The present invention relates to a cylindrical storage tool that can be placed in a state in which an object to be stored is stored.
Background
Among storage tools such as a pen box for storing writing instruments as stored objects, there are known the following storage tools: the pen rack is sized to accommodate and carry a writing instrument, and functions as a pen rack for standing up the writing instrument as an accommodated object when the instrument is placed on a desk or the like in a standing manner.
In general, in such a storage device, in an upright state in which the storage device is placed upright on a desk or the like, an area of a side portion of the storage device orthogonal to a contact surface with a bottom portion is much larger than an area of the bottom portion, which is a surface of the storage device in contact with the desk or the like. Therefore, when the writing instrument is taken out from the storage tool in the standing state, the storage tool is easily tilted due to vibration, impact, or the like of taking out the writing instrument.
As such a storage tool, for example, patent document 1 describes a barrel cap type pen container configured by two cylindrical members to constitute a main body portion and a lid portion, wherein an end portion facing a surface constituting a bottom portion of the main body portion and a vicinity thereof are fitted into an opening portion located at one end portion of the lid portion to close an internal space.
Patent document 2 describes the following pen box: the internal space is closed by sewing thread fasteners to an end portion of the lid portion and an end portion of the body portion facing a surface constituting the bottom portion of the body portion, and joining the thread fasteners on the body portion side and the thread fasteners on the lid portion side. Patent document 2 describes the following structure: when the pen box is placed upright on a desk or the like, the pen box can be deformed into a state in which the area of the bottom portion is larger than that in a transport state.
Patent document 3 discloses a pen case including two cylindrical objects, i.e., a storage section and a cover section, wherein the storage section is provided with an opening portion and an engaging portion formed of a spiral ridge line in the vicinity thereof, and the cover section is provided with an engaged portion formed of a spiral ridge line capable of engaging one end portion with the engaging portion. The pen cases described in patent documents 1 and 3 are each configured such that the area of the side surface is much larger than the area of the bottom portion, but there is no structure for preventing the pen cases from falling down in a state where the pen cases are placed upright on a desk or the like while holding a writing instrument. In addition, although the bottom structure of the pen box described in patent document 2 may improve the stability of the set state, it is not possible to effectively prevent the pen box from falling down in the set state.
On the other hand, in order to prevent the falling in the standing state, it is conceivable to make the area of the bottom portion close to the area of the side surface, but since the side portion needs to have a height corresponding to the length of the writing instrument as the object to be stored or a distance from the bottom portion as one end portion to the other end portion, the area of the bottom portion needs to be increased in order to make the area of the bottom portion close to the area of the side portion. Therefore, the housed writing instrument is liable to fall in the case placed in the standing state, it is difficult to stand the writing instrument in the case, and the case becomes large in size and inconvenient to carry.
In other words, in consideration of the fact that the pen stand is designed to have a size suitable for storing and carrying writing instruments and to function as a pen stand for standing the stored writing instruments in a standing state on a desk or the like, for example, a structure is required in which the area of the side portion is much larger than that of the bottom portion, and the pen stand is not easily tilted in the standing state.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a cylindrical storage tool which is less likely to fall down in a standing state.
The cylindrical housing tool according to the first aspect includes: a cylindrical housing section having an opening and a bottom and capable of housing an object to be housed; and a lid portion capable of closing the opening portion of the storage portion, wherein a placement portion for placing the storage portion on a placement object is provided at a bottom portion of the storage portion, and the placement portion includes a holding member for holding a state in which the placement portion is placed on the placement object.
In the cylindrical housing tool according to a second aspect, in the cylindrical housing tool according to the first aspect, the holding member is detachably bonded to the object to be placed.
In the cylindrical housing tool according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the cylindrical housing tool according to the first or second aspect, the placement section includes: a connecting part connected with the bottom of the accommodating part; a flexible portion connected to the connection portion and having flexibility; and a base portion connected to the connection portion via the flexible portion so as to be relatively displaceable with respect to the connection portion, and to which a holding member is attached.
With regard to the cylindrical housing tool of the fourth aspect, in the cylindrical housing tool of the third aspect, the placing section has a torque adjusting section for adjusting the torque of the flexible section.

In the cylindrical housing tool according to a sixth aspect, in the cylindrical housing tool according to the fifth aspect, the placement section has a position adjustment section that adjusts a distance between the flexible section holding section and the intermediate plate section.
