Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1: referring to fig. 1, the window disclosed by the present invention comprises a mounting frame 11 fixed on a wall, wherein two frames 12 are slidably connected to the mounting frame 11, and a glass 13 is embedded in the frames 12; the mounting frame 11 is provided with a sun-shading device 2; the frame 12 is provided with a cleaning device 5.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sunshade device 2 includes a first fixed block 21 fixedly connected to the mounting frame 11, a first sliding groove 211 is formed in the first fixed block 21 along the length direction of the first fixed block, a plurality of first sliding blocks 22 are connected to the first sliding groove 211 in a sliding manner, the first sliding block 22 at one end of the first fixed block 21 is fixedly connected to the end of the first fixed block 21, and other first sliding blocks 22 are connected to the first sliding groove 211 in a sliding manner. A connecting assembly 25 is connected between two adjacent first sliding blocks 22, and the connecting assembly 25 comprises a first connecting rod 251 hinged on one end of each first sliding block 22; the other end of the first sliding block 22 is hinged with a second connecting rod 252, and one end of the second connecting rod 252 far away from the first sliding block 22 is hinged with the first connecting rod 251 on the adjacent first sliding block 22.
The first fixed block 21 is provided with a driving assembly 24, the driving assembly 24 includes a shifting block 241 fixedly connected to one of the first sliding blocks 22, the shifting block 241 is also connected in the first sliding groove 211 in a sliding manner, and the first sliding block 22 connected with the shifting block 241 and the first sliding block 22 fixed on the first fixed block 21 are respectively located at two ends of the first sliding groove 211; a first screw 242 is rotatably connected in the first sliding groove 211, and the first screw 242 penetrates through the shifting block 241 and is in threaded connection with the shifting block 241; the first fixed block 21 is fixedly connected with a first motor 243 connected with the first screw 242, and the first motor 243 is located at one end of the first fixed block 21 close to the shifting block 241.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a sunshade cloth 23 covering the glass 13 is disposed on the first slider 22, a connection mechanism 26 connected to the sunshade cloth 23 is disposed on the first slider 22, the connection mechanism 26 includes a first connection block 261, a cross-sectional area of the first connection block 261 is C-shaped, and both ends of the first connection block 261 are provided with threaded sections; the first connecting block 261 is provided with a first limiting block 262, the first limiting block 262 is provided with a threaded hole, and threaded ends on two ends of the first connecting block 261 are respectively in threaded connection with two ends of the threaded hole; the sun-shading cloth 23 is provided with a hanging ring; a hanging ring 263 is fixedly connected to the first slider 22, and the hanging ring 263 is located between the first connecting rod 251 and the second connecting rod 252; the first connection block 261 may pass through the hanging ring 263 and the hanging ring, and the hanging ring 263 and the hanging ring are defined on the first connection block 261 by the first defining block 262.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a placing block 3 is fixedly connected to one end of the first fixing block 21 away from the first motor 243, a placing cavity 31 is formed in the placing block 3, a first through hole 32 communicated with the placing cavity 31 is formed in the first fixing block 21, a first groove is formed in a side wall of the first through hole 32, and the sunshade cloth 23 can enter the placing cavity 31 through the first through hole 32; the side wall of the placing cavity 31 is provided with a second sliding chute along the vertical direction, and the axis of the second sliding chute is perpendicular to the axis of the first sliding chute 211.
A first adjusting mechanism 4 is arranged on the placing block 3, the first adjusting mechanism 4 comprises a first adjusting block 41 connected in a second sliding groove in a sliding manner, a second adjusting assembly 42 is arranged on the placing block 3, the second adjusting assembly 42 comprises a second screw rod 422 connected in the second sliding groove in a rotating manner, and the second screw rod 422 penetrates through the first adjusting block 41 and is in threaded connection with the first adjusting block 41; a third motor 421 connected with the second screw 422 is fixedly connected in the placing block 3.
