Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage purification, in particular to an evaporation and concentration method and system for percolate concentrated solution.
Background
The percolate concentrate is complex in quality and contains various inorganic substances including sodium salt, calcium salt, magnesium salt, ammonium bicarbonate, sulfate chloride, silicon dioxide and organic substances with complex components. Evaporation is a physical process of separating volatile components from non-volatile components, heating the feed liquid to boil and vaporize water and continuously removing vaporized water vapor, so that the concentrated percolate is concentrated by an evaporation method.
During evaporation treatment of the percolate concentrate, water is boiled out of the percolate, pollutants remain in the concentrate, all heavy metals and inorganic substances and most organic substances are relatively weak in volatility and remain in the concentrate, and only part of pollutants such as volatile hydrocarbons, volatile organic acids and ammonia enter steam. However, since the concentrated leachate is a product obtained by concentrating the leachate by 2-5 times, calcium, magnesium and silicon in the concentrated leachate can easily form inorganic scale, organic matters can easily form organic sludge after concentration, and the scale gradually covers the inner wall of the equipment along with the increase of the multiple of evaporation concentration during evaporation concentration, so that the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment is often reduced, and the equipment cannot normally operate.

Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
FIG. 1 shows a flow chart of the steps of a method for evaporative concentration of a concentrate of diafiltration according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a method for evaporative concentration of a concentrate of a diafiltration solution. Referring to fig. 1, the method includes:
step S100: the feed liquid is evaporated and concentrated for the first time. The first evaporation concentration directly evaporates and concentrates the percolate concentrated solution only subjected to acid adjustment, and the first evaporation concentration of the step is to further concentrate the concentration of the percolate concentrated solution because the percolate concentrated solution contains a large amount of organic matters, inorganic matters and heavy metals, so that the preparation is carried out for the subsequent filtration or precipitation step, and the percolate concentrated solution is not treated by the evaporation and concentration. The feed liquid comprises percolate concentrate and high concentration percolate.
Step S200: and filtering or precipitating the feed liquid subjected to the first evaporation concentration to remove suspended matters and solid particles in the feed liquid. The leachate is further concentrated during the first evaporation and concentration, a flocculant or other modes are used for treating the leachate concentrated solution, and filtration or precipitation is carried out, so that a large amount of organic matters, inorganic matters and heavy metal substances in the leachate concentrated solution can be effectively removed, impurities can be removed as far as possible before secondary evaporation and concentration, the problem that inorganic scaling and organic slime blockage are generated in the leachate concentrated solution in the evaporation process and attached to a heat exchanger to cause the reduction of the heat transfer efficiency of equipment, and the filtration or precipitation process cannot normally operate, and does not generate heat loss when operating at high temperature.
Step S300: and carrying out second evaporation concentration on the filtered or precipitated feed liquid. The evaporation concentration in the step is completely to utilize evaporation to process the percolate concentrated solution, at the moment, the percolate concentrated solution is subjected to first evaporation concentration to remove a part of steam, and impurities in the percolate concentrated solution are further removed after filtration or precipitation, and the actually evaporated percolate concentrated solution of the second evaporation concentration at the moment is much lower than the impurity content in the normal percolate concentrated solution, so that the load factor of equipment is reduced by the second evaporation concentration, and meanwhile, the cleaning period of the equipment is longer because the impurity content is less during the evaporation concentration.
The method for evaporating and concentrating percolate provided by the embodiment divides the evaporation process of percolate concentrated solution into two parts for carrying out, reduces the operating pressure of equipment, and carries out filtration or precipitation after the first evaporation and concentration, the concentration multiple of the percolate concentrated solution is smaller, organic matters in the percolate concentrated solution cannot be attached to the inner wall of the equipment, at the moment, the filtration or precipitation is carried out for one time, impurities in the percolate concentrated solution are effectively reduced, the problems that inorganic scaling and organic slime blockage are generated in the evaporation process of the percolate concentrated solution and attached to a heat exchanger to cause the reduction of the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment, and the filtration or precipitation process is operated at high temperature, heat loss is avoided, and the continuous efficiency of evaporation and concentration is accelerated while the cleaning period of the equipment is reduced.
Further, the total multiple of the first evaporation concentration and the second evaporation concentration is 10 times or more. The multiple of two times of evaporation concentration is more than 10 times, the concentrated solution of the percolate is concentrated to the maximum degree, and meanwhile, the multiple is also used as the evaporation capacity with the highest efficiency, so that the maximum evaporation concentration efficiency of equipment is realized.
