4) Meal selling management data synchronization module: when a data synchronization request of the food taking system is received, the module acquires the dish information corresponding to the installation ID from the dish database according to the installation ID of the food taking system, and transmits the dish information to the food selling data processing module through interaction of the network communication module, so as to update the corresponding dish information (dish name, dish unit price, nutrient content and the like) in the food selling management database; specifically, according to the installation ID of the meal taking system, the dish data record corresponding to the installation ID is searched in the dish database, then the searched dish data record is transmitted to the meal selling data processing module, and the meal selling data processing module updates the corresponding meal selling management data record in the meal selling management database based on the searched dish data record.
(5) A user data management module: the method is used for processing data uploaded by a meal taking system and a nutrition system and feeding back a processing result, and specifically comprises the following steps:
a) after acquiring a meal taking system data record which is uploaded by a meal selling data processing module and comprises a meal taking system installation ID, a user ID, a measured meal module equipment ID, meal taking weight and meal taking time, firstly, inquiring a dish database based on the record, and searching and acquiring a dish name, a dish unit price and a nutrient content corresponding to the meal taking system installation ID and the measured meal module equipment ID in the dish database; calculating according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the price of the dish inquired from the dish database to obtain the consumption price of the dish, namely the price of the dish, calculating according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the nutrient content inquired from the dish database to obtain the nutrient intake condition of the dish, namely the nutrient data, and obtaining meal taking place information according to the meal taking system installation ID in the meal taking system data record; then, the user data management module associates and binds the user ID, the meal taking time, the meal taking weight, the name of the dish queried by the dish database, the price of the dish, the nutritional data, the meal taking place, the preset settlement mark and the like obtained by the analysis and processing of the user data management module in the meal taking system data record into a new user data record, as shown in table 6 below. And finally, the user data management module searches the user data record corresponding to the user ID in the user database by using the generated new user data record, if the user ID does not exist in the user database, the user ID is newly established, the personal data of the user is perfected, the new user data record is added to the newly established user ID in the user database to be used as a new data record under the user ID, and the settlement mark in the new data record is unsettled (namely, the initial default state). If the user ID exists, the new user data record is directly added to the user database under the user ID as a new data record under the user ID, and the settlement mark in the new data record is unsettled (namely, the initial default state).

b) After the user ID and the query conditions (dining time, dining place and the like) uploaded by the nutrition system are obtained, the user dining information meeting the conditions is searched in the user database, and the user dining information is fed back to the nutrition data display module of the nutrition system through the main network communication module and the third network communication module to be displayed.
(6) A settlement data management module: according to information uploaded by a settlement system, such as a settlement user ID and the like, all user data records corresponding to the user ID in a user database are obtained through inquiry, all user data records with settlement marks of 'unsettled' are selected, then dish prices of all user data records in an unsettled state are accumulated to obtain total amount information needing settlement, the total amount information is fed back to a settlement processing module of the settlement system through a total network communication module and a second network communication module, and the total amount information is provided for a payment interaction module by the settlement processing module to perform consumption settlement. And after the payment interaction module successfully settles, generating settlement feedback information to a settlement processing module, and finally transmitting the settlement feedback information to a settlement data management module of the cloud server, wherein the settlement data management module updates settlement marks in all user data records with settlement marks in an unsettled state corresponding to the settlement user IDs for accumulation operation in a user database inquired before to a settled state after receiving the settlement feedback information, and finishes settlement work.
The meal taking module is not limited to a self-service weighing device of an entity, but also can be user input software or online 'order by gram' software, wherein the user input software is used for a user to actively input meal taking product weight data, the 'order by gram' software provides a function of ordering meal according to weight for the user, namely the user uploads the meal weight data through a mobile phone or a webpage login mode, and a restaurant carries out meal preparation according to the weight of an order after meal ordering. That is, the meal taking module according to the amount only needs to be capable of generating the weight information of the meal taken by the user when the user takes the meal, and can select various forms.