A second groove is formed in the side wall of the second sliding groove; equal fixedly connected with elasticity cloth 45 on the both ends of first regulating block 41, the one end that first regulating block 41 was kept away from to two elasticity cloths 45 respectively with the tip fixed connection at second spout both ends, equal fixedly connected with slide ball 46 of being connected with the second recess on the lateral wall at two elasticity cloths 45 both sides.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a first cavity is formed in the first adjusting block 41, and a second through hole 411 communicated with the first cavity is formed in the first adjusting block 41; a third adjusting assembly 44 is arranged in the first adjusting block 41, the third adjusting assembly 44 includes a fourth motor 444 fixedly connected to the side wall of the first cavity, and an output shaft of the fourth motor 444 is in keyed connection with a first gear 441; an adjusting shaft 443 is rotatably connected to the side wall of the first cavity, and a second gear 442 meshed with the first gear 441 is keyed on the adjusting shaft 443; the adjusting shaft 443 is fixedly connected with a first adjusting rod 43 extending out of the second through hole 411, one end of the first adjusting rod 43 away from the adjusting shaft 443 can be located in the first through hole 32, and the axis of the first adjusting rod 43 is perpendicular to the axis of the second sliding slot.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, a first baffle 33 sealing the second through hole 411 is slidably connected in the first groove; be provided with first regulation subassembly 34 in the first recess, first regulation subassembly 34 includes second motor 343 of fixed connection on the first recess lateral wall, is connected with third connecting rod 341 on the output shaft of second motor 343, and the one end that second motor 343 was kept away from to third connecting rod 341 articulates has fourth connecting rod 342, and the one end that third connecting rod 341 was kept away from to fourth connecting rod 342 articulates with first baffle 33.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the cleaning device 5 includes a second connecting block 51, the second connecting block 51 is opened with a placing groove 512 along a vertical direction thereof, and a side wall of the frame 12 can be placed in the placing groove 512; the second connecting block 51 is provided with a third sliding groove 511 along the vertical direction; the second connecting block 51 has a fifth sliding slot 513 at both ends, and the axis of the fifth sliding slot 513 is perpendicular to the axis of the third sliding slot 511.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, a clamping mechanism 7 is arranged on the second connecting block 51, the clamping mechanism 7 includes clamping blocks 71, two ends of the fifth sliding groove 513 are connected with the clamping blocks 71 in a sliding manner, and one opposite ends of the two clamping blocks 71 are fixedly connected with rubber pads 72; a bidirectional screw 73 is rotatably connected in the fifth chute 513, the thread directions of the two ends of the bidirectional screw 73 are opposite, the bidirectional screw 73 penetrates through the two clamping blocks 71, and the two clamping blocks 71 are respectively in threaded connection with the two ends of the bidirectional screw 73; a ninth motor 74 connected with the bidirectional screw 73 is fixedly connected to the second connecting block 51.
Referring to fig. 7, a second sliding block 52 is slidably connected in the third sliding slot 511, a fourth adjusting assembly 53 is disposed on the second connecting block 51, the fourth adjusting assembly 53 includes a third screw 532 rotatably connected in the third sliding slot 511, and the third screw 532 passes through the second sliding block 52 and is in threaded connection with the second sliding block 52; an installation groove is formed in the second connecting block 51, and a fifth motor 531 connected with a third screw 532 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the installation groove.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, the lower end of the second slide block 52 is clamped with a water spraying block 6, the water spraying block 6 clamped on the second slide block 52 is fixed by a bolt, and the length of the water spraying block 6 is half of the width of the glass 13; a cavity is arranged in the water spraying block 6, and one end of the water spraying block 6 back to the glass 13 is connected with a water inlet pipe 63 communicated with the cavity. A water spraying hole communicated with the cavity is formed in one end, facing the glass 13, of the water spraying block 6, a connecting shaft 61 is rotatably connected to one end, facing the glass 13, of the water spraying block 6, and a second baffle 62 covering the water spraying hole is fixedly connected to the connecting shaft 61; the water spray block 6 is provided with a sixth adjusting assembly 64 connected with the connecting shaft 61.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the sixth adjusting assembly 64 includes a first mounting block fixedly connected to the water spray block 6, an eighth motor 643 is fixedly connected to the first mounting block, and a first helical gear 641 is keyed to an output shaft of the eighth motor 643; a second helical gear 642 engaged with the first helical gear 641 is keyed to the connecting shaft 61.
A rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the water spraying block 6, a pawl 65 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, and one end, far away from the rotating shaft, of the pawl 65 can be located between two adjacent helical teeth of the second helical gear 642; the water spraying block 6 is provided with a sixth sliding groove 60, the axis of the sixth sliding groove 60 is parallel to the axis of the fifth sliding groove 513, the sixth sliding groove 60 is connected with a third sliding block 67 in a sliding manner, one end of the third sliding block 67 is connected with a connecting rope 68, and the other end of the third sliding block is fixedly connected with a third adjusting rod 66 hinged with the pawl 65. Two third grooves are formed in the side wall of the sixth sliding chute 60, the two third grooves are arranged oppositely, a second limiting block 69 is connected in the third grooves in a sliding mode, and a chamfer is formed in one end, close to the second baffle 62, of the second limiting block 69; the side wall of the third groove is connected with a spring connected with a second limiting block 69, when the spring is not elastically deformed, a gap exists between the two second limiting blocks 69, and the two second limiting blocks 69 can limit the third sliding block 67 at the end of the sixth sliding chute 60 far away from one end of the second baffle plate 62.
