Background
The cable has the performances of tensile strength, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, flexibility, softness and the like, is used for tying a multi-strand cable of a ship and is required to have the performances of tensile strength, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, flexibility, softness and the like, and the synthetic fiber cable has the advantages of corrosion resistance, mildew and rot resistance, insect damage resistance and the like besides light specific gravity, high strength, good impact resistance and abrasion resistance.
However, when the hawser has been used for a long time, need maintain the hawser to improve the life of hawser, usually can handle the dust of hawser surface adhesion before carrying out the maintenance to the cable, prevent that the dust from causing the interference to the maintenance of hawser, nevertheless, because the length of hawser is longer, current device is not enough effectual to carry out the dust removal processing to the hawser.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides an auxiliary device for cleaning a cable.

an auxiliary device for cleaning a cable rope comprises a fixed seat, wherein hinges are fixed on two sides of the outer wall of the top of the fixed seat, connecting blocks are fixed on the outer walls of the tops of the two hinges, a first spring is fixed between the outer wall of the bottom of the connecting block and the outer wall of the top of the fixed seat, fixed shafts are fixed on two sides of the outer wall of the top of the connecting block, supporting seats are fixed on the outer walls of the tops of the two fixed shafts, supporting plates are fixed on two sides of the outer wall of the top of the supporting seat, a second telescopic rod is fixed on the outer wall of one side opposite to the two supporting plates, a clamping block is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the second telescopic rod, clamping plates are fixed on two ends of the outer wall of one side of the clamping block, third springs are fixed on the outer walls of two sides of the connecting block, fixed blocks are fixed on, and the outer wall of one side opposite to the two connecting plates is fixed with a fixed shaft, and the outer wall of one side of the two fixed shafts is fixed with an impact block.
Furthermore, two threaded holes are formed in the outer wall of one side of the supporting plate, threaded rods are connected to the inner walls of the two threaded holes in a threaded mode, and rotating handles are fixed to the outer wall of one side of the two threaded rods.

Furthermore, a plurality of anti-slip pads distributed at equal intervals are bonded on the outer wall of the bottom of the fixing seat, and suckers are bonded on the outer wall of the bottom of the anti-slip pads.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through the connecting block, the first spring, the third spring, the connecting plate, the fixed shaft and the impact block, when the mooring rope is dedusted, the device can vibrate due to the acting force generated during pulling, so that the device can be buffered and damped by the first spring, and meanwhile, the connecting block can be driven to move up and down due to vibration, so that the two connecting plates are driven to reciprocate by the third spring, the impact block can impact the supporting plate, and then impurity dust with large surface volume can be cleaned by the impact, and the interference of the impurity dust to the maintenance of the mooring rope can be prevented;
2. the hinge, the guide groove, the slide block, the guide rod, the fixed plate and the first telescopic rod are arranged, so that the reciprocating motion direction of the connecting plate can be guided, the connecting plate can move in the horizontal direction, and the influence on the treatment of scraps caused by the deviation of the connecting plate during movement is prevented;
3. through the arranged ball grooves and the balls, the friction force between the sliding block and the guide groove can be reduced, so that the sliding block drives the connecting plate to reciprocate, and the deviation of the movement of the sliding block caused by large friction force is prevented;
4. the clamping plate, the protective pad and the bump with tower-shaped cross sections can increase the friction force between the cable and the clamping plate so as to improve the dust removal effect of the device on the cable, and the clamping plate is gourd-shaped and can coat the surface of the cable according to the size of the cable so as to facilitate the effective dust removal treatment of the cable;
5. through the slipmat and the sucking disc that set up, can be convenient for fix the device, prevent that the hawser from leading to the device to take place the displacement to cause the interference to the processing of hawser because the vibration when processing.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an auxiliary device for cleaning a cable comprises a fixed seat 1, wherein two sides of the outer wall of the top of the fixed seat 1 are both connected with hinges 3 through bolts, the outer walls of the tops of the two hinges 3 are connected with a connecting block 20 through bolts, a first spring 2 is connected between the outer wall of the bottom of the connecting block 20 and the outer wall of the top of the fixed seat 1 through bolts, two sides of the outer wall of the top of the connecting block 20 are both connected with fixed shafts through bolts, the outer walls of the tops of the two fixed shafts are both connected with a supporting seat 19 through bolts, two sides of the outer wall of the top of the supporting seat 19 are both connected with supporting plates 13 through bolts, the outer wall of one side opposite to the two supporting plates 13 is both connected with a second telescopic rod 14 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of the second telescopic rod 14 is connected with, the both sides outer wall of connecting block 20 all has third spring 21 through bolted connection, and one side outer wall of two third springs 21 all has fixed block 22 through bolted connection, and one side outer wall of two fixed blocks 22 all has connecting plate 6 through bolted connection, and two connecting plate 6 relative one side outer walls all have fixed axle 9 through bolted connection, and one side outer wall of two fixed axles 9 all has striking piece 10 through bolted connection.
Wherein, threaded holes are all opened to one side outer wall of two backup pads 13, and the equal threaded connection of the inner wall of two threaded holes has threaded rod 12, and one side outer wall of two threaded rod 12 all has through bolted connection changes handle 11, can carry out the centre gripping to not unidimensional hawser fixedly.
Wherein, splint 15's outer wall bonds has protection pad 16, and protection pad 16's outer wall is provided with a plurality of lugs 24, and lug 24's shape is the arc, can increase the frictional force between hawser and the protection pad 16 to improve the dust removal effect of device to the hawser.
Wherein, guide way 4 has all been seted up to the both sides of fixing base 1 top outer wall, and the ball groove has all been seted up to the inner wall of two guide ways 4, and the inner wall roll connection in ball groove has ball 25.
Wherein, the outer wall roll connection of ball 25 has slider 5, and passes through bolted connection between slider 5 and the connecting plate 6, can reduce the frictional force between slider 5 and the guide way 4 to be convenient for slider 5's removal.
Wherein, the outer wall of two sliders 5 all opens the through-hole, and the equal sliding connection of inner wall of two through-holes has guide bar 23, passes through bolted connection between the both ends of guide bar 23 and the guide way 4, can guide the moving direction of slider 5.
Wherein, the both sides of 1 top outer wall of fixing base all have fixed plate 7 through bolted connection, and just one side outer wall of two fixed plates 7 all has first telescopic link 8 through bolted connection, passes through bolted connection between one side outer wall of first telescopic link 8 and the connecting plate 6.

