Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the present invention discloses an electronic device and an independent camera module, the electronic device includes a main body 100, a first camera module 200 and a second camera module 300, and the independent camera module can be the second camera module 300 in the electronic device.
The first camera module 200 is mounted on the body 100, and during the operation of the electronic device, the first camera module 200 can move relative to the body 100, so that the whole electronic device is in different operating states. The first camera module 200 has an extended state and a retracted state, and the first camera module 200 can be freely switched between the extended state and the retracted state. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, when the first camera module 200 is in the extended state, at least a part of the first camera module 200 extends from the inside of the main body 100 to the outside of the main body 100 through the opening 110, so that the first camera module 200 can shoot an object outside the main body 100; as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the case where the first camera module 200 is in the retracted state, the first camera module 200 is retracted from the opening 110 into the body 100, so that the body 100 can provide a certain protection for the first camera module 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the second camera module 300 is detachably mounted on the extending end of the first camera module 200, and the second camera module 300 can move along with the movement of the first camera module 200. In detail, as shown in fig. 4 to 11, in the case where the main body 100 has a storage space satisfying the requirement, the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 may be installed into the main body 100 together. Moreover, in the process that the first camera module 200 extends out of the body 100 from the inside of the body 100, the second camera module 300 can also extend out of the body 100 along with the first camera module 200, and in the process that the first camera module 200 retracts into the body 100 from the outside of the body 100, the second camera module 300 can also retract into the body 100 along with the first camera module 200, which naturally requires that the first camera module 200 properly increases the moving distance in the self-retracting process, so as to ensure that the second camera module 300 installed at the extending end of the first camera module 200 can retract into the body 100 or extend out of the body 100 along with the first camera module 200.
In this case, the second camera module 300 has a first state and a second state, and as shown in fig. 6, when the second camera module 300 is in the first state, the second camera module 300 is attached to the first camera module 200, which can make the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 have a condition of operating simultaneously, or even if the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 are attached together, either of them can operate alone as an imaging means of an electronic apparatus; as shown in fig. 8, when the second camera module 300 is in the second state, the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200 are separately disposed, so that in some cases, the second camera module 300 can be taken down from the first camera module 200 to be used as a separate shooting device, compared with the electronic device as a whole, the second camera module 300 can enter a narrow gap or the inside of an object to perform shooting operation, the second camera module 300 is not easily limited by a working scene, and thus the application range of the shooting operation performed by the electronic device can be expanded.
Meanwhile, as the electronic equipment is provided with the first camera module 200, and at least part of the first camera module 200 can extend out of the body 100 to perform shooting operation, even if the second camera module 300 is taken down from the first camera module 200, the loss of the shooting function of the electronic equipment can not be caused, and the integrity of the function of the whole electronic equipment is ensured. Of course, in some cases, no matter how the first camera module 200 moves, all or at least part of the second camera module 200 may be located outside the body 100.
Specifically, the body 100 may include a housing, an electronic device, and the like, the housing may be formed of a hard material such as plastic or metal, the opening 110 may be disposed on the housing, and the size and shape of the opening 110 may be adapted to the size and shape of the first camera module 200. The parameters such as the focal length and the aperture of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 can be completely corresponding to each other, and also various parameters of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 can be flexibly determined according to different actual requirements.
In addition, the orientation of the first camera module 200 can be determined according to actual needs, and in order to increase the screen ratio of the whole electronic device to a certain extent, as shown in fig. 10, the first camera module 200 can be oriented to the side of the electronic device where the display module 700 is located, and can be used as a front camera of the electronic device. Of course, under certain specific requirements, the first camera module 200 may also be disposed away from the display module 700 to serve as a rear camera of the electronic device. Because the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200 are detachably connected to form a mechanical connection relationship, the orientation of the second camera module 300 can be flexibly changed according to actual requirements, and theoretically, the second camera module 300 can face any angle of the electronic device. The second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200 are connected in a plurality of ways, specifically, the second camera module 300 can be fixed on the first camera module 200 reliably in detachable connection ways such as clamping, plugging or threaded connection, or in magnetic connection.
Specifically, an energy supply member such as a battery may be disposed in the second camera module 300, so as to ensure that the second camera module 300 can perform a shooting operation as a separate device. A storage medium and the like can be provided in the second camera module 300 to electronically store the pictures or videos taken by the second camera module 300; or, the second camera module 300 and the electronic device may be connected in a real-time communication manner, so that the second camera module 300 may directly transmit the shot image to the electronic device, and it is ensured that the user may directly obtain the real-time image of the second camera module 300.
