Abstract
The invention provides a foam sealed dry toilet for covering feces and blocking odor by using foam, belonging to the field of sanitary equipment. The dry toilet comprises a squatting position, a container pool, a foam layer, a feces outlet pipeline and a sealing cover. The container pool main body is buried under the ground by 0.5 m-1 m, and the volume is about 1-1.5 m3The foam layer is filled in the inner cavity of the container body. After excrement and urine entered the pond, the foam had mobility, and the automatic recovery is leveled, keeps airtight state, prevents that the excrement is dirty directly to be exposed in the air, inhibits giving off of stink, effectively prevents that the summer mosquito from breeding. The working personnel carry out unified recovery processing to the excrement through going out the excrement pipeline to and the foam supplements. The ground end of the manure outlet pipeline is normally closed by a sealing cover and is only opened during manure recovery and foam replenishment. The dry latrine has simple structure and low cost, and can be applied to the reconstruction of the traditional dry latrine in rural areas in water-deficient areas.

Technical Field
The invention relates to sanitary equipment, in particular to a foam sealed dry toilet which covers excrement and blocks odor by using foam.
Background
The dry latrine is still widely used in vast rural areas of China, and a manure storage tank or a manure vat and the like are buried underground below a squatting pit of the dry latrine and are used for storing manure and urine. Because the dry toilet is not provided with a flushing device, a sewer and a device capable of decomposing and treating excrement and urine, and the excrement and urine in the dry toilet cannot be cleared in time, the toilet has smelly smell, and mosquitoes, flies and maggots can be bred. The problems of water shortage, severe cold and the like exist in the northeast, northwest, southwest and other areas of China, and the cleaning difficulty of the dry latrine is further increased. Therefore, the traditional dry latrine is imperative to be reformed.
In the current prior art, there have been cases of retrofitting a conventional toilet with foam, but the following problems still exist:
(1) in part of the prior art, foam is used for replacing water flushing, a small amount of water is still needed in the foaming process, and the foaming process is difficult to realize in northeast, northwest and southwest areas of China due to drought and severe cold;
(2) in some prior arts, the foaming and replenishment of the foaming device needs to be controlled by a microcomputer, an inductor, etc. The equipment is complex, the number of accessory equipment is large, the special maintenance is needed, the cost is high, and the popularization in rural areas is inconvenient;
(3) the fecal sewage and the foam are difficult to treat because the rural areas can not collect and treat the fecal sewage directly through municipal sewage pipelines like the urban areas.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a foam sealed type dry toilet, namely, the foam is used for covering excrement, blocking off odor and harmful gas, and the excrement recovery and the foam supplement are carried out by a special working vehicle, so that the structure is simple and the use is convenient.

the container pool is composed of a guide pipe and a container pool main body which are arranged from top to bottom, the top of the guide pipe is vertically communicated with a squatting position on the ground, the bottom of the guide pipe is communicated with the container pool main body and cast into a whole, and the center of the container pool main body is positioned on the central line of the guide pipe; the foam layer floats in the inner cavity of the container main body and is formed naturally by foam filled in the inner cavity of the container main body, and the thickness of the foam layer is 30-60 cm;
the excrement discharging pipeline is buried between the packaging pool main body and the ground outside the dry latrine, one end of the excrement discharging pipeline is communicated with the packaging pool main body, the excrement discharging pipeline is perpendicular to the surface of the packaging pool main body communicated with the packaging pool main body, the other end of the excrement discharging pipeline vertically penetrates through the ground outside the dry latrine and extends upwards, the central point of the communication position of the excrement pipeline and the packaging pool main body is recorded as a point a, the vertical height from the point a to the top of the packaging pool main body is H1, the height of the packaging pool main body is H2, and H1 is 1/5H 2-2/5H 2;

3, the dry toilet is low in manufacturing cost, simple in structure, convenient to construct and low in daily maintenance cost;
4, the dry toilet does not need water when in use, and is beneficial to popularization in arid and severe cold areas;
and 5, in the using process of the dry toilet, the recovery of the excrement and the pollution foam and the supplement of the foam are carried out by special working vehicles, so that the dry toilet is convenient to manage uniformly, the excrement can be recycled as resources, and the adverse effect on the environment is avoided.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the foam sealed dry toilet comprises a squatting position 1, a container pool, an excrement outlet pipeline 6, a sealing cover 7 and a foam layer 4.
The container pool is composed of a guide pipe 2 and a container pool main body 3 which are arranged from top to bottom, the top of the guide pipe 2 is vertically communicated with a squatting position 1 on the ground 8, the bottom of the guide pipe 2 is communicated with the container pool main body 3 and cast into a whole, and the center of the container pool main body 3 is positioned on the central line of the guide pipe 2; the foam layer 4 floats in the inner cavity of the container main body 3 and is formed naturally by foam filled in the inner cavity of the container main body 3, and the thickness of the foam layer 4 is 30 cm-60 cm.
In the present embodiment, the cross-section of the duct 2 is circular and has a length of 0.5m to 1 m. The cross section of the container main body 3 is circular, and the longitudinal section is oval, namely the container main body 3 is ellipsoidal. The foam is prepared by mixing water, glycerol and a surfactant and then foaming. In the present example, the layer thickness of the foam layer 4 is 50 cm. That is, in the present embodiment, the container body 3 is buried under the ground at 0.5m to 1m and has a volume of about 1m3. Inside the container body 3, the manure 5 is covered with foam of 50cm thickness. Specifically, the excrement 5 falls into the container body 3 through the guide pipe 2, and then passes through the foam layer 4 to reach the bottom of the container body 3, and the foam layer 4 always floats on the excrement 5. Because the foam has mobility, foam layer 4 can automatic recovery levels, keeps airtight state, prevents that the excrement is dirty directly to be exposed in the air, inhibits giving off of stink, effectively prevents that the summer mosquito from breeding. In addition, the container main body 3 is designed into an ellipsoid shape, and the outside has no edges and corners, so that the container is not easy to damage in the transportation and installation processes.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the position of the manure outlet pipe in the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 3, the feces outlet pipeline 6 is buried between the container main body 3 and the ground 8 outside the dry toilet, one end of the feces outlet pipeline 6 is communicated with the container main body 3, the feces outlet pipeline 6 is perpendicular to the surface of the container main body 3 at the communication position with the feces outlet pipeline, and the other end vertically penetrates through the ground 8 outside the dry toilet and extends upwards. The central point of the communicating part of the excrement pipeline 6 and the container body 3 is recorded as a point a, the vertical height from the point a to the top of the container body 3 is recorded as H1, the height of the container body 3 is recorded as H2, and H1 is 1/5H 2-2/5H 2. That is, in the present invention, the position of the point a is set in the upper half of the container body 3. After using a period of time, the working personnel of the dung suction truck open the sealing cover 7 to send a recovery pipe to the bottom of the container main body 3 through the dung outlet pipeline 6 to recover dung 5 and polluted foam, the recovery pipe supplies the foam through the dung outlet pipeline 6 to form the foam layer 4 after the completion of recovery, the sealing cover 7 is closed, and the dry toilet can be continuously used.
