And step nine, crushing 3g of coptis chinensis, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 30-45min, standing the extracting solution for 5-10h with 75-95% ethanol in an amount which is 10-15 times that of the extracting solution, filtering to obtain filtrate, concentrating the filtrate into a semi-fluid, and standing and cooling to obtain a ninth stock solution for later use.
Step ten, taking 3g of gardenia, placing the gardenia on a manual operation table, removing impurities, fruit stalks, branches and other non-medicinal parts, placing the gardenia in a microwave generator, taking out the gardenia and grinding the gardenia; adding 7-10 times of pure water, decocting for 2-3 times, each time for 2-3 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain semi-fluid, standing, and cooling to obtain tenth stock solution.
Step eleven, performing CO2 supercritical extraction on 3g of radix curcumae to obtain radix curcumae extract and radix curcumae extract residues, coating the extract with β -cyclodextrin to obtain an inclusion compound, performing alcohol extraction, filtering to obtain alcohol extraction residues and filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to obtain alcohol extraction extract, mixing and concentrating the alcohol extraction extract and the inclusion compound to obtain a semi-fluid, standing and cooling to obtain an eleventh stock solution for later use.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a drug-separating moxibustion medicine for tonifying internal organs and a preparation method thereof, and the invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a medicine-separating moxibustion medicine for tonifying viscera, which consists of 6g of astragalus, 6g of codonopsis pilosula, 6g of poria, 6g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 6g of angelica, 6g of ligusticum wallichii, 6g of prepared rehmannia root, 6g of white peony root, 6g of vinegar radix bupleuri, 3g of cinnamon, 3g of curculigo orchioides, 3g of epimedium, 3g of coptis chinensis, 3g of cape jasmine and 3g of radix curcumae.
As shown in FIG. 1, the preparation method of the drug-separated moxibustion medicine for tonifying the internal organs provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s101: collecting 6g of angelica and 6g of ligusticum wallichii, performing steam distillation on the angelica and the ligusticum wallichii to collect volatile oil and distilled residual liquid, taking medicine residues, adding water into the medicine residues, decocting the medicine residues, filtering the medicine residues, collecting filtrate, mixing the filtrate with the distilled residual liquid, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain first stock solution for later use.
S102: heating and refluxing 6g of radix scutellariae and 6g of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae by 60-95 vol% ethanol, collecting an extracting solution, decocting the medicine residues in water, filtering, collecting a filtrate, mixing the extracting solution and the filtrate, and concentrating to obtain a second stock solution for later use.
S103: cutting 6g of radix codonopsis, 6g of radix paeoniae alba and 6g of vinegar radix bupleuri into pieces, adding 7-10 times of pure water, decocting for 2-3 times, 2-3 hours each time, filtering, collecting filtrate, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a semi-fluid, standing, and cooling to obtain a third stock solution for later use.
S104: removing impurities from Poria 6g, drying, mixing, decocting with water, and filtering to obtain first decoction and residue; decocting the residue to obtain a second decoction; mixing the two decoctions, concentrating to obtain semi-fluid, standing, and cooling to obtain fourth stock solution.

s203: mixing the fresh ginger juice with the mashed moxibustion medicine with a glass rod to obtain a paste, and externally coating the paste.
The invention is described in detail below in connection with pharmacological assays:
astragalus root: sweet taste and mild nature, has the effects of invigorating qi, consolidating exterior, promoting urination, tonifying heart, lowering blood pressure, resisting bacteria, expelling toxin, expelling pus, promoting granulation, enhancing capillary resistance, arresting sweating and sex hormone, and can be used for treating exterior deficiency, spontaneous perspiration, internal injury due to qi deficiency, spleen deficiency, diarrhea, edema, carbuncle, cellulitis, etc.
Codonopsis pilosula: sweet and neutral. Tonify middle-jiao and Qi, harmonize stomach and promote fluid production, dispel phlegm and relieve cough. Can be used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, loose stool, myasthenia of limbs, palpitation, short breath, dry mouth, spontaneous perspiration, rectocele, and abnormal yin.
Poria cocos: sweet and bland taste, mild nature, diuresis and dampness excreting, spleen strengthening and heart calming, and is used for edema oliguria, phlegm and fluid retention, dizziness and palpitation, spleen deficiency and poor appetite, loose stool and diarrhea, uneasiness, palpitation and insomnia.
White atractylodes rhizome: bitter, sweet and warm. Invigorate spleen, replenish qi, dry dampness, induce diuresis, stop sweating, prevent abortion. Can be used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, dyspepsia, diarrhea, edema, spontaneous perspiration, and threatened abortion.
