Abstract
The invention discloses a quick connector and an assembling method thereof, wherein the quick connector comprises: the quick-insertion female end, the connecting end and the middle sleeve are arranged on the outer side of the shell; one end of the connecting end is connected with equipment, and the middle sleeve is sleeved at the other end of the connecting end in an interference fit manner; one end of the quick-insert female end is fixed with the quick-insert male end through a U-shaped card, and the other end of the quick-insert female end is sleeved on the middle sleeve in a clearance fit manner; the quick-insertion female end and the middle sleeve are rotatably connected and are relatively fixed in the axial direction. According to the quick connector and the assembling method thereof, the quick-inserting type female end is rotatably sleeved on the middle sleeve, so that the influence of the connecting end on the position of the quick-inserting type female end is not required to be considered during assembling, and the assembling difficulty is reduced. The U-shaped card can always keep the opening downward, so that the fastening performance is improved, and falling is avoided. And because the quick-plugging female end freely rotates, the quick-plugging connector keeps the consistency of the appearance under any condition.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of connecting equipment, in particular to a quick connector and an assembling method thereof.
Background
The quick connector is used for realizing the connection between pipelines, is a convenient plug-and-play connection mode and is widely applied to the industrial field.
The structure of a quick connector provided by the prior art is shown in figure 1, one end of the quick connector is a quick-insertion female end, the other end of the quick connector is an external thread end, and the whole quick connector is of a straight-through type. When the quick connector is used, the external thread end is in threaded connection with a pipeline, a combined gasket is arranged between the end part of the pipeline and the external thread end in order to improve the sealing effect, and the combined gasket is tightly pressed after the quick connector and the pipeline are screwed, so that the quick connector and the pipeline are connected. In a possible design, the outer wall of the middle sleeve is provided with an annular groove, the inner wall of the other end of the quick-insertion female end is provided with a hole stopper, the hole stopper is limited in the annular groove, and the width of the annular groove is larger than the diameter of the hole stopper.
In a possible design, a through hole communicated with the annular groove is formed in the middle sleeve, and the hole stopper penetrates through the through hole and the annular groove to be inserted into the inner wall of the quick-insertion female end.
In one possible design, a plurality of jacks which are uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction are arranged on the quick-insertion female end and/or the quick-insertion male end.
In one possible embodiment, the quick-insertion female end, the connecting end and the intermediate sleeve are made of hardened and tempered 45 # steel.
In one possible design, one end of the connecting end is provided with an external thread.
In a second aspect, there is provided a method of assembling a quick connector as claimed in any preceding claim, the method comprising:
connecting and fixing the connecting end with the equipment; rotating the female end of the quick-inserting type until the opening of the U-shaped card is inserted downwards; the U-shaped card is inserted to connect the quick-inserting female end with the quick-inserting male end.
In one possible design, before the connecting end is connected and fixed with the equipment, the intermediate sleeve is aligned with the quick-insertion type female end, one end of the hole stopper passes through the through hole in the intermediate sleeve and the annular groove to be inserted into the inner wall of the quick-insertion type female end, and the other end of the hole stopper is positioned in the annular groove to complete the assembly of the intermediate sleeve and the quick-insertion type female end; then the middle sleeve is sleeved on the connecting end in an interference fit mode.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following main advantages:

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a quick connector, as shown in fig. 2, including: the fast-inserting female end 1, the connecting end 2 and the middle sleeve 3; one end of the connecting end 2 is connected with equipment, and the middle sleeve 3 is sleeved at the other end of the connecting end 2 in an interference fit manner; one end of the fast-inserting type female end 1 is fixed with the fast-inserting type male end through a U-shaped card, and the other end is sleeved on the middle sleeve 3 in a clearance fit mode; the quick-insertion female end 1 and the middle sleeve 3 are rotatably connected and are relatively fixed in the axial direction.
The working principle of the quick connector provided by the embodiment of the invention is explained as follows:
when in use, the connecting end 2 is connected and fixed with equipment (the equipment is to be connected and can be pipelines, rubber pipes and the like). Rotating the quick-inserting female end 1 until the opening of the U-shaped card is inserted downwards; the inserted U-shaped card connects the quick-inserting female end 1 with the quick-inserting male end.
Therefore, according to the quick connector provided by the embodiment of the invention, the quick-plugging type female end 1 is rotatably sleeved on the middle sleeve 3, so that the influence of the connecting end 2 on the position of the quick-plugging type female end 1 is not required to be considered during assembly, and the assembly difficulty is reduced. The U-shaped card can always keep the opening downward, so that the fastening performance is improved, and falling is avoided. And because the quick-plugging female end 1 freely rotates, the appearance of the quick-plugging connector is consistent under any conditions.