The following briefly shows that the process of the method for collecting the personal diet nutrition data based on the personal diet nutrition data collecting system of the invention mainly comprises the following process steps:
(1) the method comprises the following steps that a user takes meals through a meal taking system, each meal taking module provides a dish, and each meal taking module binds equipment ID, user meal taking weight and meal taking time into a meal taking data record according to the quantity after meal taking is finished and uploads the meal taking data record to a meal selling data processing module;
(2) the meal selling data processing module obtains information such as the name of a dish, the unit price of the dish, the nutritional content and the meal taking weight of each measured meal module device ID by using measured meal taking data records obtained from the measured meal taking module and meal selling management data records provided from a meal selling management database and performing associated search by using the measured meal module device ID, then obtains the selling price and the selling price of the dish of the name currently taken by a user by performing product operation on the unit price of the dish and the meal taking weight, obtains the nutritional data of the dish of the name currently taken by the user by performing operation on the nutritional content and the meal taking weight, and then transmits the obtained selling price and the nutritional data of the dish to the meal selling display module for display; meanwhile, the meal selling management database can be communicated with the meal selling management data synchronization module regularly, so that the latest meal selling management database is ensured;
(3) the meal selling data processing module associates the measured meal data records (including meal taking weight, measured meal module equipment ID and meal taking time) uploaded by the measured meal taking module with the user ID uploaded by the identity recognition module, binds the associated information with the installation ID of the local meal taking system to form associated meal taking system data records, and uploads the associated meal taking system data records to the user data management module through the network communication module;
(4) and the user data management module calculates the price of the dish, the nutritional data and the dish taking place by utilizing the dish taking system data record uploaded by the meal selling data processing module and the dish data record extracted from the dish database, and then associates to form a user data record, wherein the user data record comprises a user ID, the meal taking time, the meal taking weight, the name of the dish, the price of the dish, the nutritional data, the meal taking place and the like. The specific process is as follows: after the user data management module acquires a meal taking system data record which is uploaded by the meal selling data processing module and comprises a self-service meal taking system installation ID, a user ID, a measured meal taking module equipment ID, meal taking weight and meal taking time, firstly, a dish database is inquired based on the record, and the meal taking system installation ID in the record and the dish name, the dish unit price and the nutrient content corresponding to the measured meal taking module equipment ID are searched and obtained in the dish database; calculating to obtain the consumption price of the dish, namely the price of the dish, according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the price of the dish inquired from the dish database, calculating to obtain the nutrient intake condition of the dish, namely the nutrient data, according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the nutrient content inquired from the dish database, and obtaining meal taking place information according to the meal taking system installation ID in the meal taking system data record; and then the user data management module associates and binds the user ID, the meal taking time, the meal taking weight and the name of the dish inquired by the dish database in the meal taking system data record as a new user data record, and the price, the nutritional data and the meal taking place of the dish, which are obtained by analyzing and processing by the user data management module.
(5) The user data management module utilizes the newly generated user data record to inquire whether the user ID in the newly generated user data record exists in a user database, if not, the user ID is newly created, the personal data of the user is perfected, the newly generated user data record is added under the newly created user ID to be used as a newly created data record, and a settlement mark in the newly created data record is set as unsettled. If the new generated user data record exists, the new generated user data record is directly added to the user ID in the user database to be used as a new data record under the user ID, and meanwhile, the settlement mark in the new data record is set as the non-settlement mark.
(6) When the user finishes all the data taking, the settlement system uploads the user ID of the settlement user to the settlement data management module through the interactive function of the network communication module. The settlement data management module inquires all user data records with settlement marks in an 'unsettled' state corresponding to the user ID in a user database according to the user ID, then performs accumulation operation on the dish prices of all user data records in the unsettled state to obtain total amount information needing settlement, then feeds the total amount information back to a settlement processing module of a settlement system through a network communication module, and then provides the total amount information to a payment interaction module for consumption settlement through the settlement processing module.
(7) After the user finishes payment operation through the payment interaction module, the payment interaction module generates settlement feedback information and finally transmits the settlement feedback information to the settlement data management module, and after the settlement data management module receives the settlement feedback information, the settlement data management module updates settlement marks in all user data records of which the previously inquired user database corresponds to the user ID and the settlement marks in which the user ID is in an 'unsettled' state to a 'settled' state, thereby finishing settlement work.