Further, in the case that the second camera module 300 is installed on the first camera module 200, the body 100 can be made to control the second camera module 300 to work; under the condition that the second camera module 300 is separated from the first camera module, the second camera module 300 can be in communication connection with the body 100, and the body 100 is continuously used for controlling the second camera module 300 to work, so that the design difficulty of the electronic equipment is reduced; or, the second camera module 300 can also work independently of the main body 100, so as to improve the flexibility and the application range of the second camera module 300.
Optionally, a first wireless communication module may be disposed in the main body 100, and a second wireless communication module may be disposed in the second camera module 300, so that the second camera module 300 can be controlled by the main body 100 to operate by the communication connection between the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module no matter whether the second camera module 300 is mounted on the first camera module 200 or not.
And, in case that the second camera module 300 is operated as a photographing apparatus alone, a photographed picture thereof may be acquired in a storage or communication transmission manner. Optionally, the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module may be in communication connection, so that the picture taken by the second camera module 300 is directly transmitted to the main body 100, specifically, the picture taken by the display module 700 of the electronic device, which may further facilitate the user to select a shooting angle or a shooting distance according to the real-time picture, and select a video recording or shooting function, etc.; meanwhile, the pictures or videos shot by the second camera module 300 can be directly stored in the memory of the electronic equipment, so that the user does not need to connect the second camera module 300 to equipment such as a computer when exporting or checking files such as pictures, and the usability of the product is improved.
Specifically, the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module may be connected by using a communication tool such as bluetooth, or may form a communication connection relationship in the same local area network, which is not limited herein. Further, as described above, a battery or other power supply member may be disposed in the second camera module 300 to ensure that the second camera module 300 has the capability of operating independently, and therefore, in order to ensure that the second wireless communication module can also operate, the second wireless communication module may be connected to the power supply member in the second camera module 300 so that the power supply member can supply power to the second wireless communication module. Accordingly, the first wireless communication module can be connected to a power supply component such as a battery in the main body 100, so as to ensure smooth communication connection between the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the first camera module 200 may have a position-compensated state, and when the first camera module 200 is in the position-compensated state, the end surface of the first camera module 200 close to the second camera module 300 is flush with the outer surface of the body 100. That is to say, the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200 can all be held to the body 100 under the circumstances, even if take off the second camera module 300 on the first camera module 200, also can control the first camera module 200 and be in the position state of benefit, guarantee that whole electronic equipment's exterior structure has higher integrity, improve the aesthetic property, and can avoid appearing external dust or impurity to accumulate in the opening 110 department of body 100 to a certain extent, or get into the problem in the body 100 from opening 110, guarantee that the inside clean degree of electronic equipment is higher, promote electronic equipment's life.
Specifically, the shape and size of the end of the first camera module 200 close to the second camera module 300 can be matched with the second camera module 300 (or the opening 110), so that when the second camera module 300 is taken down, the purpose of blocking the opening 110 can be achieved by the first camera module 200, and when the second camera module 300 is taken down, the dual integrity of the function and the structure of the whole electronic device can be ensured.
As described above, both the first and second camera modules 200 and 300 can individually operate as the camera part of the electronic apparatus. As shown in fig. 6, in the process that the second camera module 300 works as a camera component of the electronic device, the first camera module 200 may be completely located in the main body 100, or as shown in the above embodiment and fig. 8, an end of the first camera module 200 close to the second camera module 300 may be flush with an outer surface of the main body 100, or at least a part of the first camera module 200 may extend out of the main body 100.
Optionally, the first camera module 200 further has a limit state, and in the process that the second camera module 300 works as a camera component of the whole electronic device, by making the first camera module 200 in the limit state, the end of the second camera module 300 close to the first camera module 200 can still be located in the body 100, and further in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first camera module 200, it is ensured that the second camera module 300 and the body 100 form a limit matching relationship, and the connection reliability between the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200 is increased, so that when the electronic device is inclined or collides with another object, the second camera module 300 is prevented from falling from the first camera module 200 and being damaged as much as possible.
Alternatively, the mode of changing the overall structure of the second camera module 300 can ensure that the second camera module 300 can shoot the picture outside the main body 100 even if a part of the second camera module 300 is located inside the main body 100. Specifically, a preset distance is provided between the transparent cover plate of the second camera module 300 and the end surface of the second camera module 300 close to the first camera module 200, so that even if a part of the second camera module 300 is located in the body 100, the framing operation of the second camera module 300 is not hindered or affected.
