Description

Method for dyeing with disperse dye in non-aqueous medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dyeing method, in particular to a disperse dye non-aqueous medium dyeing method, and belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing.
Background
The textile industry is the traditional strut industry in China, and with the development of the petroleum industry, the production and the use of synthetic fibers such as terylene, acrylic fibers and the like are more and more extensive, especially in textiles for clothing, the synthetic fiber textiles account for more than 70% of the total amount of the textiles, and the annual consumption of disperse dyes for dyeing the synthetic fibers such as the terylene, the acrylic fibers and the like is more than 50 ten thousand tons.
The conventional dyeing process of the disperse dye needs to use a large amount of chemicals such as a dispersing agent, an accelerating agent and the like, and the dye has more residues after dyeing, deep chromaticity of dye liquor, high content of harmful substances and high difficulty in wastewater treatment, thereby being a great problem which troubles the development of the current dyeing and finishing industry.
Non-aqueous dyeing (waterless dyeing) generally refers to a novel environment-friendly dyeing technology which uses an organic solvent or other non-aqueous media to replace an aqueous medium in the dyeing process, dyes fabrics as a dyeing medium, and recycles the non-aqueous media so as to reduce pollution emission. The specific research directions are as follows: non-aqueous solvent dyeing, critical CO2The technology of dyeing, reverse micelle dyeing and the like, particularly the research on the aspect of dyeing synthetic fibers such as terylene, acrylic and the like by disperse dyes, has considerable application prospect and industrial value.
Much research is currently done on critical CO2Dyeing technique using critical CO2As a dyeing medium, dyes are dissolved, and synthetic fibers such as terylene, acrylic fibers and the like are dyed. CO used2Green and pollution-free, but the process needs ultra-high pressure environment to lead CO2In a critical state, the working pressure of 3-7MPa (30-70 times of atmospheric pressure) is a great challenge to equipment and production safety, and is also a bottleneck limiting the industrial production of the technology at present.
The non-aqueous solvent is used for replacing an aqueous medium for dyeing, so that the method has industrial feasibility: the method has the advantages of small modification degree of the existing equipment, easy control of the dyeing process and small pollution of solvent recycling.
However, the disperse dye dyeing of the non-aqueous solvent also has the following difficulties: the solvent medium used has high solubility to disperse dyes, so that deep color dyeing is difficult; the low solubility of the disperse dye tends to cause problems of uneven dyeing, spots and defects in dyeing quality. The solvent medium is difficult to satisfy the requirements of high solubility and high dyeing property.
