Regarding the heat dissipation requirement, the components requiring heat dissipation inside the motor controller include: the power supply comprises a main power device, a high-current PCB, other electronic devices (such as a power supply inductance device, a support capacitor, a bleeder resistor and the like) and the like. However, the existing cooling system schemes for the motor controller mostly focus on heat dissipation of the main power device and the support capacitor, that is, heat dissipation is performed in a water cooling manner. However, for some motor controllers with PCB and its accompanying components heat dissipation requirements, there is often no good solution. The heat dissipation scheme of the common PCB and the attached devices is as follows: the heat of the heat dissipation part is transferred to nearby metal shell accessories through heat-conducting media (Gapfiller, heat-conducting pads and the like) so as to achieve the purpose of fixed-point heat dissipation. However, this approach often has insurmountable problems: 1) a heat dissipation base body matched with fixed-point heat dissipation is difficult to design on the metal box body; 2) under the condition of high-voltage devices or PCB heat dissipation, the heat dissipation structure is difficult to realize reliable insulation; 3) devices needing heat dissipation are not distributed in a centralized mode, and the disordered heat source distribution causes difficulty for a structure dissipating heat at a given point.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an integrated water-cooling/air-cooling heat dissipation system for a motor controller, which mainly includes a controller box 1, and a power board 5, a shielding board 4 and a main control board 3 are sequentially installed in the controller box 1 from bottom to top in a stacking manner at intervals, and a top opening is closed by a top board (not shown in fig. 1), wherein:
a main power device 6 and a water-cooling radiator 1-2 are arranged between the bottom side of the power board 5 and the bottom of the controller box 1, the main power device 6 arranged on the radiating surface of the water-cooling radiator 1-2 can be radiated, and for some schemes, a supporting capacitor can also be radiated;

meanwhile, in order to better dissipate heat of the circulating airflow, box body heat dissipation fins 1-1 can be additionally arranged on the inner wall of the controller box body 1 corresponding to each airflow exchange port; when the air current flows through the case body heat dissipation fins 1-1, the heat of the air current is efficiently transferred to the controller case body 1, and the heat is transferred to the environment through the outer surface of the controller case body 1, and of course, the material of the controller case body 1 is preferably made of a metal material so as to facilitate heat dissipation.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of a heat dissipation airflow circulation path of the present invention, when the fan 2 operates, the fan blows air downwards to the upper surface of the power board 5, and forms a advective airflow from the center to the periphery on the upper surface of the power board 5, so as to take away heat of the electronic components on the power board 5, and then flows upwards through an airflow exchange port between the power board 5 and the inner wall of the controller box 1, at the airflow exchange port, the box heat dissipation fins 1-1 transfer heat in the airflow to the controller box 1, and then the heat is transferred to the outside air by the outer wall of the controller box 1 to be dissipated, and the airflow passing through the airflow exchange port crosses the main control board 3, and is changed into advective flow, so as to collect heat on the main control board 3, and then the airflow is collected by an opening at the center of the main control board 3 and supplied to the fan 2, and is blown to the power board 5 again by, the above steps are repeated to form a heat dissipation airflow circulation.