As described above, there are various connection manners between the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200, and optionally, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second camera module 300 may be fixed on the first camera module 200 by magnetic attraction. Adopt the mode that magnetic force adsorbs the connection, need not to change the two outward appearance structure of first module 200 and the second module 300 of making a video recording basically, can guarantee to have higher connection reliability between first module 200 and the second module 300 of making a video recording.
Specifically, one of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 may be provided with a magnet, and the other may include a magnetic member such as iron, so that the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 can form a reliable connection relationship by means of magnetic force; simultaneously, under the effect of other external forces, also can take off the second module 300 of making a video recording from first module 200 of making a video recording, guarantee that second module 300 of making a video recording can realize the purpose with the first module 200 separation of making a video recording, convenient to use is swift.
In order to further improve the connection reliability between the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200, and prevent the second camera module 300 from falling off from the first camera module 200 when the second camera module 300 is installed in the first camera module 200 due to a small external force, optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first camera module 200 may be provided with a first magnet 210, the second camera module 300 may be provided with a second magnet 310, and the first magnet 210 and the second magnet 310 attract each other when the second camera module 300 is in the first state, which may further increase the connection reliability between the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200.
Specifically, the first magnet 210 and the second magnet 310 may be both natural magnets or electromagnets, or one of them is a permanent magnet and the other is an electromagnet. Alternatively, both the first magnet 210 and the second magnet 310 may be strong magnetic magnets, thereby further increasing the coupling force between the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200. In addition, the shape and size of both the first and second magnets 210 and 310 can be made similar, which can also further improve the reliability of the connection between the first and second camera modules 200 and 300.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the first magnets 210 and the second magnets 310 may be multiple, and the multiple first magnets 210 and the multiple second magnets 310 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, in this case, the connection reliability between the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200 may be further improved. The plurality of first magnets 210 may be sequentially distributed on the first camera module 200 in a straight line shape, or the plurality of first magnets 210 may also be arranged in a polygonal shape, which is not limited herein.
In a specific embodiment, two first magnets 210 and two second magnets 310 are provided, the two first magnets 210 are spaced apart from each other on the first camera module 200, and correspondingly, the two second magnets 310 are also spaced apart from each other on the second camera module 300, and the first magnets 210 and the second magnets 310 have the same structure and the same or similar size.
Alternatively, the second camera module 300 may be powered by a component with charging and discharging capabilities. In detail, a charging portion may be provided in the second camera module 300, a power supply portion may be provided in the first camera module 200, and the charging portion may be electrically connected to the power supply portion when the second camera module 300 is installed in the first camera module 200, and in this case, the second camera module 300 may be charged by using an energy storage component such as a battery in the electronic device body, thereby ensuring that the second camera module 300 can continue to operate alone as a camera.
Specifically, the charging unit disposed on the second camera module 300 may be a charger only, or the charging unit may also have the capability of storing electric energy, and the power supply unit may also have the same. The charging method between the power supply unit and the charging unit may be a wired charging method or a wireless charging method.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the power supply portion may include a plurality of power supply contacts 220, the charging portion may include a plurality of charging contacts 320, and when the second camera module 300 is in the first state, the plurality of power supply contacts 220 are in one-to-one contact with the plurality of charging contacts 320, which enables the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 to be electrically connected by a direct connection manner, and such a wired charging manner may reduce the total amount of heat generated by the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 during the charging process to a certain extent, and the charging speed is relatively high; meanwhile, the arrangement of the plurality of charging contacts 320 can basically ensure that the electrical connection relationship between the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 has higher reliability.
Likewise, the power supply unit may include only a plurality of power supply contacts 220, which may provide a charging function to the second camera module 300 by being connected to a battery or the like of the electronic apparatus itself; alternatively, in the case where the power supply portion includes a plurality of power supply contacts 220, the power supply portion itself may also include a battery. Accordingly, the same is true of the charging section.
In addition, when the second camera module 300 is mounted on the first camera module 200, the second camera module 300 and the first camera module 200 may be reliably connected to each other by providing communication contacts.
Alternatively, the second camera module 300 may be charged in a wireless charging manner. Specifically, a wireless power supply portion may be provided on the first camera module 200, and correspondingly, a wireless charging portion may be provided on the second camera module 300, and the wireless charging portion may be electrically connected to the wireless power supply portion when the second camera module 300 is mounted on the first camera module 200, so that the second camera module 300 may supplement power in a manner of being mounted on the first camera module 200 even when the power of the second camera module 300 is low. The wireless charging mode can further improve the usability of the whole electronic equipment, and the whole electronic equipment does not have an electric element exposed and arranged, so that the safety performance of the second camera module 300 in the charging process can be improved to a certain extent.