In the cylindrical housing tool according to a seventh aspect, the holding member has a self-adsorptive property in the cylindrical housing tool according to any one of the first to sixth aspects.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a configuration of an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical storage tool which can be used as a pen box, and the cylindrical storage tool 1 includes: a cylindrical housing section 3 capable of housing a subject 2 such as a writing instrument; and a cover 4 detachably attached to the housing 3.
The housing 3 has a cylindrical housing main body 7 with a bottom, and the cylindrical housing main body 7 with a bottom has: an opening 5 located at one axial end; and a bottom portion 6 located at the other end portion in the axial direction, and a placement portion 8 is provided on the bottom portion 6 side of the housing portion main body 7.
The cylindrical storage tool 1 can be used as a pen holder, for example, by placing the placing section 8 on a placing object such as a desk, for example, to bring the placing section into a standing state as shown in fig. 1, and removing the lid section 4 from the storage section 3 in the placing state.
As shown in fig. 2, the cylindrical storage tool 1 is in a transport state in which the lid 4 is attached to the storage section 3 to close the opening 5, and can be stored in a bag or the like for transport.
The housing main body 7 has a fitting portion 11, and the fitting portion 11 is provided on an outer peripheral surface of one end portion in the axial direction on the opening portion 5 side, and the lid portion 4 is detachably fitted thereto.
The mounting portion 11 includes: a rail-shaped joint portion 12; and a locking portion 13 provided on the back side of the joint portion 12.
As shown in fig. 3, the placement section 8 includes: a connecting portion 14 connected to the bottom portion 6 of the housing portion main body 7; a base portion 15 connected to the connecting portion 14; and a holding member 16 attached to the base 15.
The connection portion 14 has: a middle plate portion 17 connected to the base portion 15 so as to be displaceable relative to the base portion 15; and a mounting portion 18 standing integrally with an outer edge portion of the middle plate portion 17.
The middle plate portion 17 is a disk-shaped member having a fitting hole 21 at the center, and is disposed so as to be separated from the lower end surface of the bottom portion 6 in a state where the placement portion 8 is attached to the housing portion body 7.
The inner diameter of the mounting portion 18 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the bottom portion 6 of the housing portion main body 7, and the mounting portion 18 can be fitted to the outside of the bottom portion 6. That is, the attachment portion 18 is fitted to the bottom portion 6, whereby the connection portion 14 is fixedly attached to the bottom portion 6 of the housing portion body 7.
The base portion 15 has: a substrate portion 22 to which the holding member 16 is fixedly attached; a column portion 23 provided upright from a central portion of the substrate portion 22 on the side opposite to the holding member 16; and a flange-like flexible portion holding portion 24 provided at a distal end portion of the column portion 23 and protruding laterally.
The column portion 23 of the base portion 15 is slidably fitted into the fitting hole 21 of the mounting portion 18, whereby the mounting portion 18 and the base portion 15 are connected to each other so as to be displaceable.
In the state where the base portion 15 and the attachment portion 18 are connected as described above, a flexible portion 25, which is a flexible elastic member such as a coil spring, for example, is attached around the column portion 23 so as to be positioned between the flexible portion holding portion 24 and the intermediate plate portion 17. That is, the placement section 8 is connected to the base section 15 via the flexible section 25 by the connecting section 14 so as to be displaceable relative to the base section 15. More specifically, the flexible portion 25 is biased in a direction of separating the flexible portion holding portion 24 from the middle plate portion 17 in a normal state, and by applying an external force in a lateral direction, which is a direction intersecting the axial direction, to the cylindrical housing tool 1, for example, and flexing the flexible portion 25 in a direction corresponding to the lateral direction, a part of the middle plate portion 17 approaches the flexible portion holding portion 24, and the positional relationship between both changes, and the connecting portion 14 is displaced with respect to the base portion 15. In addition, as the connecting portion 14 is displaced relative to the base portion 15, the housing portion main body 7 fixedly connected to the connecting portion 14 is inclined so as to swing relative to the base portion 15, as shown in fig. 4.
The holding member 16 attached to the base portion 15 serves as a placement surface that is in contact with the placement object in a state where the placement portion 8 is placed on the placement object, and is detachably bonded to the placement object to hold the placement state.
