calcium chloride particles 20 in the first dehumidification box 230 may contact with the internal air of the box body 210 to actively absorb the water vapor in the internal air of the box body 210, and after the calcium chloride particles 20 absorb the water vapor, the weight of the first dehumidification box 230 is increased, at this time, the weight change of the first dehumidification box 230 is monitored by the gravity sensor 260 to be used as a criterion for electrically increasing the second dehumidification box 250 on the second electromagnet 240 to perform dehumidification, that is, when the weight change of the first dehumidification box 230 meets a preset condition (that is, the air is already damp, the first dehumidification box 230 cannot timely dehumidify, and the second dehumidification box 250 needs to be added to perform dehumidification), the second electromagnet 240 is started to open the second ferromagnetic cover. As shown in fig. 4, the specific process is as follows:
step S121: every interval preset time, carry out weight detection once to first dehumidification box through gravity inductor to obtain the present weight value of this first dehumidification box.
Step S122: after each pair of the first dehumidification boxes carry out weight detection once, the difference value between the weight value obtained by current measurement and the weight value obtained by last measurement is calculated.
Step S123: if the difference value is larger than the preset threshold value, the second electromagnet is started to open the second ferromagnetic cover body.
The aforementioned preset time may be specifically one hour, that is, every other hour, a weight detection is performed on the first dehumidifying cartridge 230 through the gravity sensor to obtain a current weight value of the first dehumidifying cartridge 230, after each pair of the first dehumidifying cartridges 230 performs a weight detection, a difference between the currently measured weight value and the weight value measured in the previous hour is calculated, if the difference is less than or equal to a preset threshold, it is determined that the internal humidity of the case body 210 is proper, and the second electromagnet 240 is not required to be started, if the difference is greater than the preset threshold, it is determined that the internal humidity of the case body 210 is heavy, the main board 270 controls the second electromagnet 240 to be powered on, that is, the second electromagnet 240 is started, so that the second electromagnet 240 generates magnetism, because the second electromagnet 240 is fixedly disposed right above the second dehumidifying cartridge 250, and a preset distance is provided between the second electromagnet 240 and the second cover 251, the preset distance is within a magnetic attraction range of the second electromagnet 240, when the second electromagnet 220 generates magnetism, the second electromagnet 240 absorbs ferromagnetic air to open the second dehumidifying cartridge L0, so that the air in the case body 210 actively absorbs ferromagnetic water vapor particles, thereby drying the case body 210.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the calcium chloride particles 20 may be replaced with calcium sulfate particles or a water absorbent such as silica gel desiccant.
In an embodiment of the invention, the dehumidifying box, the L ED box and the dehumidifying method thereof, wherein the L ED box comprises a box body, a first electromagnet, a first dehumidifying box with a first ferromagnetic cover, a second electromagnet, a second dehumidifying box with a second ferromagnetic cover, a gravity sensor and a control mainboard are arranged in the box body, the first electromagnet is fixedly arranged right above the first dehumidifying box, the gravity sensor is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first dehumidifying box, the second electromagnet is fixedly arranged right above the second dehumidifying box, a plurality of water absorbents are arranged in the first dehumidifying box and the second dehumidifying box, in an initial state, the L ED box starts the first electromagnet to open the first ferromagnetic cover, so that the water absorbents in the first dehumidifying box are in contact with the inside air of the L ED box, so as to actively absorb water vapor in the inside air of the L ED box, so that the weight of the first dehumidifying box is increased, at this time, the weight change of the first dehumidifying box is monitored by the gravity sensor to serve as the change of the weight of the second dehumidifying box, so as to increase the moisture absorption of the water vapor in the second dehumidifying box, namely, the moisture absorption of the second dehumidifying box is judged according to enable the moisture absorption of the moisture absorption by the moisture absorption of the moisture absorption box, so that the moisture absorption of the moisture absorption box, the moisture absorption of the moisture absorption box, the moisture absorption of the moisture absorption box, so that the moisture absorption box is not only moisture absorption box, so that the moisture absorption box is increased when the.