The working principle is as follows: when the cable dedusting device is used, a cable needing dedusting treatment is placed between two fixed blocks 17, the threaded rod 12 is moved by rotating the rotating handle 11, so that the distance between the two fixed blocks 17 is adjusted, the clamping plate 15 clamps the cable, when the cable is dedusted, the device is vibrated by acting force generated during pulling, the device can be buffered and damped by the first spring 2, meanwhile, the connecting block 20 is driven to move up and down by vibration, the two connecting plates 6 are driven to reciprocate by the third spring 21, the impact block 10 impacts the supporting plate 13, the supporting plate 13 is impacted by the impact block 10, impurity dust with large surface volume is cleaned by impacting, the impurity dust is prevented from interfering with the maintenance of the cable, the reciprocating motion direction of the connecting plates 6 can be guided by the guide rod 23 and the first telescopic rod 8, so that the link plate 6 can be moved in the horizontal direction, preventing the link plate 6 from being displaced when moved.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 5, compared with embodiment 1, in the present embodiment, the bottom outer wall of the fixing base 1 is bonded with the plurality of anti-slip mats 26 distributed at equal intervals, and the bottom outer wall of the anti-slip mat 26 is bonded with the suction cups 27, so that the device can be fixed, and the interference caused by the shaking of the device due to the vibration during the processing of the cable rope to the processing of the cable rope is prevented.
The working principle is as follows: when in use, the device is fixed through the sucking disc 27 and the non-slip mat 26, the cable rope is prevented from being interfered to the dust removal of the cable rope due to the displacement of the device caused by vibration when in dust removal, the cable rope needing dust removal treatment is placed between the two fixed blocks 17, the threaded rod 12 is moved through rotating the rotating handle 11, so as to adjust the distance between the two fixed blocks 17, and further the clamping plate 15 clamps the cable rope, when in dust removal of the cable rope, the device can vibrate due to the acting force generated during pulling, the device can be buffered and damped through the first spring 2, meanwhile, the connecting block 20 is driven to move up and down due to the vibration, so as to drive the two connecting plates 6 to reciprocate through the third spring 21, so that the impact block 10 impacts the supporting plate 13, the supporting plate 13 is impacted through the impact block 10, and further impurity dust with large surface volume of the cable rope is cleaned through impact, prevent that impurity and dust from causing the maintenance of hawser and disturbing, can guide the reciprocating motion direction of connecting plate 6 through guide bar 23 and first telescopic link 8 to make connecting plate 6 can remove in the horizontal direction, prevent that connecting plate 6 from taking place the skew when removing.