Referring to fig. 7 and 11, a second adjusting block 54 is clamped on the second slide block 52 above the water spraying block 6, the second adjusting block 54 clamped on the second slide block 52 is fixed by a bolt, and the length of the second adjusting block 54 is five-ninth of the width of the glass 13; two fourth sliding grooves are formed in the second adjusting block 54 along the vertical direction of the second adjusting block, and the axes of the fourth sliding grooves are parallel to the axis of the fifth sliding groove 513; a second cavity is formed in the second adjusting block 54, the two fourth sliding grooves are both communicated with the second cavity, and the two fourth sliding grooves are respectively positioned on two sides of the second cavity; the second adjusting block 54 is provided with a second adjusting mechanism 57, the second adjusting mechanism 57 comprises a sixth motor 574 fixedly connected to the side wall of the second cavity, and an output shaft of the sixth motor 574 is keyed with a third gear 573; a second adjusting rod 572 is slidably connected in each of the two fourth sliding grooves, a gear strip 571 engaged with the third gear 573 is integrally arranged on a side wall of the second adjusting rod 572, and the two gear strips 571 are respectively located at two sides of the third gear 573. A cleaning cloth 56 which can abut against the glass 13 is fixedly connected to the second adjusting lever 572 at the upper end of the second adjusting block 54.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a fifth adjusting assembly 58 is disposed on the second adjusting lever 572 at the lower end of the second adjusting block 54, the fifth adjusting assembly 58 includes a second mounting block fixedly connected to the second adjusting lever 572, a seventh motor 583 is fixedly connected to the second mounting block, and a fourth gear 581 is keyed to an output shaft of the seventh motor 583; the second adjusting rod 572 is rotatably connected with an adjusting shaft 584, and the adjusting shaft 584 is fixedly connected with a scraper 55 which can abut against the glass 13; a fifth gear 582 meshed with the fourth gear 581 is keyed to the adjustment shaft 584.
In the embodiment, the motors are all three-phase asynchronous motors.
The cleaning agent enters the cavity of the water spraying block 6 through the water inlet pipe 63, and comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
3% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether;
95% of ethanol with a mass fraction of 10%;
10% of sodium hydroxide;
2% of triethanolamine;
1% of sodium phosphate;
74 percent of water.
The sunshade cloth 23 can also be cleaned using this cleaning agent.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the first motor 243 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 243 drives the first screw 242 to rotate, the first screw 242 drives the shifting block 241 to move in the first sliding groove 211, and the shifting block 241 drives the first sliding block 22 to move, so that one end, close to the first sliding block 22, of the sunshade cloth 23 can enter the placing cavity 31 through the first through hole 32; during the period, the plurality of first sliding blocks 22 and the shifting blocks 241 are not blocked.
When the fourth motor 444 is started, the output shaft of the fourth motor 444 drives the first gear 441 to rotate, the second gear 442 meshed with the first gear 441 drives the adjusting shaft 443 to rotate, the adjusting shaft 443 drives the first adjusting rod 43 to rotate, the first adjusting rod 43 can abut against the upper end of one side, close to the first through hole 32, of the sunshade cloth 23 when rotating, when the axis of the first adjusting rod 43 is perpendicular to the axis of the first sliding groove 211, then the fourth motor 444 is closed, then the third motor 421 is started, the output shaft of the third motor 421 drives the second screw rod 422 to rotate, the second screw rod 422 drives the first adjusting block 41 to slide in the second sliding groove in the direction away from the first fixing block 21, and the sunshade cloth 23 completely enters the placing cavity 31 under the action of the first adjusting rod 43.
The second motor 343 is started, the output shaft of the second motor 343 drives the third connecting rod 341 to rotate, the third connecting rod 341 drives the fourth connecting rod 342 to move, and the fourth connecting rod 342 drives the first baffle 33 to move so as to seal the first through hole 32; the first baffle 33 can not be jammed during movement.
