Preferably, a cooling water inlet 11 is provided at the front part of the outlet of the condensation air duct 10 (before the inlet of the fan), and a condensation air duct outlet 5 is provided at the lowest point of the condensation air duct 10. 4. The device for washing and drying clothes according to claim 3, wherein a cooling water inlet is provided at the front of the outlet of the condensation duct, a condensation duct outlet is provided at the lowest point of the condensation duct,
the cooling water inlet is connected with the water inlet pipe, and the rear side of the condensation air channel water outlet is connected with a condensation air channel water drain pipe.
5. The apparatus for washing and drying clothes according to claim 4, wherein a cooling water pipe is connected between the cooling water inlet and the condensation duct outlet,
the cooling pipe is positioned in the condensation air duct, and fins are arranged on the outer side of the cooling water pipe.
6. The apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions according to claim 4 or 5, wherein a washing water inlet is provided at a front portion of the outlet of the condensation duct,

8. The apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions of claim 7, further comprising a control panel provided on the top cover, through which laundry washing and/or laundry drying is performed.
9. A method having a laundry washing and drying function, characterized in that the method treats laundry using the apparatus having a laundry washing and drying function according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The method having laundry washing and drying function according to claim 9, wherein the method comprises: the apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions, in response to a user's operation, enters a washing course and/or a drying course and/or a rinsing course,
the washing process comprises: opening a water inlet of the washing cavity to inject water into the washing cavity, and closing the water inlet to wash after the water amount reaches a preset water level; rinsing after the preset washing times are reached; after rinsing is finished, opening a water outlet of the washing cavity for draining water, closing the water outlet after draining is finished, and entering a drying process;
the drying process comprises: starting a fan in the drying air system and electrically heating to send dry hot air into the second space for drying; opening a cooling water inlet and a condensation air duct water outlet and then cooling inlet air in a condensation air duct of the drying air system so as to reduce moisture of damp and hot air in the inlet air; after the preset drying time is reached, the electric heating and the fan are sequentially turned off, then the cooling water inlet is closed, and the washing process is carried out;
the rinsing process comprises: and opening a washing water inlet to wash the condensation air duct, closing the washing water inlet after the preset washing time is reached, and finishing washing.
