The invention comprises a urethra dilatation drainage tube 1, a supporting tube 2 and a guide wire 3; the urethra dilatation drainage tube 1 consists of a head part 4, a body part 5 and a tail part 6, wherein the outer wall of the front end of the head part 4 in a cone shape is provided with a side hole 7, the tube wall is provided with a spherical air bag 8 membrane which is in a membrane shape when not expanded, the two ends of the air bag 8 are fixed on the tube wall, and an air bag channel 9 and a urine drainage channel 10 are arranged in the air bag 8; the body part 5 is a double-pass tube, a channel 11, a channel 12 and a channel 13 are arranged in the body part, the channel 11 is communicated with the channel 9, the channel 12 is communicated with the channel 10, a cylindrical air bag 14 is arranged on the tube wall, two ends of the air bag 14 are fixed on the tube wall, and the channel 13 is communicated with the air bag 14; a channel 15, a channel 16 and a channel 17 are arranged in the tail part 6, wherein the channel 17 is communicated with the channel 12, the channel 17 is communicated with a urine bag connector 18 arranged at the tail end of the tail part 6, the channel 16 is communicated with the body part channel 11, the channel 16 is communicated with a water injection connector 21 arranged at the tail end of the tail part 6, the channel 15 is communicated with the channel 13, and the channel 15 is communicated with a water injection connector 19 arranged at the tail end of the tail part 6; the support tube 2 is a single-channel tube and is arranged in the drainage tube 1, the tail part of the support tube 2 is connected with a screw cap 20, and the screw cap 20 is screwed on a connector 18 at the tail part of the channel 17;
the internal thread of the screw cap 20 connected with the tail part of the supporting tube 2 is matched and connected with the external thread of the connector 18 at the tail end 6 of the urethra dilating tube 1, and the screw cap 20 is screwed on the connector 18;
the diameter of the drainage tube 1 is 8-12Fr, and the length is 40 cm;
the front end air bag 8 is expanded to have the diameter of 2-4 cm;
the cylindrical air sac 14 expands to the circumference of 20-28 Fr;
the cylindrical balloon 14 has expanded circumferential diameters of 20Fr, 22Fr, 24Fr, 26Fr and 28 Fr;
the outer diameter of the support tube 2 is 6-10Fr, the inner diameter is 5-9Fr, and the length is 40 cm;
the body part of the guide wire 3 is rigid, the head end is made of soft materials, the length is 100cm, and the diameter is 0.5-1 mm;

3. the head end of the device is provided with the method saccule which can prevent the drainage tube from falling off;
4. the device is provided with the expansion saccule, can perform urethral expansion while draining urine, and is simple to operate;
5. the urethral dilator can perform urethral dilation step by step, gradually increases pressure to the maximum dilation diameter, has little pain, and can not cause the secondary stenosis caused by urethral mucosa tearing and scar repair.

7. The urethral stricture dilation drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the guide wire (3) has a rigid body and a soft tip with a length of 100cm and a diameter of 0.5-1 mm.
8. The urethral stricture dilation drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the tapered outer wall of the front end of the head (4) of the drainage tube (1) is provided with 2 side holes (7).
9. The urethral stricture dilation drainage device as set forth in claim 1, wherein the balloon (8) is fixed at both ends thereof to the wall of the vessel by metal rings, and the balloon (14) is fixed at both ends thereof to the wall of the vessel by metal rings.
10. The urethral stricture dilation drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the head end of the support tube (2) is a metal tube.