When the outer side of the glass 13 needs to be cleaned, the two frames 12 push one end of the mounting frame 11, one side of one frame 12 is pulled, and then the side wall of the frame 12 is placed in the placing groove 512, so that the water spraying block 6 and the second adjusting block 54 do not touch the other frame 12. The ninth motor 74 is started, an output shaft of the ninth motor 74 drives the bidirectional screw 73 to rotate, the bidirectional screw 73 drives the two clamping blocks 71 to move in opposite directions, the rubber pads 72 on the two clamping blocks 71 abut against the side wall of the frame 12, and then the ninth motor 74 is turned off.
A cleaning agent is supplied into the cavity through the water inlet pipe 63, then the cleaning agent is sprayed onto the glass 13 through the water spraying holes, the fifth motor 531 is started, the output shaft of the fifth motor 531 drives the third screw rod 532 to rotate, the third screw rod 532 drives the second sliding block 52 to slide downwards in the third sliding groove 511, and the cleaning agent sprayed from the water spraying block 6 can be fully distributed on one half of the glass 13; when the eighth motor 643 is started, an output shaft of the eighth motor 643 drives the first helical gear 641 to rotate, the second helical gear 642 engaged with the first helical gear 641 rotates, the second helical gear 642 drives the connecting shaft 61 to rotate, and the connecting shaft 61 drives the second baffle 62 to cover the water spraying hole; an operator pulls the connecting rope 68, the connecting rope 68 drives the third sliding block 67 to move in a direction away from the second baffle 62, the third sliding block 67 can abut against the two second limiting blocks 69 when moving, the two second limiting blocks 69 can extend into the third groove, and the spring can be compressed; when the third sliding block 67 moves to the end of the sixth sliding groove 60 far from the end of the second baffle 62, the spring will restore the elastic deformation, and under the elastic force of the spring, both the second limiting blocks 69 will pop up in the third groove, so as to limit the third sliding block 67 at the end of the sixth sliding groove 60. The third slider 67 moves to drive the pawl 65 to rotate under the action of the third adjusting rod 66, so that the pawl 65 is located between two adjacent helical teeth of the second helical gear 642, and the pawl 65 and the second helical gear 642 form a ratchet-pawl structure.
Then, the fifth motor 531 is reversely rotated to move the second slider 52 to the upper end of the second connection block 51; then the sixth motor 574 is started, the output shaft of the sixth motor 574 drives the third gear 573 to rotate, the third gear 573 drives the two gear strips 571 to move, the moving directions of the two second adjusting rods 572 are opposite, so that the scraper 55 moves towards the direction close to the glass 13, when the scraper 55 is about to abut against the glass 13, the sixth motor 574 is closed, the seventh motor 583 is started, the output shaft of the seventh motor 583 drives the fourth gear 581 to rotate, the fifth gear 582 meshed with the fourth gear 581 is rotated, the fifth gear 582 drives the adjusting shaft 584 to rotate, so that the scraper 55 abuts against the glass 13, and then the seventh motor 583 is closed; and then, the fifth motor 531 is started, so that the fifth motor 531 drives the second slide block 52 to move downwards, and the scraper 55 is used for cleaning the glass 13. The seventh motor 583 is reversely rotated to drive the scraper 55 not to abut against the glass 13 any more; the sixth motor 574 is then activated so that neither the scraper 55 nor the cleaning cloth 56 abuts the glass 13. Then, the fifth motor 531 is reversely rotated to move the second slider 52 to the upper end of the second connecting block 51; the sixth motor 574 is rotated reversely to drive the scraper 55 to move in a direction away from the glass 13, the cleaning cloth 56 moves in a direction close to the glass 13, the cleaning cloth 56 is abutted against the glass 13, and finally the fifth motor 531 is started to wipe the glass 13 cleaned by the scraper 55 with the cleaning cloth 56.
Then, the two frames 12 are pushed to the other side of the mounting frame 11, the frame 12 which has cleaned half of the glass 13 is pulled, and the actions are repeated to clean the whole glass 13.
Finally, the action of cleaning the glass 13 on one frame 12 is repeated to clean the other frame 12.

A window according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive assembly (24) comprises a dial (241), a first threaded rod (242) and a first motor (243), the dial (241) being arranged on one of the first slides (22); the first screw (242) is rotatably connected in the first sliding groove (211), and the first screw (242) penetrates through the shifting block (241) and is in threaded connection with the shifting block (241); the first motor (243) is arranged on the fixed block (21) and connected with the first screw rod (242).