Considering that the first camera module 200 can extend out of the main body 100 or retract into the main body 100 from the opening 110 during the operation of the electronic device, in order to improve the sealing performance of the whole electronic device, optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the electronic device disclosed in the present invention may further include a blocking portion 400, and the blocking portion 400 may be disposed in the main body 100, and the blocking portion 400 is located at the opening 110 of the main body 100 to block the opening 110 from the inside of the main body 100. In the using process of the electronic device, at least one of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 can be matched with the blocking portion 400, so that the opening 110 is blocked, and the electronic device is ensured to have high sealing performance.
Specifically, the specific structure and size of the blocking portion 400 can be determined according to the actual structure and size of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 corresponding to the opening 110, and by precisely designing the sizes of the blocking portion 400, the opening 110 and the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300, the blocked effect of the opening 110 can be relatively high even when the first camera module 200 moves relative to the body 100. In addition, as described above, the external structures of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 can be the same, so that even when the second camera module 300 is removed, the first camera module 200 can still fill the opening 110 by moving to the opening 110, thereby ensuring the integrity of the external structure of the whole electronic device. In the case where the external structures of both the first and second camera modules 200 and 300 are the same, the design process of the entire structure and size of the blocking portion 400 is relatively easier.
Optionally, the blocking portion 400 may be installed in the body 100 by bonding, clipping, or connecting by a connector, and optionally, the blocking portion 400 may be fixedly installed on the body 100 by a screw 640, and the blocking portion 400 is attached to the inner wall of the body 100, so as to ensure that there is substantially no gap between the blocking portion 400 and the opening 110. In addition, the blocking fit relation between the blocking part 400 and the second camera module 300 can be relatively high by limiting the structural form, the size relation and the like.
Optionally, the shutoff portion 400 can be flexible construction spare to in-process mutually supporting with the second module 300 or the first module 200 of making a video recording, the shutoff portion 400 can be through producing certain deformation, guarantee with the second module 300 or the first module 200 of making a video recording between the shutoff cooperation relation more stable and inseparable, in order to further promote whole electronic equipment's sealed effect. For example, the blocking portion 400 may be formed by integrally injection molding a material such as flexible silicone, and both ends of the blocking portion 400 may be respectively provided with a mounting hole, so that in the process of mounting the blocking portion 400, a connecting member such as a screw 640 may pass through the mounting hole, so as to fixedly mount the blocking portion 400 on the body 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the blocking portion 400 may be a closed ring structure, and the first camera module 200 may be mounted inside the blocking portion 400, and when the blocking portion 400 adopts such a structure, the blocking portion 400 is disposed around the first camera module 200, which may make the blocking effect between the opening 110 and each location around the first camera module 200 relatively high, which may further improve the overall sealing effect at the opening 110 of the electronic device.
In order to close the opening 110, the dimensional relationship between the first image pickup module 200 and the closing portion 400 may be made not to differ greatly, or in the case where the closing portion 400 is a flexible structural member, the size of the inner wall of the closing portion 400 may be made slightly smaller than the size of the outer wall of the first image pickup module 200. Further, in the moving direction of the first camera module 200, a part of the first camera module 200 can be always located in the blocking portion 400, so that in the process of retracting the first camera module 200 into the main body 100, the situation that the first camera module 200 cannot retract due to the interference between the first camera module 200 and the blocking portion 400 caused by the small difference in the size relationship between the first camera module 200 and the blocking portion 400 is avoided.
Further, the process of moving the first camera module 200 relative to the body 100 to switch between the extended state and the retracted state may be performed in a manual driving manner, in order to improve the automation degree of the whole electronic device, the electronic device disclosed in the present invention may further include a driving mechanism, and the first camera module 200 is connected to the driving mechanism, so that under the action of the driving mechanism, the first camera module 200 is driven to automatically switch between the extended state and the retracted state, which may also improve user experience, and may improve the service life of the product to a certain extent.
Specifically, the driving mechanism can be connected with an energy supply component such as a storage battery of the electronic device, so that the driving mechanism can provide driving force under set conditions. The driving mechanism may include a linear motor, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or the like, and optionally, the driving mechanism may include a motor, the driving mechanism is installed in the body 100, and the driving end of the driving mechanism may be connected to the first camera module 200, so that the first camera module 200 is driven by the driving mechanism to extend out of the body 100 or retract into the body 100. Specifically, the driving mechanism may generate different driving actions according to different instructions sent by the electronic device, so as to form different relative position relationships between the first camera module 200 and the main body 100.
