Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a radiation protection device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame body 101 and a protective cover 102 disposed on the frame body 101, wherein the frame body 101 includes a base 1011 configured as a trapezoid with one side open and a stand 1013 vertically disposed on the base 1011, and in actual use, as shown in fig. 3, rollers 1012 may be further added to the bottom of the base 1011 to achieve the overall mobility of the radiation protection device of the present invention, so as to facilitate deployment. Moreover, the protective cover 102 specifically includes a protective cover body 1021 fixed on the vertical frame 1013 to form a vertical radiation protection working surface (not shown in the figure), and a lead plate (not shown in the figure) is attached to an inner side and/or an outer side of the protective cover body 1021, and in fact, the lead plate may be integrally formed with the protective cover body 1021 in a manner of being attached or combined, and of course, the entire protective cover body 1021 is made of a lead plate capable of blocking radiation rays, and the technical solution of the present invention may also be implemented. In addition, as shown in the figure, in this embodiment, at least a portion of the shield body 1021 is also configured as a light-transmitting portion 1022 capable of blocking radiation rays. In most embodiments, the light-transmitting portion 1022 may be lead glass with a thickness of 10mm to 50mm, and the arrangement of the light-transmitting portion 1022 greatly facilitates medical staff to observe the body position or adverse reaction of a patient in real time during diagnosis and treatment in a radiology department diagnosis and treatment room, so as to guide the patient to perform correct examination or treatment, compared with a traditional radiation protection system.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, in practical use, the radiation protection device 10 is disposed between the medical staff 20 and the radiation source 30, in this illustration, the radiation source 30 is an X-ray mammography apparatus, and for the convenience of observation, in some preferred embodiments, the tip of the protective cover body 1021 is configured as an inclined surface inclined toward the radiation source 30 side, and the light-transmitting portion 1022 is disposed on the inclined surface.
In the present invention, the light-transmitting portion 1022 allows the medical staff 20 to observe the posture and reaction of the patient during the diagnosis and treatment process, and the medical staff 20 may need manual intervention at any time during the actual diagnosis and treatment process, so as shown in fig. 3, preferably, an openable operation window 1023 is disposed on the protective cover body 1021 near the middle. The operating window 1023 can be actually connected by a hinge (not labeled), and when the operation is needed, the operating window 1023 is opened for manual intervention, but when the manual intervention is not needed, the operating window 1023 should preferably have radiation protection property, so that in some embodiments, the operating window 1023 comprises a grille window body (not labeled) and a lead glass component embedded on the grille window body. In this way, in most cases, the whole protection cover body 1021 has a good radiation protection effect.
In addition, the radiation protection device can be suitable for radiology diagnosis and treatment equipment with different specifications and different radiation doses in radiology departments, and meanwhile, the heights of medical staff are different. Therefore, as shown in fig. 3, preferably, the protective cover 102 is connected to the vertical frame 1013 through two oppositely disposed support rods 103, each support rod 103 comprises a sleeve 1031 connected to the vertical frame 1013 and a sliding rod 1032 penetrating the sleeve 1031, and a free end (not labeled) of the sliding rod 1032 is connected to the protective cover 102; a cross beam 104 is arranged between the two sleeves 1031, and a lifting mechanism 105 for adjusting the vertical height of the protective cover 102 is arranged between the cross beam 104 and the protective cover 102. In this way, when facing different sizes of equipment, or different heights of medical staff, the height of the protective cover 102 can be adjusted by the lifting mechanism 105. In one implementation, the lifting mechanism 105 may include a rotating beam 1053 transversely connected to the shield body 1021, and a lead screw 1051 disposed between the rotating beam 1053 and the cross beam 104, and a lead screw nut 1052 is disposed on the lead screw 1051 near one side of the cross beam 104. In this implementation, the medical staff can lift the rotating beam 1053 through the lead screw 1051 and then adjust the height of the protection cover 102 by rotating the lead screw nut 1052, and the principle of lowering the protection cover 102 is the same.
In other modifications, as shown in fig. 3, preferably, the opposite sides of the protective cover 102 are provided with concave mounting portions 1024, two ends of the rotating beam 1053 are respectively located in the mounting portions 1053, the protective cover body 1021 is configured to rotate around the rotating beam 1053 within a predetermined angle range, and the free ends of the sliding rods 1032 are respectively connected to the rotating beam 1053. In such a structure, the whole protection cover 102 can be lifted vertically, and can be adjusted in angle within a certain range, so that the usability is further improved. For example, the two ends of the rotating beam may be further provided with angle adjusting mechanisms 106 for adjusting the rotation of the protective cover body 1021 within the preset angle range, so that the angle of the protective cover 102 as a whole with respect to the horizontal plane may be adjusted. More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the angle adjustment mechanism 106 specifically includes an installation frame 1061 disposed on the rotating beam 1053, and a fixing screw 1062 disposed on the installation frame 1061 and capable of fixing a rotation angle of the protective cover body 1021; an arc-shaped groove (not labeled in the figures) is formed in the mounting frame 1061, and the fixing screw 1062 is located in the arc-shaped groove. In this way, when the angle of the protective cover 102 needs to be adjusted, the fixing screw 1062 in the arc-shaped groove can be loosened, and then the protective cover 102 is operated to a predetermined position, and then the fixing screw 1062 is fixed, so that the protective cover 102 can stay at a certain specific angle.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the radiation protection device of the present invention can achieve the adjustment of the protection cover 102 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and can also achieve a larger protection orientation in a plurality of combinations, and because the bottom frame has a trapezoidal shape, an arc-shaped barrier surrounding the radiation source 30 can be achieved in a plurality of combinations, and thus, the radiation protection device has a wider application prospect in practical applications. Moreover, since the bottom frame 1011 is a trapezoid with one side open, when a plurality of frames are stacked, the volume is smaller, and the storage is more convenient.
While there has been described what are believed to be the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the principles of the invention, and it is intended to cover all such changes and modifications as fall within the true scope of the invention.
