A first right ear tucker 48 is disposed between the positioning device 35 and the cassette removal and opening mechanism 12.
The box inserting mechanism 17 comprises a second right ear folding device 54 arranged on the front side of the packaging box conveying chain rack 24, a box inserting device 55, a second left ear folding rod 56 used for inwards folding the left ear at the front end of the packaging box and a front end pre-inserting rod 57 used for inwards folding the upper ear at the front end of the packaging box, the second right ear folding device 54 is arranged on the left side of the pushing device 36, and the second right ear folding device 54 comprises a second right ear folding plate 58 used for inwards folding the right ear at the front end of the packaging box on the packaging box conveying chain 25; the second left ear folding rod 56 is arranged on the packaging box conveying chain rack 24 and positioned at the left side of the second right ear turnover device 54, and one end of the second left ear folding rod close to the second right ear turnover device 54 is provided with a second left ear guide rod 561 which extends horizontally and obliquely forwards; the front end pre-inserting rod 57 is fixed on the left side of the second left ear folding rod 56, and a front end guide rod 571 extending obliquely upwards is arranged at one end of the front end pre-inserting rod close to the second left ear folding rod 56; the magazine apparatus 55 is provided on the table frame 10 on the left side of the front end pre-insertion rod 57. The rod bodies of the second left ear folding rod 56 and the front end pre-inserting rod 57 are close to the front end surface of the packing box, and a second left ear guide rod of the second left ear folding rod 56 is bent outwards to enable the front end left ear of the packing box to be folded inwards; the front end guide bar of the front end preliminary insertion bar 57 is bent obliquely upward so that the front end upper ear downward folded portion of the packing box is inserted into the box. g. the packaging boxes on the packaging box conveying chain (25) sequentially pass through the second right lug folding device (54), the second left lug folding rod (56), the front end pre-inserting rod (57) and the box inserting device (55) to complete front end box inserting of the packaging boxes;
h. the conveyor belt (18) separates the filled thermometers.