(8) When a user needs to inquire the dining and nutritional data of the user, the user logs in through the nutritional system, the nutritional system uploads the user ID and the inquiry condition to the user data management module of the cloud server, the user data management module inquires a user database according to the user ID and the inquiry condition, the inquired user data record is fed back to the nutritional data display module of the nutritional system, and then the nutritional data record is displayed to the user in a printing mode, a webpage mode, a terminal display mode and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention has at least the following characteristics:
(1) the difficulty of dish weighing is reduced, the weight data of the dishes for the user is easy to obtain, and the large-scale collection of the food receipts becomes possible;
(2) the collection of user data is automatically completed, the nutrition intake data of the user in different restaurants can be collected, and the data collection is more comprehensive and more effective;
(3) the concept of selling meals on a gram basis can enable a user to take meals on demand so as to ensure that the meal taking weight is highly matched with the meal intake weight, and improve the accuracy of the meal intake data.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any known modifications made by those skilled in the art based on the main technical idea of the present invention belong to the technical scope of the present invention, and the specific protection scope of the present invention is subject to the description of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A system for collecting dietary nutritional data from an individual, comprising: the server generates settlement information and nutrition information based on the meal taking information and the dish information, transmits the settlement information to the settlement system and transmits the nutrition information to the nutrition system.

The system of claim 1, wherein the meal pick-up information comprises a meal pick-up weight corresponding to a name of a meal, the meal information comprises a name of a meal, a unit price of a meal, and a nutrient content, wherein the settlement information comprises a price of a meal corresponding to the meal pick-up weight, and wherein the nutrient information comprises meal nutrient data corresponding to the meal pick-up weight.

A system for collecting personal dietary nutritional data according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said server is a cloud server comprising: the system comprises a general network communication module, a dish database, a user data management module and a settlement data management module, wherein the user data management module is connected with the dish database and the user database, the settlement data management module is connected with the user database, the general network communication module is connected with the user data management module and the settlement data management module, the user data management module is in data interactive communication with the meal taking system, the settlement system and the nutrition system through the general network communication module, and the settlement data management module is in data interactive communication with the settlement system through the general network communication module; the food database stores the food information, the user data management module generates user diet nutrition information based on the food taking information provided by the food taking system and the food information stored in the food database, the generated user diet nutrition information is added to the user database, the settlement data management module generates settlement information based on the user diet nutrition information in the user database and transmits the settlement information to the settlement system through the general network communication module, and the nutrition system inquires the user diet nutrition information in the user database through the general network communication module and the user data management module.

The system for collecting personal dietary nutritional data of claim 3, wherein the meal taking system comprises a first network communication module, a meal selling data processing module, a meal taking by volume module and an identification module, wherein the meal taking by volume module and the identification module are both connected to the meal selling data processing module, the meal selling data processing module is connected to the first network communication module, and the first network communication module is in communication connection with the general network communication module; the meal taking system is provided with an installation ID capable of uniquely identifying self identity information, a meal taking module according to quantity is arranged corresponding to a kind of dish, each meal taking module according to quantity is provided with an equipment ID capable of uniquely identifying self identity information, each meal taking module according to quantity can automatically generate meal taking weight and meal taking time corresponding to the dish when a user finishes meal taking, and a plurality of pieces of information including the meal taking weight, the meal taking time and the equipment ID of the meal taking module according to quantity are associated into meal taking data records according to quantity and uploaded to the meal selling data processing module; the identity identification module acquires a user ID capable of uniquely identifying the identity of a consuming user and uploads the user ID to the meal selling data processing module; the meal selling data processing module associates a plurality of information including the installation ID of the meal taking system, the meal taking data records according to the measurement uploaded by the meal taking module and the corresponding user ID uploaded by the identity recognition module into meal taking system data records, and uploads the meal taking system data records to the user data management module of the cloud server through the first network communication module and the total network communication module.