In one embodiment, the first evaporative concentration is less than the second evaporative concentration. As can be seen from the above embodiments, the first evaporation concentration aims at further concentration, which provides convenience for subsequent filtration or precipitation, and therefore, the second evaporation concentration is the main evaporation concentration step, and the multiple of the second evaporation concentration must be greater than that of the first evaporation concentration, so as to reduce the equipment load of the first evaporation concentration and purify the percolate concentrate without affecting the evaporation concentration effect.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2, before the step S100 of performing the first evaporation concentration on the feed liquid, the method further includes:
step S101: the feed solution is adjusted to be an acidic solution. Through multiple data comparison and experiments, the evaporation and concentration efficiency of the acidic feed liquid in the percolate concentrated solution is higher. And when the feed liquid is an acidic solution, the efficiency of the evaporation process can be effectively increased, and when the equipment material contains a titanium alloy or uses a protective layer made of a polyester material, the equipment can be effectively prevented from being corroded by the acidic feed liquid.
Further, before the second evaporation and concentration of the filtered or precipitated feed liquid, the method further comprises the following steps:
and adjusting the filtered or precipitated feed liquid to be an acidic solution. After multiple data comparison and experiments, when the feed liquid is acidic, the concentrated percolate evaporation and concentration efficiency is highest.
In one embodiment, the first evaporative concentration and the second evaporative concentration are both performed using a mechanical vapor recompression method. The mechanical vapor recompression utilizes secondary vapor generated in evaporation to increase pressure and temperature through compression, and the secondary vapor is sent to the heating chamber again to be used as hot vapor, so that the vapor generated in evaporation concentration is fully utilized, latent heat is recovered, efficiency is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.
And the steam generated by the first evaporation and concentration serves as a heat source for the second evaporation and concentration, and the steam generated by the second evaporation and concentration serves as a heat source for the first evaporation and concentration. Therefore, two steams generated by evaporation and concentration form a closed loop process, and energy consumption is effectively saved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the step S200 of filtering or precipitating the feed liquid subjected to the first evaporation concentration includes:
s210: and introducing the evaporated and concentrated feed liquid into a flocculation tank at a high temperature.
S220: adding PAM flocculant and/or PAC flocculant into the flocculation tank for flocculation. The use of PAM flocculant and/or PAC flocculant in the flocculation process is a preferred embodiment, and this step should cover all technical solutions using other agents to achieve the flocculation effect.
S230: and filtering or precipitating the solid particles and the floccules in the flocculation tank.
In this embodiment, after the first evaporation concentration, the feed liquid is physically precipitated or filtered, so as to effectively remove solid particles, organic substances, inorganic substances and crystals generated by concentration, so as to provide a concentrated percolate solution with less impurities for the second evaporation concentration, thereby improving the efficiency of the second evaporation concentration.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide an evaporative concentration system for a percolate, as illustrated in fig. 4, comprising a first evaporative concentration device 120, a filtration device 130 and a second evaporative concentration device 140.
The first evaporation concentration device 120 is used for carrying out first evaporation concentration on the feed liquid inside.
The filtering device 130 is communicated with the first evaporation concentration device 120, and the filtering device 130 is used for filtering or precipitating the feed liquid subjected to the first evaporation concentration to remove suspended substances and solid particles in the feed liquid.
The second concentration and evaporation device 140 is communicated 130 with the filtering device, and the second evaporation and concentration device 140 is used for carrying out second evaporation and concentration on the feed liquid filtered or precipitated by the filtering device.
According to the method for evaporating and concentrating the percolate concentrated solution, the evaporation process of the percolate concentrated solution is divided into two evaporation devices to be respectively carried out, the operation pressure of equipment is reduced, filtering or precipitation is carried out after first evaporation and concentration, the concentration multiple of the percolate concentrated solution is small, organic matters in the percolate concentrated solution cannot be attached to the inner wall of the equipment, at the moment, filtering or precipitation is carried out once, impurities in the percolate concentrated solution are effectively reduced, the cleaning period of the equipment is shortened, and the continuous efficiency of evaporation and concentration is accelerated.
In one embodiment, the total evaporation concentration multiple of the first evaporation concentration device 120 and the second evaporation concentration device 140 is 10 times and more than 10 times, and the evaporation concentration multiple of the first evaporation concentration device 120 is less than that of the second evaporation concentration device 140. As can be seen from the above embodiments, the first evaporation concentration is aimed at further concentration, which is convenient for subsequent filtration or precipitation, and therefore, the second evaporation concentration is the main evaporation concentration step, and the multiple of the second evaporation concentration must be greater than that of the first evaporation concentration, so as to reduce the load of the first evaporation concentration device 120 and purify the percolate concentrate without affecting the evaporation concentration effect of the second evaporation concentration device 140.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the first evaporative concentration apparatus 120 and the second evaporative concentration apparatus 140 are both mechanical vapor recompression apparatuses; wherein, the steam outlet of the first evaporation concentration device 120 is communicated with the heat source inlet of the second evaporation concentration device 140, and the steam outlet of the second evaporation concentration device 140 is connected with the heat source inlet of the first evaporation concentration device 120.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 4, the diafiltration concentrate evaporative concentration system further includes a brewing unit 110.
The outlet of the adjusting device 110 is communicated with the first evaporation concentration device 120, and the adjusting device 110 is used for adjusting the inflowing feed liquid into an acidic solution and then flowing into the first evaporation concentration device 120.