The holding member 16 is preferably formed of a synthetic resin having self-adsorptive property such as a polyurethane elastomer. The holding member 16 may be formed of, for example, a suction cup or a material having a high frictional force with respect to the placement object, or may be formed of a magnet on the premise that the placement object is made of metal, as long as the holding member can hold the placement state of the placement unit 8.
The placing section 8 is provided with a cover 26 connected to the connecting section 14 so as to be rotatable with respect to the connecting section 14. The cover portion 26 is rotatably attached to the connecting portion 14 via a hinge portion 27. The cover 26 can selectively cover the placement surface of the base 15 by rotating about the hinge 27. That is, the cover 26 is rotated about the hinge portion 27 in one direction, that is, in a direction approaching the base portion 15, to cover the holding member 16, which is a mounting surface of the base portion 15, and rotated in the other direction, that is, in a direction away from the base portion 15, to release the cover of the cover 26, so that the holding member 16 is exposed.
The hinge portion 27 has: a 1 st shaft 28 rotatably and pivotally supported by the connecting portion 14 of the placing portion 8; and a 2 nd shaft 29 rotatably supported by cover 26. That is, the cover 26 can rotate in two stages with respect to the placement unit 8 from the 1 st axis 28 and the 2 nd axis 29, respectively.
An unillustrated engaging portion to which the lid portion 4 is engageable is provided at an edge portion of a surface of the cover portion 26 on the side opposite to the surface covering the holding member 16. In the placed state shown in fig. 1, the edge portion of the cover 4 can be joined to the joint portion of the cover 26 by overlapping the cover 4 on the cover 26.
The lid 4 has a lid body 31 in the shape of a headed cylinder, one end of the lid body 31 is open in the axial direction, the top of the other end of the lid body 31 in the axial direction is closed, and a sub-lid 32 is rotatably attached to the upper side of the top of the lid body 31.
The cover main body 31 is provided with a protruding engaged portion, not shown, on an inner peripheral surface of one end portion in the axial direction of the opening, which is engageable with the engaging portion 12 in the fitting portion 11 of the housing main body 7.
Then, the fitting portion 11 of the housing portion main body 7 is inserted into the lid portion 4, the engaged portion of the lid portion 4 is engaged with the engaging portion 12 of the housing portion main body 7, and the engaged portion is engaged with the engaging portion 13, whereby the opening portion 5 of the housing portion 3 is maintained in a closed state by the lid portion 4.
A peripheral wall 34 is provided on the top of the lid main body 31 so as to stand upward from the edge of the top surface 33, and a sub-storage 35 is formed by a space surrounded by the upper surface of the top surface 33 and the peripheral wall 34, and the sub-storage 35 can store relatively small stationery such as a memo or an eraser.
Further, the sub housing section 35 is opened and closed by a sub lid section 32 provided rotatably at the top.
Next, the operation and effect of the above-described embodiment will be described.
As shown in fig. 2, the cylindrical storage tool 1 can be transported with the lid 4 attached to the storage section 3.
When the pen stand is used as a pen stand on a placing object such as a desk from the carrying state, the locking of the locking portion 13 of the housing body 7 and the engaged portion of the cover body 31 is released by rotating the cover 4 relative to the housing 3, and in the locked state, the cover 4 is pulled so as to be separated from each other in the axial direction, so that the engagement of the engaging portion 12 of the housing body 7 and the engaged portion of the cover body 31 is released, and the cover 4 is detached from the housing 3.
The cover 26 of the placing unit 8 is rotated to expose the holding member 16, and the holding member 16 is bonded to the object to be placed.
In this set state, the lid 4 is detached from the storage section 3 to be in an upright state that can be used as a pen stand, and in this upright state, the holding member 16 is bonded to the surface of the object to be set, whereby the set state in which the cylindrical storage tool 1 is set upright is held. Further, by engaging the joint portion of the cover portion 4 and the cover portion 26 and rotating the sub cover portion 32 of the cover portion 4 with respect to the cover main body 31 to open the sub housing portion 35, as shown in fig. 1, the pen holder and the sub housing portion 35 can be used so as to be close to each other.
Therefore, for example, when the object 2 stored in the storage section 3 is taken out or the object 2 is stored in the storage section 3, even if a lateral force acts on the storage section 3 by the contact of the user's finger or the like with the storage section main body 7, the cylindrical storage device 1 in the standing state is less likely to fall due to the holding action of the holding member 16.