In addition, the driving mechanism can also form an indirect connection relationship with the first camera module 200 through the elastic member, so that under the condition that the first camera module 200 is in an extended state, even if the first camera module 200 is under a certain pressure effect, due to the existence of the elastic member, the first camera module 200 can generate an action of retracting into the body 100, which can basically ensure that the first camera module 200, the driving mechanism and the electronic device are not damaged.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the electronic device disclosed in the present invention may further include a telescopic rod 500, and opposite ends of the telescopic rod 500 are respectively connected to the main body 100 and the first camera module 200, so that the first camera module 200 forms a reliable connection relationship with the main body 100 through the telescopic rod 500, and has a capability of stably moving in a direction of the telescopic direction relative to the main body 100.

In the case where the driving mechanism is provided in the electronic device, opposite ends of the telescopic rod 500 may be connected to the driving mechanism and the first camera module 200, respectively, so as to switch the first camera module 200 between the extended state and the retracted state under the driving of the driving mechanism. In addition, a guiding structure can be provided for the telescopic rod 500, so that on one hand, a guiding function is provided for the telescopic rod 500, and on the other hand, the guiding structure can limit the moving direction of the telescopic rod 500, and the motion stability of the telescopic rod 500 is improved.
In order to limit the motion trajectory of the first camera module 200 and ensure that the first camera module 200 can flexibly extend out of the body 100 or retract into the body 100 from the opening 110, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, optionally, the electronic device disclosed in the present invention may further include a limiting bracket 600, the limiting bracket 600 may be installed in the body 100, during the process of assembling the electronic device, the first camera module 200 is located between the limiting bracket 600 and the body 100, and in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first camera module 200, the limiting bracket 600 and the body 100 and the first camera module 200 form a limiting fit relationship, which may further limit the motion trajectory of the first camera module 200 and ensure that the first camera module 200 substantially always moves along the preset moving direction.
The specific structure of the limiting support 600 can be determined according to actual requirements, and the specific size can be determined according to the size of the first camera module 200, so that the first camera module 200 is guaranteed to be capable of moving between the limiting support 600 and the body 100, and the first camera module 200 is limited to be basically incapable of generating displacement along the non-preset moving direction. Meanwhile, in this case, since the first camera module 200 does not deviate substantially with respect to the preset moving direction, the opening 110 does not need to reserve a size error for the first camera module 200, which is caused by the deviation of the moving direction, so that the sealing performance of the whole electronic device can be further improved.
In order to facilitate the installation of the first camera module 200, as shown in fig. 1, the limiting bracket 600 may include an upper cover 610, a first support 620 and a second support 630, wherein the first support 620 and the second support 630 are spaced apart and both are installed on the body 100, the upper cover 610 may be installed on the first support 620 and the second support 630 by a detachable connection, and the first camera module 200 may be located among the upper cover 610, the first support 620 and the second support 630, and in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the first camera module 200, the upper cover 610, the first support 620 and the second support 630 provide a limiting function for the first camera module 200.

Specifically, when the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 are both in the front or rear position, the first camera module 200 can still extend out of the main body 100 even when the second camera module 300 is removed, so that the electronic device has the function of forward shooting or backward shooting.
As described above, the parameters such as the focal length and the aperture of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 may be identical or different. In order to further improve the shooting capability of the whole electronic device, optionally, the view field angle of the first camera module 200 may be larger than or smaller than the view field angle of the second camera module 300, or the view field angles of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 may be different, which may improve the shooting capability and the shooting effect of the electronic device to a certain extent, so that the first camera module 200 or the second camera module 300 may be selectively used for shooting under different requirements.
Optionally, one of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 may be a telephoto camera, and the other may be a wide-angle camera, which may also improve the shooting capability and shooting effect of the electronic device to some extent.
Further, when the parameters of the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 are different, the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 can be in the extended state, and the second camera module 300 is in the first state, so that the first camera module 200 and the second camera module 300 can be oriented in the same direction, and can work simultaneously, thereby further improving the shooting capability and the shooting effect of the whole electronic device. For example, when the first camera module 200 is a wide-angle camera and the second camera module 300 is a telephoto camera, it is possible to form a relatively large picture in a relatively wide range in the same picture, which can further improve the effect of pictures or videos formed by the electronic device.