The system for collecting personal diet nutrition data of claim 4, wherein the dish information stored in the dish database comprises a plurality of dish data records, each dish data record is formed by associating a plurality of information including an installation ID of the meal taking system, an equipment ID of a meal taking module according to quantity in the meal taking system, a name of a dish sold by the meal taking module according to quantity, a unit price of the dish corresponding to the dish and a nutrient content corresponding to the dish; the meal taking information provided by the meal taking system comprises a plurality of meal taking system data records; the user diet nutrition information comprises a plurality of user diet nutrition data records, and each user diet nutrition data record is formed by associating a plurality of information including a user ID, meal taking time, meal taking place, meal taking weight, dish name, dish price, nutrition data and settlement mark.

The system of claim 5, wherein the user data management module generates the user dietary nutritional information by: the user data management module extracts a meal taking system installation ID and a meal taking module equipment ID according to quantity in a meal taking system data record uploaded by the meal selling data processing module; then, searching and obtaining the installation ID of the meal taking system and the name, unit price and nutrient content of the dishes in a dish data record corresponding to the ID of the meal taking module device according to the measured quantity in a dish database; then, the user data management module calculates according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the unit price of the dishes searched in the dish database to obtain the price of the dishes, and calculates according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the nutrient content searched in the dish database to obtain nutrient data; then, the user data management module calculates according to the meal taking system installation ID in the meal taking system data record to obtain a meal taking place; then, the user data management module associates a plurality of information including the user ID, the meal taking time, the meal taking weight and the name of the dish searched by the dish database in the meal taking system data record, and the price, the nutritional data, the meal taking place and a preset settlement mark which is initially in an unsettled state and is obtained by the operation of the user data management module into a user diet nutritional data record; and finally, the user data management module updates and adds the user diet nutrition data records to the user database.

The system of claim 6, wherein the accounting system comprises a payment interaction module, an accounting processing module and a second network communication module, the payment interaction module is connected to the accounting processing module, and the accounting processing module is connected to the second network communication module; the payment interaction module transmits the settlement user ID to the settlement processing module, guides the user to finish settlement by using the settlement amount information fed back by the settlement processing module, and feeds back settlement finishing information to the settlement processing module after the settlement is finished; after receiving the settlement user ID transmitted by the payment interaction module, the settlement processing module transmits the settlement user ID to the settlement data management module through the second network communication module and the general network communication module; the settlement data management module inquires a user database based on the received settlement user ID, selects all user diet nutrition data records of which the user ID is the settlement user ID and settlement marks are in an unsettled state, performs accumulation operation on the dish prices in the selected user diet nutrition data records to obtain settlement amount information, feeds the settlement amount information back to the settlement processing module through the general network communication module and the second network communication module, provides the settlement processing module for the payment interaction module for settlement, and sets the previously selected settlement marks in all user diet nutrition data records for accumulation operation to be in a settled state after receiving settlement completion information fed back by the settlement processing module; the nutrition system comprises a third network communication module and a nutrition data display module, wherein the nutrition data display module is used for transmitting user query information to the user data management module through the third network communication module and the total network communication module, and displaying and outputting the user diet nutrition information which meets query conditions and is fed back by the user data management module.

A system for collecting personal dietary nutritional data according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the meal taking system further comprises a meal sales management database and a meal sales display module, both of which are connected to the meal sales data processing module; the meal selling management database stores a plurality of meal selling management data records, and each meal selling management data record is formed by associating a plurality of pieces of information including the equipment ID of the meal taking module according to quantity, the name of a dish sold by the meal taking module according to quantity, the unit price of the dish corresponding to the dish and the nutrient content corresponding to the dish; the meal selling data processing module can calculate to obtain the price and nutritional data of the dishes taken by the user at this time based on the meal selling management data records provided by the meal selling management database and the quantity-based meal taking data records provided by the quantity-based meal taking module when the user finishes taking the meals every time, and transmits the price and nutritional data to the meal selling display module for real-time display; the cloud server further comprises a meal selling management data synchronization module, the meal selling management data synchronization module is connected to the dish database and the general network communication module, and when receiving a synchronous updating request of the meal selling data processing module, the meal selling management data synchronization module synchronously updates the meal selling management data records in the meal selling management database by utilizing the dish data records in the dish database.
