Raw materials: hydrophilic silica gel powder A3805.5%, hydrophobic silica gel powder R9743.5% (mass ratio of the two is 1:0.63), methyl silicone oil 87.7%, liquid diphenylamine 0.3%, and polyisobutylene 24003%.
The same preparation process as in example 1 was employed.

From the above examples, it can be seen that the grease for an automobile airbag provided by the present invention has good storage stability, chemical stability and good compatibility with plastics such as nylon.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. The lubricating grease for the automobile safety air bag comprises the following components in parts by mass: 87-92% of a lubricant, 5-10% of a thickening agent and 2-4% of an additive, wherein the thickening agent is hydrophilic silica gel powder and hydrophobic silica gel powder; the mass ratio of the hydrophilic silica gel powder to the hydrophobic silica gel powder is 1: 0.5-1: 1; the lubricant comprises one or more of methyl silicone oil, ethyl silicone oil and methyl phenyl silicone oil; the additives comprise an antioxidant additive and a tackifier; the mass content of the antioxidant additive in the lubricating grease for the automobile safety air bag is 0.2-0.5%, and the mass content of the tackifier in the lubricating grease for the automobile safety air bag is 1.5-3.5%;
the preparation method of the lubricating grease for the automobile safety airbag comprises the following steps:
mixing part of the lubricant with a thickening agent at 45-55 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
mixing the mixture A with the rest part of a lubricating agent at 75-85 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;
and mixing the mixture B with an additive at 60-70 ℃, and grinding to obtain the lubricating grease for the automobile safety airbag.
2. The grease for an automobile airbag according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant additive comprises one or more of aromatic amine antioxidant additives and phenolic antioxidant additives.
3. The grease for an automobile airbag according to claim 2, wherein the aromatic amine antioxidant additive comprises one or more of diphenylamine and phenyl- α -naphthylamine.
4. The grease of claim 2, wherein the phenolic antioxidant additive comprises one or more of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 4,4 methylenebis (2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol), and hydroquinone.
5. The grease for an automobile airbag according to claim 1, wherein the tackifier is polyisobutylene.
6. A method for preparing the grease for the automobile air bag according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
mixing part of the lubricant with a thickening agent at 45-55 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
mixing the mixture A with the rest of the lubricant at 75-85 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;
and mixing the mixture B with an additive at 60-70 ℃, and grinding to obtain the lubricating grease for the automobile safety airbag.