In particular, how the quick-connect female end 1 can be rotatably mounted on the intermediate sleeve 3 is exemplified below:
as an example, the outer wall of the middle sleeve 3 is provided with an annular groove, the inner wall of the other end of the quick-insertion female end 1 is provided with a hole stop 4, the hole stop 4 is limited in the annular groove, and the width of the annular groove is larger than the diameter of the hole stop 4. As another example, in a mirror image manner to the above example, the quick-insertion female end 1 may be provided with an annular groove and a through hole connected with the annular groove, and the hole stopper 4 is fixed on the intermediate sleeve 3 through the through hole and the annular groove and is limited in the annular groove, and the similar technical effects as the above example are also achieved.
Or, the quick-insertion female end 1 and the intermediate sleeve 3 can be relatively rotated on the basis of axial fixation realized by other modes such as a bearing or embedded connection, and the embodiments of the invention are not illustrated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the quick-insertion type female end 1 and the quick-insertion type male end realize quick-insertion connection through the U-shaped card, and in order to install the U-shaped card, a plurality of jacks uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction are arranged on the quick-insertion type female end 1 and/or the quick-insertion type male end along the circumferential direction. rotating the quick-inserting female end 1 until the opening of the U-shaped card is inserted downwards;
the inserted U-shaped card connects the quick-inserting female end 1 with the quick-inserting male end.
According to the assembling method of the quick connector, the quick-inserting type female end 1 is rotatably sleeved on the middle sleeve 3, the influence of the connecting end 2 on the position of the quick-inserting type female end 1 does not need to be considered during assembling, and the assembling difficulty is reduced. The U-shaped card can always keep the opening downward, so that the fastening performance is improved, and falling is avoided. And because the quick-plugging female end 1 freely rotates, the appearance of the quick-plugging connector is consistent under any conditions.
Before the connecting end 2 is connected and fixed with equipment, firstly, the intermediate sleeve 3 is aligned with the fast-inserting type female end 1, one end of the hole stopper 4 penetrates through the through hole and the annular groove on the intermediate sleeve 3 to be inserted into the fast-inserting type female end 1, and the other end is positioned in the annular groove, so that the assembly of the intermediate sleeve 3 and the fast-inserting type female end 1 is completed; and then assembling the middle sleeve 3 and the connecting end 2 together in an interference fit manner to complete the self-assembling of the quick connector. 1. A quick-connect coupling, comprising: the quick-insertion female end, the connecting end and the middle sleeve are arranged on the outer side of the shell;
one end of the connecting end is connected with equipment, and the middle sleeve is sleeved at the other end of the connecting end in an interference fit manner;
one end of the quick-insert female end is fixed with the quick-insert male end through a U-shaped card, and the other end of the quick-insert female end is sleeved on the middle sleeve in a clearance fit manner;
the quick-insertion female end and the middle sleeve are rotatably connected and are relatively fixed in the axial direction.
2. The quick connector according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the intermediate sleeve is provided with an annular groove, the inner wall of the other end of the female end of the quick connector is provided with a hole stopper, the hole stopper is limited in the annular groove, and the width of the annular groove is larger than the diameter of the hole stopper.
3. The quick connector as claimed in claim 2, wherein the intermediate sleeve is provided with a through hole communicating with the annular groove for inserting the hole stopper into the inner wall of the female end of the quick connector through the through hole and the annular groove.
4. The quick connector according to claim 1, wherein the quick-insertion female end and/or the quick-insertion male end are provided with a plurality of insertion holes which are uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction.
5. The quick-connect coupling according to claim 1, wherein the female end, the connecting end and the intermediate sleeve are made of hardened and tempered 45-gauge steel.
6. The quick connect coupling of claim 1 wherein one end of said connecting end is externally threaded.
7. A method of assembling a quick connector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising:
connecting and fixing the connecting end with the equipment;
rotating the female end of the quick-inserting type until the opening of the U-shaped card is inserted downwards;
the U-shaped card is inserted to connect the quick-inserting female end with the quick-inserting male end.
8. The method of assembling a quick connector as claimed in claim 7, wherein, prior to connecting and securing the connecting end to the device,
firstly, aligning the intermediate sleeve with the quick-inserting type female end, inserting one end of the hole stopper into the inner wall of the quick-inserting type female end through the through hole and the annular groove on the intermediate sleeve, and positioning the other end of the hole stopper in the annular groove to complete the assembly of the intermediate sleeve and the quick-inserting type female end;
then the middle sleeve is sleeved on the connecting end in an interference fit mode.