Chinese angelica: sweet and warm in flavor, and can enrich the blood; promoting blood circulation; regulating menstruation and relieving pain; moistening dryness and smoothing intestine. The main symptoms are blood deficiency; menoxenia; amenorrhea; dysmenorrhea; the accumulation of symptoms; (ii) metrorrhagia and metrostaxis; abdominal pain due to deficiency-cold; flaccidity and paralysis; numbness of the skin; intestinal dryness and difficult defecation; severe dysentery with diarrhea; carbuncle, cellulitis, sore and ulcer; injury from falling.
Ligusticum wallichii: pungent and warm in flavor, and can be used for promoting qi circulation, relieving depression, dispelling wind-dryness and dampness, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. It is indicated for wind-cold headache, dizziness, hypochondriac pain, abdominal pain, cold arthralgia, spasm of tendons, amenorrhea, dystocia, postpartum pain due to blood stasis, carbuncle, cellulitis, sore and ulcer. Can be used for treating menoxenia, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, pricking pain in chest and hypochondrium, traumatic injury, swelling and pain, headache, and rheumatalgia.
Prepared rhizome of rehmannia: sweet, slightly warm, nourishing yin, tonifying blood. It is indicated for deficiency of yin and blood, atrophy and weakness of waist and knees, fatigue, cough, steaming bone, seminal emission, metrorrhagia, menoxenia, diabetes, scanty urine, deafness and blurred vision.
White peony root: pungent, sweet and warm; and (5) small toxicity. Dispel wind-damp, tonify kidney, strengthen spleen, relieve snake and dog poison.
Vinegar processed bupleurum root: bitter and slightly cold. Enter liver and gallbladder meridians, harmonize exterior and interior, sooth liver and raise yang. Can be used for treating common cold, fever, alternating chills and fever, distending pain in chest and hypochondrium, menoxenia, prolapse of son and sense organs, and proctoptosis.
Cinnamon: the medicine has pungent and sweet taste, is large in nature and hot, enters kidney, spleen, heart and liver channels, has the effects of tonifying fire and supporting yang, guiding fire to the origin, dispelling cold and relieving pain, and warming and dredging channels and collaterals, and is used for treating impotence, cold womb, cold pain of waist and knees, asthma due to kidney deficiency, floating of deficiency yang, dizziness, conjunctival congestion, cold pain of heart and abdomen, vomiting and diarrhea due to deficiency cold, cold hernia and abdominal pain, dysmenorrheal and amenorrhea.
Rhizoma curculiginis: warming kidney yang and strengthening body; dispel cold-dampness. Impotence and cold essence; urinary incontinence; abdominal cold pain; soreness of the waist and knees; the muscles and bones are weak; contracture of the lower limbs; climacteric syndrome.
Herba epimedii: the flavor is pungent, sweet and warm, and can move along the liver and kidney meridians. It is the essential herb for tonifying the vital gate, benefiting essence and qi, strengthening tendons and bones, tonifying kidney and strengthening yang.
Coptis chinensis: clear heat and dry dampness, purge fire and remove toxicity. Can be used for treating damp-heat distention, fullness, emesis, acid regurgitation, dysentery, jaundice, hyperpyrexia, coma, excessive heart-fire, vexation, insomnia, hematemesis, hemorrhage, conjunctival congestion, toothache, diabetes, carbuncle, furuncle, etc.; it is used externally to treat eczema, eczema and purulent ear canal. Huang Lian (Chinese goldthread) processed with wine is good at clearing heat in upper energizer. It can be used for treating conjunctival congestion and aphtha. Jiang Huang Lian can clear stomach, harmonize stomach and stop vomiting. Can be used for treating cold and heat accumulation, damp-heat obstruction, fullness and emesis. Yu Huang Lian soothes liver, harmonizes stomach and stops vomiting. Can be used for treating liver and stomach disharmony, emesis and acid regurgitation.
Gardenia: bitter in nature and cold in nature, entering heart, lung and triple energizer meridians, purging fire and relieving restlessness, clearing heat and promoting diuresis, cooling blood and removing toxicity; it has repercussive and analgesic effects, and can be used for treating vexation due to febrile disease, jaundice due to damp-heat, stranguria, hematemesis, epistaxis, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, pyocutaneous disease due to pathogenic fire, and sprain, contusion and pain.
