Abstract

本发明公开了一种断电指示装置和电动汽车充电桩,其中,断电指示装置包括主体、探测部以及指示灯;使用人员和维护人员可以通过指示灯的亮度直观地判断电动汽车充电桩的状态,极大地节约时间,断电情况下能够判断是电动汽车充电桩内部断路还是由于外部电网断路导致的断电,提高了维护效率。

技术领域
本发明属于电动汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种断电指示装置和电动汽车充电桩。
背景技术
随着电池技术的发展,电动汽车成为主流交通的工具趋势越来越明显,而随着电动汽车的发展,电动汽车充电桩的重要性日益凸显。但是,现有的电动汽车充电桩存在如下缺点:直观上不能快速直接地确定电动汽车充电桩是否有电,是否还能正常充电,造成时间的浪费,也不利于对电动汽车充电桩的日常维护。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种断电指示装置和电动汽车充电桩,便于直观的指示电动汽车充电桩是否有电,是否可以正常工作,提高了维护的便利性。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种断电指示装置,包括主体、探测部;其特征在于,探测部用于与电动汽车充电桩预留的探测端口可拆卸连接,主体内设有一个探测电路,探测电路可以产生特定频率的电磁信号,以及为该探测电路供电的电池组件;探测部包括芯体,芯体与探测电路连接,并起到将电磁信号发射出去的作用,芯体外周套设有壳体,壳体起到屏蔽电磁信号的作用,且壳体的长度比芯体的长度长,以起到最佳的屏蔽效果;芯体与壳体之间填充有绝缘层,绝缘层的长度与壳体相同;主体上还设有特定频率的电磁信号接收端,其用于特定频率的电磁信号,电磁信号接收端电性连接于主体内的电磁信号接收组件的输入端,电磁信号接收组件还设置有输出端,输出端连接至主体上的指示灯,且指示灯的显示强度与输出端的输出强度成正比,而输出端的输出强度与电磁信号接收端接收到的电磁信号强度成正比。
使用时,将断电指示装置通过探测部安装于电动汽车充电桩的探测端口,从而将芯体与电动汽车充电桩内的电线电性连接,当电动汽车充电桩电路畅通时,探测电路中的电磁信号能通过电动汽车充电桩内的电线向外大量发射,而电磁信号接收端接收到大量发射的信号,通过电磁信号接收组件的转换,使得指示灯常亮;而当电动汽车充电桩内部因断路问题导致断电时,探测电路的电磁信号大部分甚至全部被壳体屏蔽,因此,接收组件仅能接收到微弱的电磁信号甚至完全接收不到电磁信号;此时,指示灯亮度极度下降甚至直接熄灭。使用人员和维护人员可以通过指示灯的亮度直观地判断电动汽车充电桩的状态,极大地节约时间,如果断电还可以判断是电动汽车充电桩内部断路还是由于外部电网断路导致的断电,提高了维护效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
一种断电指示装置包括主体1、探测部2;其特征在于,探测部2用于与电动汽车充电桩6预留的探测端口7可拆卸连接,主体1内设有一个探测电路(未图示),探测电路可以产生特定频率的电磁信号,以及为该探测电路供电的电池组件(未图示);探测部2包括芯体3,芯体3与探测电路连接,并起到将电磁信号发射出去的作用,芯体3外周套设有壳体4,壳体4起到屏蔽电磁信号的作用,且壳体4的长度比芯体3的长度长,以起到最佳的屏蔽效果;芯体3与壳体4之间填充有绝缘层(未图示),绝缘层的长度与壳体4相同;主体1上还设有特定频率的电磁信号接收端(未图示),其用于特定频率的电磁信号,电磁信号接收端电性连接于主体1内的电磁信号接收组件(未图示)的输入端,电磁信号接收组件还设置有输出端,输出端连接至主体1上的指示灯5,且指示灯5的显示强度与输出端的输出强度成正比,而输出端的输出强度与电磁信号接收端接收到的电磁信号强度成正比。
使用时,将断电指示装置通过探测部安装于电动汽车充电桩6的探测端口7,从而将芯体3与充电桩内的电线电性连接,当电动汽车充电桩6电路畅通时,探测电路中的电磁信号能通过电动汽车充电桩6内的电线向外大量发射,而电磁信号接收端接收到大量发射的信号,通过电磁信号接收组件的转换,使得指示灯5常亮;而当电动汽车充电桩6内部因断路问题导致断电时,探测电路的电磁信号大部分甚至全部被壳体4屏蔽,因此,接收组件仅能接收到微弱的电磁信号甚至完全接收不到电磁信号;此时,指示灯5亮度极度下降甚至直接熄灭。使用人员和维护人员可以通过指示灯5的亮度直观地判断电动汽车充电桩6的状态,极大地节约时间,如果断电还可以判断是电动汽车充电桩6内部断路还是由于外部电网断路导致的断电,提高了维护效率。
本发明还包括一种电动汽车充电桩6,其上设置有探测部接入端口7,端口内设置有触点接头8,触点接头8的位于电动汽车充电桩6内的一端与电动汽车充电桩6的内部电路连接,触点接头8的另一端设置为可以伸入绝缘层内与芯体3产生电性连接,为了保证触点接头与芯体3的连接的稳定性,可以将触点接头8与芯体3接触的端头设置为配合的形状,例如设置为凹凸结构。

Claims (4)

1.一种断电指示装置,包括主体、探测部;其特征在于,探测部用于与电动汽车充电桩预留的探测接入端口可拆卸连接,主体内设有一个探测电路,探测电路可以产生特定频率的电磁信号,以及为该探测电路供电的电池组件;探测部包括芯体,芯体与探测电路连接,并起到将电磁信号发射出去的作用,芯体外周套设有壳体,壳体起到屏蔽电磁信号的作用;芯体与壳体之间填充有绝缘层;主体上还设有特定频率的电磁信号接收端,其用于接收特定频率的电磁信号,电磁信号接收端电性连接于主体内的电磁信号接收组件的输入端,电磁信号接收组件还设置有输出端,输出端连接至主体上的指示灯。
2.如权利要求1所述的断电指示装置,其特征在于,壳体的长度比芯体的长度长,绝缘层的长度与壳体相同。
3.一种电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-2所述的断电指示装置,其上设置有探测部接入端口,端口内设置有触点接头,触点接头的位于电动汽车充电桩内的一端与电动汽车充电桩的内部电路连接,触点接头的另一端设置为可以伸入绝缘层内与芯体产生电性连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,触点接头与芯体接触的端头为相互配合的凹凸结构。