9. A method of collecting dietary nutritional data of an individual based on the dietary nutritional data collection system of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) the method comprises the steps that a user takes meals through a quantitative meal taking module of a meal taking system, the quantitative meal taking module automatically generates quantitative meal taking data records including a quantitative meal taking module device ID, meal taking weight and meal taking time when the user finishes meal taking, and uploads the quantitative meal taking data records to a meal selling data processing module of the meal taking system;
(2) the meal selling data processing module associates the installation ID of the meal taking system, the meal taking data record according to the volume uploaded by the meal taking module and the user ID uploaded by the identity identification module into a meal taking system data record and uploads the meal taking system data record to the user data management module of the cloud server;
(3) the user data management module generates a user diet nutrition data record based on the food taking system data record uploaded by the food selling data processing module and the dish data record in the dish database, and adds the generated user diet nutrition data record into a user database of the cloud server, wherein the user diet nutrition data record comprises a user ID, a food taking time, a food taking weight, a dish name, a dish price, nutrition data, a food taking place and a settlement mark;
(4) after the user finishes all the food taking, the settlement system provides the settlement user ID to a settlement data management module of the cloud server, the settlement data management module obtains settlement amount information corresponding to the settlement user ID through the operation of a user database and feeds the settlement amount information back to the settlement system, when the user finishes settlement through the settlement system, the settlement system feeds back settlement finishing information to the settlement data management module, and the settlement data management module updates the settlement state of the user diet nutrition data record in the user database after receiving the settlement finishing information;
(6) after the user inputs the query conditions through the nutrition system, the nutrition system provides the query conditions for the user data management module of the cloud server, and after the query conditions are queried in the user database through the user data management module, the nutrition system feeds back the user diet nutrition information meeting the query conditions to the nutrition system, and the diet nutrition information is displayed to the user through the nutrition system.
10. The method of collecting dietary nutritional data of a person according to claim 9, wherein:
the step (3) specifically comprises the following processes: the user data management module extracts a meal taking system installation ID and a meal taking module equipment ID according to quantity in a meal taking system data record uploaded by the meal selling data processing module; then, searching and obtaining the installation ID of the meal taking system and the name, unit price and nutrient content of the dishes in a dish data record corresponding to the ID of the meal taking module device according to the measured quantity in a dish database; then, the user data management module calculates according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the unit price of the dishes searched in the dish database to obtain the price of the dishes, and calculates according to the meal taking weight in the meal taking system data record and the nutrient content searched in the dish database to obtain nutrient data; then, the user data management module calculates according to the meal taking system installation ID in the meal taking system data record to obtain a meal taking place; then, the user data management module associates the user ID, the meal taking time, the meal taking weight and the name of the dish searched by the dish database in the meal taking system data record with the price, the nutritional data, the meal taking place and a preset settlement mark which is initially in an unsettled state and is obtained by the operation of the user data management module to form a user diet nutritional data record; finally, the user data management module updates and adds the user diet nutrition data records to the user database;
the step (4) specifically comprises the following processes: after the user finishes all the food fetches, the settlement is carried out through a payment interaction module of a settlement system, the payment interaction module provides a settlement user ID to a settlement processing module, the settlement processing module provides the settlement user ID to a settlement data management module of a cloud server through a network communication module, the settlement data management module inquires a user database based on the received settlement user ID, all user diet nutritional data records of which the user ID is the settlement user ID and the settlement mark is in an unsettled state are selected, the food prices in the selected user diet nutritional data records are accumulated to obtain settlement amount information, then the settlement amount information is fed back to the settlement processing module through a main network communication module and a second network communication module, and then the settlement processing module provides the settlement amount information to the payment interaction module for settlement, when the user finishes settlement through the payment interaction module, the payment interaction module feeds back settlement finishing information to the settlement data management module through the settlement processing module, and after receiving the settlement finishing information fed back by the settlement processing module, the settlement data management module sets settlement marks in all the previously selected dietary nutrition data records of the user for accumulation operation to be in a settled state.