Turmeric root-tuber: pungent, bitter and cold in property, entering liver, heart and lung meridians, promoting blood circulation to arrest pain, activating qi-flowing, resolving stagnation, clearing heart fire, cooling blood, promoting bile flow, and removing jaundice, and can be used for treating stabbing pain in chest and hypochondrium, thoracic obstruction, cardialgia, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, breast pain, fever unconsciousness, epilepsy, hematemesis, epistaxis, jaundice, and dark urine.
Astragalus, radix codonopsis, poria and bighead atractylodes rhizome have the effects of tonifying spleen and qi, prepared rehmannia root and white paeony root have the effects of enriching blood and nourishing yin, cinnamon, rhizoma curculiginis and epimedium have the effects of tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, and a plurality of tonifying medicaments have the effects of regulating and nourishing qi, blood and yin of viscera, relieving the fatigue state of the organism, activating yang-qi and enhancing the vitality; zhi Zi is good at purging triple energizer fire, clearing heart fire and relieving restlessness; the angelica sinensis has the functions of tonifying qi and activating blood, and the ligusticum wallichii has the functions of promoting qi and activating blood, dispelling wind and relieving pain; the radix bupleuri and the radix curcumae are used for relieving depression, so that depression symptoms of CFS patients can be relieved, and the recipe has the effects of reducing diarrhea in tonifying, and avoiding the phenomenon of fire-heat attack due to excessive tonifying.

step five, taking 6g of prepared rehmannia root, frying for 13 minutes by using slow fire, crushing into powder of 200-300 meshes, adding 2-3 times of volume of water for ultrasonic extraction for 1-3 times, concentrating an extracting solution to 1/3-1/2 volume, adsorbing and decoloring by using activated carbon, extracting by using ethyl acetate, extracting an extracted water phase by using chloroform, extracting the extracted water phase by using n-butyl alcohol to obtain an extracting solution, concentrating the extracting solution into a semi-fluid, standing and cooling to obtain a fifth stock solution for later use; step six, taking 3g of cinnamon, adding an aqueous solvent for soaking and extracting, and respectively collecting the cinnamon raw material and the soaking extract after soaking and extracting; adding ethanol into the soaked and extracted cinnamon raw material for reflux extraction, and respectively collecting the cinnamon raw material and the reflux extracting solution after reflux extraction; mixing the soaking extract and the refluxing extract, concentrating to obtain a semi-fluid, standing, and cooling to obtain a sixth stock solution for later use;
step seven, crushing and sieving 3g of rhizoma curculiginis, mixing 1 part by weight of rhizoma curculiginis powder obtained by crushing with 0.5 part by weight of diatomite, adding the mixture into an extraction tank for static extraction, extracting by adopting a rapid solvent extraction method to obtain an extract, concentrating to a semi-fluid, standing and cooling to obtain a seventh stock solution for later use;
step eight, extracting 3g of epimedium herb with water, precipitating with ethanol, concentrating the obtained supernatant under reduced pressure, concentrating to obtain a semi-fluid, standing and cooling to obtain an eighth stock solution for later use;
step nine, crushing 3g of coptis chinensis, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 30-45min, standing an extracting solution for 5-10h and filtering to obtain a filtrate, concentrating the filtrate into a semi-fluid, and standing and cooling to obtain a ninth stock solution for later use, wherein the extracting solvent is 75-95% ethanol in an amount which is 10-15 times that of the extracting solution;
step ten, taking 3g of gardenia, placing the gardenia on a manual operation table, removing impurities, fruit stalks, branches and other non-medicinal parts, placing the gardenia in a microwave generator, taking out the gardenia and grinding the gardenia; adding 7-10 times of pure water, decocting for 2-3 times, each time for 2-3 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain semi-fluid, standing, and cooling to obtain tenth stock solution;
step eleven, performing CO2 supercritical extraction on 3g of radix curcumae to obtain radix curcumae extract and radix curcumae extract residues, coating the extract with β -cyclodextrin to obtain an inclusion compound, performing alcohol extraction, filtering to obtain alcohol extraction residues and filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to obtain alcohol extraction extract, mixing and concentrating the alcohol extraction extract and the inclusion compound to obtain a semi-fluid, standing and cooling to obtain an eleventh stock solution for later use;
and step twelve, mixing the first stock solution and the eleventh stock solution, placing the mixture into a stirrer to be stirred for 20-25min, and placing the mixture into a drying device to be dried by using high-temperature flue gas after stirring.

The method for preparing a drug-separated moxibustion medicine for tonifying viscera according to claim 2, wherein in the first step, the steam distillation is carried out for 1-2 times, each time for 2-10 h, and the first decoction is carried out in a mass-to-volume ratio of the first decoction dregs to water of 1: 6-12 in g: m L.
