The manual pump 12 is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder 2 through a high-pressure pipeline, and the hydraulic oil cylinder 2 is pressurized through the manual pump 12 in the working process, so that the hydraulic telescopic rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 2 is driven to extend out, and the communicating rod 3 connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder is driven to move downwards along the vertical direction of the figure 1, so that the material is extruded by the extrusion plate 4 to be subjected to solid-liquid separation.
The experimental sludge dewatering and filter-pressing device further comprises a support 1, a fixed base plate 10 is arranged at the lower end of the support 1, a filter cartridge 5 is installed on the fixed base plate 10, and the support 1 and the filter cartridge 5 are both made of stainless steel materials.
When the embodiment of the invention is used for carrying out a sludge filter-pressing experiment, the inner hexagon screw 6 is unscrewed, the upper part of the filter cylinder 5 is detached through the clamping groove of the connecting rod 3, and the sludge wrapped by the filter cloth is placed on the filter plate 7 at the lower part of the filter cylinder 5. After the charging is finished, the upper part and the lower part of the filter cylinder 5 are fixed through the hexagon socket head cap screws 6. Specific application example 3: after pretreatment, the high-water-content oil-containing sludge of a certain oil production plant in Xinjiang oil field is centrifuged to reach the water content of 79.6 percent, and after the treatment by the filter press (10MPa for 30min), the water content is reduced to 51.8 percent, and the volume reduction rate is 65.3 percent.
The filter pressing experiments of the oily sludge from three sources show that the equipment can realize that the water content is less than 60% after treatment, and the volume reduction rate is more than 60%. Good dewatering effect and large volume reduction.
